Abstract

Fiscal decentralization policy is one of the mos t important part of the concept of decentralization. By fiscal decentralization, we could hope that each regional government could enforcing the development in their region. But, fiscal decentralization policy in field could not be implemented in a whole sector caused of political factor. Then, each regional government has a good financial capability since 2001 because they get a bog amount of fund transfer from the central government, but the allocation to development is very few. For example, there are still many broken road. This case may be caused by the transfer fund from the central government is allocated mostly to employement expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of quality of free education service to the satisfaction of junior high school students of the country (SMPN) in the area of ​​South Tambun District. The variables in this research are Tangible, Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty, as independent variable and Customer Satisfaction as dependent variable. This research has been done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents students of class VII and class VIII through judgmental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis technique with SPSS method. The results of this study showed that Tangible, Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Increased profit by the company can be done in various ways. One of them by investing in the capital market.But many things to consider in choosing the shares to be invested. The main purpose of activity in the capital market is to earn a profit (return). Investors use various means to obtain expected returns, either through their own analysis of stock trading behavior, or by taking advantage of advice provided by stock market analysts such as brokers, dealers, investment managers and others. Statistical methods used in this study are inferential statistics, while the type of research used is descriptive verification research. The sample in this study are property and real estate listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2012. Analyzer used in this research use multiple regression. In this research, there is influence Inflation, Dollar Exchange Rate, Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) to stock return simultaneously and significantly. The value of influence Inflation, Dollar Exchange Rate, Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) to stock return of 26.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat oleh Andi Primafira Bumandava Eka dan Atika Christie Magdalena pada bulan September 2017 dengan judul “Pengaruh Aktiva Pajak Tangguhan dan Kewajiban Pajak Tangguhan Terhadap Laba Komersial pada PT. Tower Bersama Infrastruktur Tbk”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi hasil kajian mengenai adanya pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya aktiva pajak tangguhan dna kewajiban pajak tangguhan terhadap laba komersial pada PT. Tower Bersama Infrastruktur Tbk, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan dianalisa menggunakan teknik analisa regresi sederhana, analisa regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi.Dengan operasional variable , terdiri dari variable dependen atau terikat (Y), adalah laba komersial , dan variable bebas (X1) adalah aktiva pajak tangguhan dan variable independen atau bebas (X2) adalah kewajiban pajak tangguhan . Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah koefisien korelasi yang dapat dilihat bahwa antara variabel independent dan dependent sebesar 0,241 menunjukan korelasi yang terjadi antara variabel aktiva pajak tangguhan dan kewajiban pajak tangguhan dengan variabel laba komersial berada dalam kategori hubungan yang lemah ( 0,200 – 0,399). Hasil analisis regresi berganda yaitu : Y = 362.025,681 + 0,910 X1 + 0,303 X2 + e Kenaikan aktiva pajak tangguhan sebesar Rp.1 akan meningkatkan jumlah laba komersial sebesar Rp.0,910 Kenaikan kewajiban pajak tangguhan sebesar Rp.1 akan meningkatkan jumlah laba komersial sebesar Rp.0,303. Diketahui nilai determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,241 angka tersebut mengandung arti bahwa aktiva pajak tangguhan dan kewajiban pajak tangguhan berpengaruh terhadap laba komersial sebesar 24,1%, sedangkan sisanya 75,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

