Program Studi (progdi) yang berada di Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (FTI UKSW) saat ini belum memiliki sistem untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap proses belajar mengajar matakuliah (PBM). Proses pengelolaan data nilai mahasiswa UKSW menjadi tanggung jawab Biro Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (BTSI). BTSI memberikan data nilai mahasiswa kepada Progdi dalam bentuk file excel. Hal ini dirasa kurang efisien untuk proses monitoring nilai dikarenakan Kaprogdi tidak bisa mengontrol nilai dari file tersebut satu per satu. Salah satu cara untuk meminimalkan permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan membuat suatu sistem yang terintegrasi antara sistem client dan basis data BTSI. Sistem client dikembangkan dalam bentuk aplikasi web menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Teknologi Web Service juga diterapkan pada sistem tersebut agar integrasi dapat dilakukan di protokol HTTP dan melalui internet. Jenis Web Service yang digunakan adalah RESTful Web Service yang memberikan kemudahan dalam pengaksesan melalui URL pada browser. Pada penelitian ini dirancang simulasi sistem monitoring nilai yang digunakan oleh pihak progdi untuk memudahkan proses pemantauan nilai belajar mengajar. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat digunakan oleh kaprogdi untuk monitoring nilai proses belajar mengajar.

At present, the benefits of website-based information systems have been widely felt, but there are still many agencies that have not properly utilized the existence of technology. One of the systems that need to be developed in the health sector is giving queue numbers to patients. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the web-based patient queuing system and automatic notifications through the WhatsApp framework Codeigniter. The subjects involved in this study were patients who would take a queue number at the clinic. Data collection in the study was carried out by observation and interview methods. The research data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely by describing various findings in the field, which were then linked to the results of previous studies. The system development results show that the system’s success rate for giving queue numbers to patients reaches 100%, and the natrian number reminder system also gets a success percentage of 100%. These results indicate that the queue number system has been successfully developed to help patients search for queue numbers.

Cluster in Indonesia particularly in the area of Central Java in 2010 totaled 150. Based on the results of the survey in Demak, Wonosobo and Pemalang, most Clusters does not yet have a website as a media product promotion and Cluster communication. Some Cluster already leverages media Blog and facebook but the media still do not meet the expected needs because media Blog and Facebook are not a media for product promotion. This is because the limitations of cost and the scarcity of skilled human resources information technology owned by the Cluster. Therefore, this research was conducted on the design and implementation of a web application that serves as a Networking System Cluster. System development method’s using the Prototype Model. Method of MVC (Model View Controller) is used in the implementation of the system, while technology programming using CodeIgniter Framework. As a result, the system is capable of providing the website for each Cluster are listed, so it can be used as a promotional media, publications and communication between Cluster members.

Kandri is Gunungpati administrative area in the district, which is located in the city of Semarang in Central Java province which have Kreo Caves Nature Area. The tourist area has now been developed with the construction of dam Artificial Jatibarang which was completed in 2014. The reservoir has sunk acres of farmland, resulting in most of the Kandri citizens lose their livelihoods as farmers, and switch to the efforts in the field of tourism. Kandri rural communities in the development of a tourist village has set up a group called Pokdarwis tourism awareness in the form of a tourism cluster. The tourism cluster not yet have an information system that is capable of managing a data member, as well as a means of product promotion and online sales. This research aims to design a cluster of business information systems, and implement into web technology. System development method used is prototype models. The information system is implemented using the programming language PHP and CodeIgniter framework with a MySQL database. Results of this research is an e-commerce information system that features business profile information management, resource development and asset cluster members. These systems also use social plugins that like facebook as a marketing tool products. Thus, the information system can be used as an online store business clusters, media promotion, and data center can yield information about the development of the classification of business entities SME cluster members, so it can be used by cluster administrators and stakeholdesr in monitoring the business development of its members.

