ABSTRACTInfectious diseases known as infectious diseases are a disease caused by a biological agent (such as viruses, bacteria or parasites), which can be transmitted or transmitted to others through certain media such as air, food and drink that are less clean , syringes and blood transfusions and direct contact with the patient. The expert system is one of the branches of Artificial Intelligence that makes extensive use of knowledge, especially for the expert-level problem-solving. Bayes is a simple probabilistic based prediction technique based on bayes rules. The goal to be achieved is to create a useful expert system application as a tool to get information on infectious diseases in infants.

Utilization of technology at this time greatly evolved along with the development of the times, so that companies or agencies require a workforce or employees who are experts in the field of technology. Employees should not only look attractive but also must have the expertise in completing the job that is given. In Higher Education must also have employees who are proficient, smart and broad-minded. Competent colleges are universities that have competent educational services not only in teaching but in the field of student administration services. In Teaching and Learning Process in Higher Education, Employees have an important role in the smooth running of lectures. For example in making Attendance List of Lectures and News Events Lectures. Improving services to students is not independent of the performance of employees. In a work process in companies, employees spearhead the first in the production process. Competencies possessed by each employee will show the quality of employees in performing their duties. It aims to look at the extent of competences of the employees, improvement and supervision competencies for employees. So that corporate leaders can make decisions choosing the best of the best employees. Assessment was conducted on the motive, knowledge, skills, and self-concept. So far there is no system that can be used to determine how big the competency of employees. therefore, this study used a system of decision-making using fuzzy logic with Sugeno method zero-orde for assessing the competence of employees in PT Schneider Batam. For the processing of data using MATLAB. The first step completion of competence assessment of employees using Sugeno that determines the input variables and output variables are set firmly, the second step is to convert the input variable into fuzzy sets with the process of fuzzification.

The growing use of information technology in helping human work in various types of activities involving computers as the media, then the issue of security and confidentiality is one very important aspect in the information system of a data, message, and information. Encryption is the best way to secure device and data information. In everyday codes are usually used to mean an encryption method or concealment of meaning. In cryptography, the elgamal algorithm can be used to encrypt and decrypt the image file. Elgamal algorithm can help maintain the security of image file so as to avoid the theft / damage to image file from irresponsible person.

   Emas merupakan alternatif yang cenderung dipilih kebanyakan orang untuk berinvestasi karena beberapa alasan seperti alasan keamanan, menguntungkan, mudah dicairkan, resiko rendah, tidak memerlukan dana besar, mudah dipindahkan, kepemilikan dan pengelolaan sendiri. Sulitnya memperkirakan turun naiknya harga emas membuat banyak enggan untuk berinvestasi, khususnya investasi emas. Peramalan atau prediksi adalah sama seperti teka-teki yang dipegang oleh banyak orang oleh karena penasaran dengan masa depan Automatic clustering and fuzzy logic relationship (ACFLR) merupakan salah satu metode dengan konsep fuzzy logic yang digunakan untuk pemodelan data time series. ACFLR diterapkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat keakuratannya dalam meramal harga emas sehingga dapat digunakan oleh investor untuk membuat perencanaan dalam investasi, alat pendukung keputusan untuk melakukan investasi. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, metode ACFLR mampu meramalkan harga emas dengan baik, dimana besarnya MAPE hanya 5,3% saja. Sehingga dapat disimpulakan metode ini layak dijadikan sebagai pendukung keputusan dalam berinvestasi emas.Kata kunci: peramalan, data runtun, harga emas, ACFLRÂ

