Abstract

This research is motivated by the low participation and student achievement. In learning, students are less enthusiastic, quickly bored, less participating, because the teaching method is dominated by the lecture method. Researchers tried to apply the question and answer method through recitation in learning to improve learning achievement of Cultural Arts students of class XII IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kediri in the 2017/2018 academic year. This research is a Classroom Action Research which was conducted in 2 cycles. This research procedure includes several stages of activities, namely planning, implementation, observation evaluation and reflection. The data collection method used in this research is by giving tests to obtain data on student achievement which is analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the research in the first cycle, the learning method applied had not achieved the expected target, where the average learning achievement reached 70.57 with classical learning completeness of 42.86%. In the second cycle the target of the average learning achievement and classical completeness was achieved with a mean of 76.80 and classical learning completeness of 90.48%, respectively. The results of this study indicate that the application of the question and answer method through giving assignments can significantly improve student achievement. So, it is suggested to teachers of Cultural Arts subject to implement the question and answer method through recitation in learning to improve student achievement.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in almost all countries in the world has caused restrictions on human interaction. As one solution to reduce the spread of COVID-19, learning that was previously carried out offline has switched to utilizing e-learning, this is one of the methods used as a medium to reduce the risk of being infected with COVID-19. This study aims to determine the perceived benefits of using google classroom for students in accounting learning. This research was conducted at the Gde Pudja Mataram State College of Hinduism, majoring in Hindu Economics for students who taking Accounting courses. Data collection was carried out by providing a questionnaire consisting of several questions and described using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) construction. Based on the results of the analysis, this study found that the variable performance expectancy, social factors, and use behavior had a fairly good acceptance. On the other hand, the results of the effort (effort expectancy) show significant results, especially regarding the ease of student acceptance of accounting learning. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that students find it difficult to understand and apply accounting practices using google classroom learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of psychological safety climate as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 63 samples of teachers from a Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Banten. The results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct influence on the climate of psychological security and tacit knowledge sharing. Likewise, the psychological security climate has a significant direct influence on tacit knowledge sharing. This study also finds evidence that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through the mediation of a psychological security climate. Thus, the psychological safety climate acts as a partial mediator in this research model.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research based on the problem of mathematics results in class VI SD Negeri 1 Pesedahan. Class VI which has 22 students who are subject to Mathematics subjects shows incompleteness in classical learning. From the pre-cycle data obtained an average value of 50.00 with a learning completeness of 32% which is very low compared to the KKM SDN 1 Pesedahan which has been set at 55 with a learning completeness value of 85%. From the data above, it can be identified problems including students feeling afraid of mathematics, students not being motivated to learn, teaching aids used are not motivating to learn, the approach used is not in accordance with the standard and the examples of questions presented are not contextual. Seeing this fact, the researchers tried to make learning improvements according to the CAR title taken, namely the implementation of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model to improve mathematics learning outcomes for class VI SDN 1 Pesedahan semester II Academic Year 2017/2018. For this study, the authors chose the action research design presented by Mc. Kernan which consists of 2 cycles. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of this research, the following conclusions can be drawn: The use of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the Mathematics learning outcomes of students in grade VI SD N 1 Pesedahan which can be seen from the learning outcomes of the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II as follows: 1) The pre-cycle average score is 50.00 and the percentage of completeness is 32%. This is due to the fact that the appropriate learning model has not been used. Obtaining the value of the first cycle, namely the average value of 53.86, completeness of 50%. This is due to the use of a jigsaw cooperative learning model. 2) The average value of Cycle II is 69.55 completeness, which is 91%. This is because the material has been given using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model appropriately.

Abstract

The reality in the field is that it is found that many teachers have not made a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in accordance with the Permendikbud, this is because, among others: (1) The teacher does not completely understand how to compile the RRP, as a result of the lack of information they get, (2) the teacher not able to describe the syllabus into the main lesson plans in preparing learning activities, (3) Meanwhile, many teachers use ready-made lesson plans that are not suitable for school situations and conditions, (4) There is an assumption from the teacher that the lesson plan (RPP) is a complement mere administration. This is evident from the results of preliminary observations with teachers regarding the preparation of lesson plans, it turns out that the results are quite low, namely Productive Teachers in the TBSM Expertise Competency score 54, in the TAV Skills Competency the score is 48, in the AP Expertise Competency the score is 59 and in the TB Skills Competency the score is 61. Objectives This study is to determine whether clinical supervision can improve the ability of productive teachers at SMKN 1 Bebandem to make Learning Implementation Plans. The method used to collect data follows the steps used in clinical supervision, namely: interview, observation, question and answer, discussion and document study. The data analysis method used to analyze the data is descriptive analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of research that has been carried out for two cycles of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Bebandem, it shows that there is an increase in the ability to compile a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through a clinical supervision approach. Based on the assessments obtained in cycle I and cycle II using the clinical supervision approach, the implementation of the actions taken can be said to be able to improve the ability of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Bebandem in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The conclusion from this study is that the clinical supervision approach can improve the ability of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Bebandem in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). This is evident from the increase in the ability of Productive teachers in the TBSM Skills Competency from an initial value of 54 to increase to 84 in cycle I and to 96 in cycle II. Productive teachers in the TAV Skills Competency from the initial acquisition of 48 increased to 75 in cycle I and increased to 93 in cycle II. Whereas Productive teachers in the AP Skills Competency from the initial acquisition of 59 rose to 81 in cycle I and rose to 95 in cycle II, and for Productive teachers in the Catering Skills Competency from the initial acquisition of 61 in cycle I and up to 95 in cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning motivation and initial writing skills of second grade students of SD Negeri 5 Karangasem in the even semester of the 2017/2018 school year. To achieve this goal, action research was carried out in two learning cycles with 20 students as research subjects. The object of research is the application of the Contextual learning model to improve motivation and initial writing skills. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis showed that: 1) The application of contextual learning models can increase the learning motivation of second grade students of SD Negeri 5 Karangasem in the even semester of the 2017/2018 academic year. This result can be seen from the motivation data of 77.90 in the first cycle with moderate qualifications and in the second cycle it increases to 83.8 with high qualifications. 2) The application of contextual learning models can improve Beginning Writing Skills in Grade II Students of SD Negeri 5 Karangasem Even Semester of the 2017/2018 Academic Year. This result can be seen from the student's average score of 63.5 in the first cycle with 75% classical completeness, and in the second cycle it increases to an average value of 75.5 with 100% completeness. Thus, the motivation and initial writing skills of second grade students at SDN 5 Karangasem can be improved through the application of the Contextual learning model.

