Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Mas Kuning-Kuning market segmentation during the pandemic and to find out the Mas Kuning-Kuning market segmentation strategy during the Pandemic. The type of survey used in this survey is a qualitative descriptive method. A qualitative method is a research method that uses a natural data collection system to interpret the phenomena that occur when the researcher is the main tool. Sampling of permanent sources, combining sources from populations and collection techniques, information analysis tends to be descriptive and uses qualitative analysis, and the results of qualitative analysis are more meaningful than generalizations. Emphasize. Data collection technology through activities: documentation, interviews, observation. The data processing and analysis techniques that will be used in this study are started by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from the research show that the implementation of market segmentation was carried out by Mas Kuning-Kuning where he divided consumers into 4 types of market segmentation. Where the 4 types of segmentation are behavioral segmentation, psychographic segmentation, demographic segmentation and geographic segmentation. The market segments chosen by Mas Kuning-Kuning during the Covid-19 pandemic were behavioral segmentation, psychographic segmentation, demographic segmentation and geographical segmentation. Of the four segments that are most focused on are geographic segmentation and behavioral segmentation. Consideration of choosing geographic and behavioral segmentation due to the pandemic.

Abstract

Paper ini tentang Pengaruh Iklan Dan Aplikasi Tik Tok Terhadap Minat  Beli Mahasiswa IAIN Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh iklan terhadap minat beli mahasiswa, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Tik Tok terhadap minat beli mahasiswa, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan dan aplikasi Tik Tok terhadap minat beli mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif.  Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah program studi manajemen bisnis syariah IAIN Palopo sebanyak 63 orang responden ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrument, uji persyaratan analisis, uji hipotesis, serta metode dari analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linear berganda.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli mahasiswa, dengan nilai t tabel 1,295 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Aplikasi Tik Tok berpengaruh terhadap minat beli beli mahasiswa, dengan nilai t tabel 1,295 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Iklan dan aplikasi Tik Tok secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli mahasiswa, dengan nilai F hitung 47,386 > F Tabel 2,39 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh iklan dan aplikasi Tik Tok terhadap minat beli mahasiswa sebesar 61,2%.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan potensi sagu yang begitu besar di Kabupaten Luwu Utara Akan menguntungkan secara ekonomi, karena sagu sebagai produsen pati memiliki daya hasil pati tertinggi per satuan luas per satuan waktu sebesar 25 ton/hektar/tahun. Pemanfaatan pati kering sagu dengan luas komoditi tanaman sagu yang berproduksi mencapai 1.380 Ha apabilah dimaksimalkan dapat menghasilkan 34.500 ton/hektar/tahun dengan kisaran harga pati kering sagu sebesar Rp.2.400/kg. Banyaknya potensi yang dimiliki sagu tidaklah membuat sebagian besar para petani sagu di zaman sekarang memperthankan pekerjaan dibidang ini, kini di Kabupaten Luwu Utara banyak petani yang mengalih fungsikan lahan sagu yang dimiliki ke lahan pertanian lainnya. hal ini terjadi dikarenakan masa panen sagu dianggap cukup lama jika dibandingkan dengan pertanian lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha sagu yang di jalakan oleh bapak subadir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study). Responden dalam penelitian ini diproleh dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh (sensus). Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 1 orang pengusaha sagu basah. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Pendapatan dari usaha sagu pak subadir di daerah penelitian rata-rata sebesar Rp. 13,997.120 dalam satu bulan dengan rata-rata biaya produksi sebesar 5.850.800 dan memproduksi sagu sebanyak 5.312 kg kg setiap bulannya. Analisis kelayakan usaha sagu basah dihitung dengan metode R/C Ratio dengan nilai 2,3 > 1 dengan kesimpulan setiap biaya 1 rupiah yang dikeluarkan memberikan penerimaan sebesar 2,3.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the ratio of liquidity and activity ratios in increasing profit growth at PT Siantar Top Tbk. during 2015-2017. The data collection method used is the method of documentation and literature study. In analyzing the data the author uses quantitative analysis techniques in the form of financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which can be accessed through the official website www.idx.co.id and qualitative techniques. The data processing method used in this study is a non-statistical method, namely by using financial ratio formulas. The results of the analysis of the liquidity ratio and activity ratio of PT Siantar Top Tbk, show that the liquidity ratio for the current ratio in 2015 was 1.58 times, in 2016 it was 1.65 times, in 2017 it was 2.64 times, for the quick ratio in 2015 it was 1 .04 times, in 2016 it was 1.14 times, in 2017 it was 1.81 times. Meanwhile, the cash ratio in 2015 was 1.77%, in 2016 it was 4.44%, in 2017 it was 19.48%. Then the receivable turnover in 2015 was 19.70 times, in 2016 it was 15.84 times, in 2017 it was 28.05 times, for inventory turnover, in 2015 it was 8.52 times, in 2016 it was 9.39 times, in 2017 it was 9 .44 times, for working capital turnover in 2015 it was 2.90 times, in 2016 it was 2.86 times, in 2017 it was 2.98, for fixed asset turnover in 2015 it was 2.53 times, in 2016 it was 2.37, for 2017 was 2.51 times, and total asset turnover in 2015 was 1.32 times, in 2016 was 1.12 times, in 2017 was 1.20 times.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is first to find out the description of determining marital status as a standard for employee recruitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, second to find out the reasons for implementing standardization of marriage at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, and third to find out the relationship between marital status in increasing employee work productivity at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. The research method used is a type of qualitative research, using a descriptive approach and an associative approach. The results of this study indicate that the determination of marital status as a standardization of recruitment at Bank Muamalat focuses on the Frontliners because Frontliners are the front guard who are the key to the good name and image of the company through excellent service. Excellent service is produced through employees who really focus on customer satisfaction and are not divided by personal problems, especially for people who are already married, where the problem level is considered to be far more complex than those who are not married.
