Abstract

This study aims to optimize the preparation of nursing care guidelines in the Hemato Oncology unit of RS X Bogor City. The method used in this research is a pilot project. The results showed that the majority of the ages were in the age range of 21-30 years, 85%, with the majority being female, as much as 80%. The competency level of nurses for pre-PK has the highest percentage at 40%. The length of work of nurses in the hemato-oncology unit is 2-5 years, as much as 60%. Respondents are implementing nurses as much as 95% and D3 education as much as 75%. The training qualification for implementing nurses that must be followed is BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support) training. All nurses in the unit have attended as many as 95.24%. This research resulted in formulating an innovative nursing care guide in the Hematology-Oncology Unit. The focus was compiled because the preparation of nursing care guidelines at Hospital X Bogor City was not optimal, especially for cases in the Hematology-Oncology Unit. In conclusion, the nursing care guide becomes a guideline that will be used in determining care for patients who will bridge the nursing profession in preparing nursing care plans, especially in cases of hemato-oncology. Abstract

This study aims to look at the factors that influence students in facing their final project. This research method is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 21 years, with the youngest 20 years old and the oldest 22 years old. Most (76.3%) of the research respondents were 45, and of the total respondents, the majority (64.9%) of 24 respondents experienced moderate anxiety. And 31 respondents (83.8%) have high family support then, strong peer influence is 31 respondents (83.8%), the influence of supervisors is vital to as many as 33 respondents (89.2%), and the influence of the environment good as many as 30 respondents (81.1%). The bivariate analysis results showed that the p-values ​​for all variables were < 0.05. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between support from family, peers, supervisors, and the environment with student anxiety in facing the final project. Abstract

This study aims to determine the total calcium level in serum taken with a tourniquet installation time of 1 minute and 3 minutes using an autoanalyzer. This research method is a pre-experiment with static group comparison. The average result of total calcium levels in serum with a tourniquet installation time of 1 minute is 9.40 mg/dL. In contrast, the average effect of total calcium levels in serum with a tourniquet installation time of 3 minutes is 9.55 mg/dL. In conclusion, there was no significant difference in the results of the examination of total calcium levels in serum with the duration of the tourniquet installation for 1 minute and 3 minutes.
