The purpose of this study is to know the effectiveness of intradialysis exercise using barbells and Range of Motion (ROM) on the adequacy of hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney disease in the hemodialysis room of RSIJ Sukapura in 2018. The design of this study uses a design with non-probability pre and post test two groups without control design . The result of the difference in the effectiveness of the adequacy values between the two intervention groups after the intervention was given was the barbell intervention obtained 1,33 with a standard deviation of 0.485, an error standard of 0.114. Whereas in the ROM intervention group 1.67 the standard deviation was 0.485, the standard error was 0.114 and the p-value was 0.047 (> 0.05). Conclusion, there was no significant difference in the value of hemodialysis adequacy between the barbellROM intervention groups after the intervention. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning brainstorming methods on the ability to understand cases in the practice area. The research design used was nonequivalent control group design consisting of experimental groups, namely the treatment of brainstorming methods and the control group with conventional methods, then all groups assessed the level of understanding of the case at the time of pre and post experiment. The results of this study, the intervention group was seen to be more meaningful with a p value of 0,000 compared to the control group. Conclusion, brainstorming education is more effective to be applied to improve the understanding of cases in Nurse profession students in the practice field. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of slow deep breathing and alternate nostril breathing on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest group design approach. Friedman test results showed that there were differences in systolic blood pressure (x2 = 34.09; p <0.001) and diastolic (x2 = 28.74; p <0.001) in the slow deep breathing intervention group. Based on the post hoc test, measurements from time to time obtained p values (p = 0.001) for both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Meanwhile there were differences in blood pressure in the alternate nostril systolic breathing group (x2 = 15.50; p <0.001), diastolic (x2 = 17.18; p <0.001). Post hoc test found a significant decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure from each measurement time during the intervention period with p values 0.005 and 0.025, respectively. Conclusion, in this study that slow deep breathing is much more effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. This study aims to determine the effect of buteyko breathing technique on asthma control test (ACT).The quasi experimental study with the pretest and post test one group design approach involved 14 patients with asthma selected from the Lung Polyclinic of Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung with consecutive sampling. Asthma control was collected using time series ACT. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with the scale of significance p <0.05.The results showed a significantly higher mean difference between ACT scores after buteyko breathing technique (19.79 ± 1.47) with ACT score at week III (17.50 ± 1.78), week II (12.64 ± 1.82), week I (9.57 ± 1.95), and pretest (7.64 ± 1.82). Post hoc analysis found the fourth week post test score (19.79 ± 1.47) significantly better than post test week III (17.50 ± 1.78), week II (12.64 ± 1.82), week I (9.57 ± 1.95), and pretest (7.64 ± 1.82) in improving asthma control. Conclusion, there was an effect of buteyko breathing technique on asthma control test (ACT). Keywords: ACT, Breathing Technique, Bronchial Asthma, Buteyko

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education with a video-based spiritual approach to compliance with fluid restriction or interdialysis weight gain in End Stage Renal Disease clients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. The research design used was pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest. The results showed a difference in the average Interdialysis Weight Gain after education with a video-based spiritual approach (p value = 0.011;). While there is a proven relationship between family support (p value = 0, 047) with adherence to fluid restriction or interdialysis weight gain, while age (p value = 0.364), education level (p value = 0.949) has no relationship with adherence to fluid restriction or interdialysis weight gain. Conclusion, education with a spiritual approach can improve compliance with fluid restrictions in clients undergoing hemodialysis. Keywords: End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), Spiritual Based Video