Unbalanced data classification is a crucial problem in the field of machine learning and data mining. Data imbalances have a poor impact on classification results where minority classes are often misclassified as a majority class. Conventional machine learning algorithms are not equipped with the ability to work on unbalanced data, so the performance of conventional algorithms is always not optimal. In this study, ensemble learning using SMOTEBagging method was applied to classify 11 unbalanced datasets. SMOTEBagging performance is also compared with three types of conventional classification algorithms namely SVM, k-NN, and C4.5. By applying the 5 cross-validation scheme, the AUC value generated by SMOTEBagging is higher at 10 datasets. The mean values of the lowest to highest AUC were obtained by SVM, k-NN, C4.5 and SMOTEBagging algorithms with values 0.638, 0.742, 0.770 and 0.895. -- Clustering is a method used to classify a set of objects into classes consisting of the same objects. In other words clustering is the process of grouping objects based on the similarity of characteristics among the objects. In this thesis will be discussed about the clustering method by using K-Means algorithm that is used to determine the value of the electricity usage group as well as grouping it based on the level of power usage and the hours of the flame so that it can be grouped and known which ones are lost. The K-Means algorithm is one of the clustering methods that researchers will use to solve the problem of grouping. Starting from the determination of the grouping boundaries to the determination of each cluster so that the groups formed the data of electricity consumption adjusted with the level of usage. The result of this thesis is the value of data grouped by level of electricity usage grouping. And with the support of GUI programming MATLAB expected this program can be used easily. With this application can be seen the results of 200 data for cluster 1 as much as 44 with the Group of use of electricity in the group at the address is Binjai Timur and for Power group 450 and Jam on> 1100 and Cluster 2 as many as 60 Users of the listik peloros at the address group is Binjai Kota and for Power 450 and 901-1100 Clock 3 and 96 for cluster 3 groups with License usage groups in the Address group are North Binjai and for Daya Power 450 and Jam 700-900.Keywords: Clustering, Electricity Usage

Harga saham mengalami perubahan yang cepat dari waktu ke waktu. Pergerakan harga saham menjadi tolak ukur bagi para investor untuk mengambil keputusan kapan sebaiknya saham dibeli, dijual atau dipertahankan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu model analisis dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam membantu para investor mengambil keputusan untuk mengurangi resiko kerugian. Penelitian ini menggunakan perbandingan metode Moving Average dan Neural Network algoritma Backpropagation dalam memprediksi harga saham. Data yang digunakan merupakan data historis Jakarta Stock Exchange (^JKSE) dari tahun 2010 - April 2018yang diperoleh melalui Yahoo Finance. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan adalah semakin kecil hasil error, maka nilai akurasinya semakin baik. Semakin kecil target error, maka jumlah epoch akan semakin besar dalam perhitungan menggunakan metode Neural Network algoritma Backpropagation. Prediksi harga saham menggunakan metode Moving Average lebih akurat dibandingan metode Neural Network algoritma Backpropagation, dimana tingkat akurasi untuk Moving Average (MA) adalah 80,11% dan untuk Neural Network algoritma Backpropagation adalah 78,91%.Kata Kunci: prediksi harga saham, moving average, neural network, backpropagtion

PT. Pathlab Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan jasa kesehatan, khususnya pemeriksaan laboratorium klinik di Indonesia. Proses bisnis pelayanan jasa masih manual dengan melakukan pencatatan pelayanan di Excel sehingga akan dilakukan perhitungan manual setiap akhir bulan untuk membuat laporan pelayanan tiap cabang. Setiap cabang Pathlab tidak terintergrasi satu sama lain sehingga bisa terdapat redundancy data. Pembuatan laporan pelayanan setiap bulannya akan dilakukan oleh seorang admin rekap yang akan menggabungkan setiap laporan cabang menjadi satu laporan yang akan diberikan kepada manajer. Pembuatan invoice pembayaran piutang oleh klinik maupun hutang seperti lab charges dan komisi juga dilakukan secara manual dengan pencarian manual dari laporan rekap. Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Jasa Kesehatan berbasis web yang dibangun mencatat jumlah voucher yang telah dipakai pasien, menyimpan data pasien, membantu dalam melakukan input transaksi pelayanan jasa, membeli paket check kesehatan dan melakukan pembayaran piutang, hutang dan komisi. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Kontrol Akses sistem yang digunakan adalah Role Based Access Control (RBAC). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi pelayanan jasa kesehatan berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses bisnis dari perusahaan. Dengan pengembangan sistem informasi pelayanan jasa kesehatan ini dapat membantu dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dengan cepat, mengetahui jumlah voucher yang telah terpakai, mengintergrasikan setiap cabang sehingga tidak terdapat data yang redundancy serta memudahkan staff dalam membuat invoice dan pelunasan hutang.Kata Kunci: sistem informasi pelayanan, pelayanan kesehatan, aplikasi web
