Abstract

Hotel reviews not only provide useful information for business owners but also shape the image of the hotel in the eyes of customers. Reviews generally cover various aspects expressed honestly by customers. In the era of technological development, the number of hotel reviews online is increasing, making the processing of hotel assessments discussed in reviews a challenge for many parties. To overcome this, a multi-aspect sentiment analysis has been developed to help extract more specific information about hotel evaluations from each review sentence. The aspects evaluated in the reviews include price, location, service, food, facilities, and rooms. In developing the multi-aspect sentiment analysis model, a deep learning method based on LSTM is used. The LSTM model architecture is built using a sequential model with four layers: embedding, SpatialDropout1D, LSTM, and dense. The model is trained with 10 epochs and a batch size of 32. The model is evaluated through three scenarios, including testing sentences with one aspect, testing sentences with a combination of two aspects, and testing sentences with a combination of three aspects. Top-1 and Top-2 accuracy are applied to test sentences with a combination of two and three aspects. Meanwhile, F1_score is used for testing sentences with one aspect and sentiment analysis. The obtained accuracy results are 79% for Top-2 accuracy in sentences with a combination of two and three aspects, 85.7% for F1_score in sentences with one aspect, and 83% for F1_score accuracy in sentiment analysis. These results indicate that the developed model is capable of performing multi-aspect sentiment analysis on hotel reviews.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the internet today which is very influential on human life, the internet makes it easier for us to access important information that can be done anywhere and anytime, not depending on location or time. Thus this can be utilized by a company in terms of dissemination and receipt of information via the internet. Therefore, this research will develop an online-based data processing website, so that it can support the process of distributing and receiving information containing company data. The method used in this design is Observation, which is collecting data through direct observation. The programming language uses PHP-HTML while the database uses MySQL / XAMPP. With the creation of an online-based website, it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to analyze data and make decisions based on existing data

Abstract

Cash book is a book that records all receipts and payments. Beginning balances, receipts, disbursements and cash balances at the end of a certain period are all recorded in the general cash book. If only manual recording is done, the filing system and materials that cannot be used will be stored in the archive. Technology makes a computerized data management system so that data can be managed quickly and accurately. In managing the budget there are still many agencies that use conventional systems. With this website, it is expected that users can report every day and can record reports automatically through the online system so that they can be accessed anywhere and anytime. In this study, the extreme programming method was used as a method for creating a financial recording information system and conducting blackbox testing with 100% successful results.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture's 2022 Matching Fund Project is the implementation of a new business model canvas in the form of a practical ERP, which is specifically designed for specific production businesses from upstream to downstream businesses, namely startups in the Forage Production business. This project builds a collaboration ecosystem between Satya Wacana Christian University and CV. Cahaya Baru as a Partner, also aims to alleviate underprivileged families and restore the economy affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Kadirejo Village, Semarang Regency. To involve the surrounding community, a partnership startup was formed, including Land Partners, and Production House Partners as Product Processing Units. There are 4 main stages in the methodology used, starting with identifying the conditions of the partners, Formulating and Analysis of System Development Needs, Application Development to Operational Assistance and Maintenance. One of the results is a startup application called eRumputTernak, developed using the prototype model method. This activity was supported by 28 MBKM program students. The Program Partners involve around 60 people, especially Pre-Prosperous families as Land Partners and workers in the 12 hectare Pakchong grass production business, from planting to harvesting. The Program Partners are also assisted with the procurement and training of production equipment, in the form of 1 unit of the Silage Baller machine, and 1 unit of grass chopper, so that the problems faced by the Program Partners in meeting the quota needs of their customers and increasing product shelf life can be resolved.