Abstract

The ability and activity of children in mixing colors at the initial condition is still very low. Classroom action research was conducted to improve cognitive ability to recognize colors, namely aspects of pointing colors, calling colors and mixing colors. The subjects of the study were 20 people in the group B1 TK Widya Kumara Selat Duda. This study aims to describe the implementation of the demonstration method and the results of learning to recognize colors, designed in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation/assessment and reflection stages. Data were collected by observing the ability of children's learning outcomes and analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The indicator of the average success of learning outcomes is in category B (Good). Based on the learning outcomes from pre-cycle 15% improvement in learning outcomes in cycle I showed that there was an increase in cognitive ability to recognize colors from 20% to 50% and in cycle II there was an increase in cognitive ability to recognize. Thus, it was concluded that the application of the demonstration method was able to improve the cognitive ability to recognize the color of the students of group B1 TK Widya Kumara Selat Duda Karangasem.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Class V students at SD Negeri 4 Karangasem in Hindu Religious Education. This is thought to be caused by several factors, the learning method used by the teacher is still monotonous, which only uses the lecture method. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles with the aim of improving the learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Karangasem with a total of 12 students consisting of 5 female students and 7 male students. Data were collected using the test method. The collected data was then analyzed by qualitative descriptive statistics. The results of the study show that the application of the team games tournament type cooperative learning model in learning Hindu Religious Education can improve student learning outcomes, namely classically on initial reflection by 42% students complete, cycle I by 75% students complete, and cycle II by 100% students. finished. Therefore, between the initial reflection and the first cycle there was an increase in classical completeness by 33%. Meanwhile, from cycle I to cycle II there was an increase in classical completeness by 25%. Based on these results, several suggestions can be recommended, namely: the principal should seek to provide various learning resources that can support the learning activities carried out, Hindu religious education teachers are expected to continue to optimize learning activities carried out through the application of various innovative methods, especially cooperative learning models. Team Games Tournament type, so as to improve student learning outcomes, students are expected to increase their seriousness in participating in the learning process, so that learning materials can be well understood. That means the learning objectives will be achieved well too, and other researchers should participate in testing this method in learning Hindu Religious Education on different subjects from the subjects in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of Hindu Religion Class III SD Negeri 1 Dukuh through the application of singing and storytelling methods in learning Hindu Religious Education. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this study were the third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Dukuh, totaling 16 people consisting of 8 female students and 8 male students. Data were collected by observation and learning outcomes tests. The collected data was then analyzed by qualitative descriptive statistics. The results showed that the application of storytelling and singing methods could improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the average learning outcomes, absorption and classical mastery of students in cycle I to cycle II which increased. The average value of the first cycle reached 76.25 and the second cycle reached 82.50. That means, the average value from cycle I to cycle II has increased by 6.25. Likewise for student absorption. Classical completeness of students in the first cycle was 68.75% with 11 students completed and 5 students incomplete. Furthermore, in the second cycle of classical completeness 100% with 16 students completed. Based on these data, students' classical mastery between cycle I and cycle II increased by 31.25%. Based on these results, several suggestions can be recommended, namely: Hindu Religious Education teachers are expected to apply storytelling and singing methods to improve student learning outcomes. students.

Abstract

A pandemic period is a period of human transition the spread of diseases that can claim human lives. This is very influential on the nature, interaction, social, economy and affects the restriction of activities between humans in carrying out their mobility. It's spread able to influence activities in the world of education. Education as a medium for delivering knowledge with many can be students is indicated a place spread of covid-19 in the school environment. This problem greatly changed way teachers work in delivering learning to students, which used to be face-to-face, now online. The impact of pandemic on student learning at SD Negeri 4 Dauhwaru such as: students 'reading interest has decreased, students' desire to learn is reduced, tasks or homework are mostly done by their parents. These behaviors continuously ask for help with their duties. The method used in study use librarian research for theoretical studies, references and scientific literature related culture, values ​​and norms develop in social situation under study. The solution that can provided by the government tackling education in the midst of pandemic use online learning such as google classroom. This feature helps teachers in delivering material online without reducing the face-to-face feeling from teacher to student in Indonesian language learning. Learning Indonesian will be more optimally delivered face-to-face and more optimally for students catch. The use google classroom a medium for delivering material, assignments and quizzes for students is expected to be able provide better reading interest and enthusiasm for students during a pandemic.