Mlatiharjo is a village in Demak District, Central Java province, it has been well-known as an innovative village because of their various innovations especially in high quality (supreme) seed varieties of fruit and rice. In order to support the production and cultivation of those commodities, information management has been employed but still in simple ways and doesn’t have any information system yet, therefore it often causes mistake in their production estimation. It will impact to their sales service of their commodities toward the buyer, particularly the customer. Another problem is Mlatiharjo’s farmer group does not have any information exchange medium to interact with other business actors who comes from outside their area, whereas those outsider-business actors will buy their product with a higher price. Mlatiharjo’s IbM Program aims to build an Information System which is able to manage the information of Mlatiharjo’s commodities production, especially in farming production. The method employed for developing the system is Prototyping. Meanwhile, the transfer of technology employs mentoring process for the client of program through conducting focus group discussion, workshop dan training. This Commodity Information System is implemented into two kinds of computer application. Firstly, web application that is used for managing the data center and share it to the public who want to capture the information of the mlatiharjo’s product. Secondly, android based mobile application utilized by the farmer who has become a member of cluster-farming group to input the location area mapping data and progress report of production data and also provide a discussion forum among member of the system. The Web Application is built using PHP and the database used MySQL. Mobile Application is implemented using Java Android. As a result, Tani Mahardika Cluster and KSU Citra Kinaraya – Mlatiharjo have a digital-based system to manage their Commodity in order to encourage and strengthen business-production institution through Commodity Information System

Based on the results of observations and data collection, the vehicle parking test services at the Salatiga City Transportation Agency have not implemented a structured scheduling system in managing their service schedules. This has resulted in an accumulation of the number of vehicles that exceed the service capacity on a working day. Therefore, a scheduling system is needed to assist the agency in arranging the due time schedule for the KIR test of a vehicle, and helping the vehicle owner community to find out the due time for the next KIR test. The scheduling method used is a genetic algorithm that is applied to a web-based application. The application is built using the PHP language and MySql database. With this website-based scheduling system application, it has made it easier for service officers to manage the KIR test service schedule, especially if there is a change in the number of vehicles.

PT Primayudha Mandirijaya is one of the companies engaged in spinning cotton into yarn, the company has quite a lot of employees, in this case the need for proper attendance management, fast and accurate, this study discusses the design of a web attendance system using barcodes because in this case there is still attendance which is done manually will certainly be a hassle in filing employee data. The system is created using the PHP programming language using the MySQL database as a place to store employee data. The vue js framework is also used to enhance the appearance of the attendance system. barcode is one of the technology users that can make it easier to use. The system has been tested using UAT by obtaining 71.3% with a statement agreeing. Keywords— Barcode, Attendance, Vue js, Web, SDLC.

Based on the Department of Agriculture which still does not have the tools or media to manage the letter of service, both the incoming and outgoing mail which impact on the weak supervision follow-up of the service letter due to ignorance that the letter should be processed. This study was made as a visual and text notification of incoming and outgoing mail data with more detailed archive storage. This website application is supported by using social media telegram API service that is used as notification in the form of notification to the employee so that the Service Letter can be followed up immediately.

This research aims to:1) Knowing satisfaction of electronic library users using SLiMS at the GKJ Synod with a qualitative descriptive method.2) Knowing the obstacles faced in implementing SLiMS at the GKJ Synod with a qualitative descriptive method. This research is a type of field research (field research)descriptive. The results showed that:1) System quality satisfaction, namely SLiMS facilitates the work of librarians in managing libraries automatically and helps librarians work; 2) Information quality satisfaction, namely SLiMS is very easy to understand and understand by its users so that it does not take a long time to understand the contents of the information from SLiMS; 3) System usability satisfaction (perceived usefulness); namely SLiMS can complete work quickly and easily because SLiMS makes it easy to manage libraries; 4) Perceived ease of use, namely SLiMS is easy to obtain and easy to use because of its simplicity in appearance and the menus contained therein are quite easy to understand; and 5) Satisfaction of information systems (information systems satisfaction), that is, the output produced by SLiMS corresponds to what already exists in the form of report information that is usually needed in the library.

Economy development policy in Indonesia focuses on increasing local or regional economy, especially the real sector including trade sector. One of the problems today is how to improve and strengthen the region potential, for example cooperatives, SMEs and cluster in using information technology such as e-Commerce. Therefore, this research designs online transaction system on e-Commerce using web service technology. The case study used in the process of design is Mlatiharjo village in Demak because it has the predicate of innovative village of agriculture. This system is developed using prototyping method and implemented using PHP 5 technology, MySQL database and supported by web service SOAP technology. Thus, online transaction system in the e-Commerce is able to manage and control authority for the village potential. By facilitating this village with the developed system, every people in the village could contribute to the commerce transaction of their products.