Abstract

Weather prediction is crucial in various domains, such as agriculture, transportation, and disaster management. This research investigates the Stacked Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) for weather prediction using the Denpasar Weather Data spanning 20 years from January 1, 1990, to January 7, 2020. The dataset contains hourly weather data, including temperature, pressure, humidity, and wind speed. Our Stacked LSTM model consists of multiple LSTM layers that capture temporal dependencies and patterns in the data. Evaluating the model's performance using metrics such as Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), and R-squared (R2), we obtain an average RMSE of 0.03471, an average MAE of 0.02718, an average MAPE of 0.05572, and an average R2 of 0.87087. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the Stacked LSTM model in accurately predicting weather conditions. The findings have practical implications for weather forecasting applications and suggest avenues for future research, such as exploring different deep learning architectures and incorporating additional features to improve weather prediction accuracy further.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of satisfaction of DISLHK users with the website of DISLHK using the EUCS method. EUCS is a means to distinguish between user expectations and the actuality of information systems to assess the level of user satisfaction with application systems. Based on interviews with website users at the Dislhk, several problems were found, such as errors occurring in some parts of the menu and difficulty understanding the appearance and features of the website. This research also provides recommendations for improvements to develop existing websites. In this study used 5 variables derived from end user computing satisfaction method. Questionnaires were distributed by giving respondents a google form in the form of questions related to research. Questionnaires were distributed to 108 respondents with 22 statements. The results show a total of 75.07%. It can be concluded that 5 variables from EUCS have provided satisfaction to users of the RIAU Province DISLHK website.

Abstract

KUD Jaya Makmur is a cooperative located in Kampung Kumbara Utama. The business fields of this KUD are convenience stores (Waserda), production facilities (Saprodi), and Savings and Loan Units (USP). The waserda business sector records sales transactions using the iPos application version 4.0.5.3. created with Visual Basic .NET. The iPos application version 4.0.5.3 used in KUD Jaya Makmur found several problems. Waserda has a server and 3 cashiers, but the application is only used on the server and 1 cashier, so the other cashiers manually write down goods sales. There are also problems with the stock count feature. Any number written in the stock table will still be displayed as zero. This causes the difference between incoming and outgoing goods to not match. Some of these problems have become obstacles faced so far. This research was conducted to design a web-based sales application front end using the HCD method. Front end testing was carried out using Standard ISO 25010 in terms of UX. Through UX testing conducted on the KUD Jaya Makmur sales application and the iPos version 4.0.5.3 application in the same way, it was found that the sales application for KUD Jaya Makmur was better in all aspects.

Abstract

Presence attendance is a data collection activity to determine the number of attendance at an event or activity. Any activity that requires information about participants will certainly carry out the presence process. This also happens in the learning process. With the application of the results of this thesis, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to carry out attendance and also make it easier for lecturers to obtain student attendance data. The process of filling in attendance using this application is very easy and does not require a long time, unlike using sheets of paper where students have to take turns filling in attendance data. It is also hoped that this system will continue to be used when lecture activities are carried out online or when lectures are carried out normally in class. This research took place at TAMA Jagakarsa University and the data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Making the application in this thesis begins with analyzing requirements, creating a system design, making a system display design, coding or making an application in codular, then do black box testing. Abstract

Business process modeling is a way to understand, design and analyze a business process. The benefit of business process modeling is to help companies understand their business processes well, identify problems that may occur, develop, document and communicate them to all business stakeholders. So that companies can improve the performance of managing their business processes. The purpose of making a Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is to find out the business processes that occur at PT Agusta Dryer and minimize errors that often occur in the existing system at PT Agusta Dryer. The result of this research is that it is necessary to change the flow of business processes in terms of sales, service and purchase of goods.

Abstract

Visit of agencies or institutions are something that occurs in the community. Visitors or guests are often recorded in a conventional recorded agenda or book (guest book). This is certainly less effective because it is still done by recording on a physical book that is easily damaged and often raises the queue in of the guest registration. The problem can be solved by designing a web-based information system to record guests or visitors. The result of this research is in the form of websites with the name Hibook that can be used to do the registration of visitor by scanning the QR code through the phone. With this system visitors can easily register a visiting, because they no longer need to write manually or queueing for registration, as well as agencies or institutions no longer need to take care and archiving guest books
