Abstract

Along with the industrial revolution, society needs to prepare itself for the impact on all areas of life. One problem is that there is an abundance of labor but the use of artificial intelligence can fill certain sectors. Vocational high school graduates must have entrepreneurial readiness and leadership skills. This research aims to analyze the factors of fieldwork practices and creative and entrepreneurial product subjects on entrepreneurial readiness and leadership. This research is quantitative correlational type. 226 students from 6 vocational high school in Pasuruan Regency filled out a questionnaire with closed questions on a Likert scale. Data were analyzed descriptively and statistically with multiple linear regression tests. The influence of fieldwork practices and creative and entrepreneurial product subjects on entrepreneurial readiness each have a p-value <0.05. Likewise, fieldwork practices and creative product and entrepreneurship subjects on leadership each have a p-value < 0.05. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of fieldwork practices and creative product and entrepreneurship subjects on entrepreneurial readiness and leadership skill.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and clarify the management of educational innovation from an effective school perspective. This scientific article research method uses systematic library observation with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Review and Meta-analysis) model by applying complete and detailed steps in carrying out library observations of journal articles. In this case, a literature search was carried out, both in the form of national literature and international literature, using the Scoopus, Emerald and Google Scholar databases. In the initial stage of the article search, 150 articles were identified, then screened and screened to produce 85 articles. Then feasibility or feasibility was carried out and produced 45 articles. Then the final stage was carried out by producing 25 articles. The result of this scientific article is that effective management of educational innovation from a school perspective is a systematic process that involves planning, implementation, evaluation and further action of school resources in realizing educational goals efficiently and effectively. Effective schools have a number of characteristics such as a consistent vision and mission, strong leadership, planned programs and curriculum, ongoing evaluation, supportive facilities, and active involvement of students, teachers, parents and the community. As well as realizing innovation in managing changes and new developments in the field of education. This is in accordance with school goals through the rational and systematic use of all school resources.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of principals' transformational leadership in optimizing teacher teaching performance through collaborative academic supervision. The background of this study is the urgency of improving the quality of education that is highly dependent on the effectiveness of teacher teaching, where the role of the principal as a leader is very important in facilitating teacher professional development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of principals' transformational leadership, the characteristics of collaborative supervision carried out, and its impact on improving teacher teaching performance. This study uses a qualitative multi-site case study method, allowing for in-depth exploration of the phenomenon in several locations. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed and validated through data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the principal's transformational leadership effectively fosters equal dialogue and the development of joint follow-up plans between the principal and teachers. The implementation of this collaborative academic supervision has a significant impact on improving teacher performance including aspects of better lesson planning, innovative teaching strategies, effective classroom management, deep self-reflection skills, and increased teacher self-efficacy. The conclusion of the study explains that the principal's transformational leadership is a key factor in creating a conducive environment for teacher professional development through collaborative supervision, which ultimately contributes to improving the quality of teaching holistically. This study makes an important contribution to the development of an empowering supervision model, emphasizing the role of the principal as a change agent who empowers teachers to reach their maximum potential.