This thesis was written by Miranti Yudhati, Nim 13010001, from May 2017 to August 2017, entitled: The Influence of Profit Expectations To Words Doing Business (Study gradued studies years 2013 STIE MBI Jakarta). This study aims to produce information in the form of a more in-depth explanation of the results of data processing about how much influence of earnings expectations on entrepreneur interest. The research method used in this research is the causality and the form of quantitative and qualitative research by using descriptive and verivative type, that is by form of field study and direct survey either through interview or observation in the form of direct observation. Based on the calculation with simple linear regression equation between X and Y is = 29,068 + 0,431X ...... e, this means if there is an increase of expectation of profit 1 point then entrepreneurship interest will increase to equal to 29,068 + 0,431 (1) = 29,499 . While the results of Hypothesis Testing, obtained profit expression variables have a value of sig <0.05 means significant. While tcount = 3.761 and ttable = 2,003. Then variable earnings expectations proved there is a relationship to entrepreneurship interests, so Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. And based on correlation coefficient analysis obtained value r = 0.449 This means there is a strong and positive relationship which indicates that the increase in earnings expectations in general can increase interest in entrepreneurship. While the results of KD (R ^ 2) = 20.2%. It means that 0.2% of the independent variable is the profit expectation can be explained by the dependent variable is entrepreneur interest. While the remaining 79.8% is explained by other factors not examined by this study

Abstract

This research aimed to determine how much of the influence Third Party Fund to Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk in the periods of 2009 – 2016. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is observations, interviews, and literature study. The analysis technique used is data correlation coefficient analysis pearson product moment, and coefficient of determination. Based on the result obtained correlation pearson product moment of -0,753 with significance level of 0,031 which means strong and negative influence, the value of determination coefficient of 0,567 which means the influence of third party fund to Return On Equity (ROE) of 56,7% while 43,3% influenced by other factors not examined. The problem which were found from research conducted such as: there was declined a considerable of deposits in 2016 ,for Rp13.199.420,00, the number of customers who have problems in fulfilling the obligations caused less selective and meticulous in analyzing the debtors. The suggestions from the writer are : 1) Perform server maintenance regularly so as not to interfere with disbursement, payment, and credit repayment, 2) More consideration the ability of customers in fulfilling the obligations to reduce credit risk.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Unisma Bekasi. Data were collected by using a questionnaire, and sampling this study as many as 50 employees of probability sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple regression test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R ²)The results showed that: 1). Partially organizational culture t test variable (X1) effect on the performance of employees at Unisma Bekasi. It is known from p-value less than 0.05. 2). Partially Job Satisfaction variable t test (X2) effect job satisfaction of employees at Unisma Bekasi. It is known from p-value less than 0.05. 3). Simultaneously (F test) organizational culture and Job Satisfaction, has a significant influence on employee performance in Unisma Bekasi. It is known from p-value less than 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the working environment and Motivation on Employee Performance in Social Section Sekretaris Daerah Bekasi. The study population is with research samples totaling 29 respondents indicated the following results: First: there is a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Work Environment Officer at the Social Section Sekretaris Daerah Bekasi, with a correlation coefficient Y = 49 520 + 0580 X1, while the coefficient of determination between the variables on the performance of Employee Work Environment obtained by the 0.30 or in percentage 30 00 percent, t-test were obtained for 5428. > 2,045 Second: there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance with a correlation coefficient Y = 65 433 + 0.187X2, while the coefficient of determination between variable work motivation on employee performance is obtained, ie, 0.35 or in percentage 35.00 percent, t-test were obtained for 7692> t-table 2045. Third: there is a positive and significant impact together variable Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient Y = 56 436 + 0.018 X1 + 0185 X2, while the coefficient of determination correlation ® positive (0.361) that t was obtained for 7692> t-table 2045

Abstract

The fulfillment of the need for transportation with conventional motorcycle taxis or online, the good and bad of each transportation is reasonable if then many users/passengers motorcycle taxis to switch to online motorcycle taxis, but also unfair if the traditional motorcycle are rampant/hostile to online motorcycle taxis. Better Online motorcycle taxis they follow the management of modern motorcycle taxis to still/continue exist. Traditional motorcycle taxis will be abandoned/left by passengers/users, as passenger/users will be looking for more pratical and cheap, traditional motorcycle taxis driver can’t control passengers.Prosession as motorcycle taxis driver became one of the solution to reduce the unemployed rate when viewed from the point of view of MSDM, which is earning income, does’t require special skill it only takes discipline and perseverance in performing their duties.
