Abstract

The design of a web-based package delivery system at PT Sicepat has used an automatic method. An application program used for sending packages at PT Sicepat has been in use for a old time, but there are still many problems with using application. Such as system maintenance when unwanted, some bugs or errors occur in the database. Managing package data collection is an important part of organizations and agencies working with other parties who have an interest. Which is carried out qualitatively, can provide an overview of the condition of the object of observation based on the available information. Data collection techniques used in direct interviews, data observation, data documentation, document analysis, and drawing conclusions are effective ways to collect information. System for receiving and sending packages. PT Sicepat Ekspres already has a desktop-based application-based computer system. A program will be proposed to support people sending packets through a web-based programming application. This application is expected to improve the delivery system which still does not meet the company's needs, by using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The analysis and design method uses an object-oriented software engineering approach.

Abstract

Keamanan sistem operasi server di jaringan sebagai bagian dari keamanan sistem informasi sangat penting untuk menjaga keutuhan data serta menjamin ketersediaan layanan bagi client. Keamanan data sangat penting, terutama diarea DeMilitarization Zone (DMZ) komputer. Namun kadang perlindungan data atau keamanan data, sering dianggap kurang begitu penting dan kurang diperhatikan. Ini menjadi penting diterapkan ketika data telah diserang ataupun dicuri. Seharusnya mengantisipasi sebelum kejadian atau preventif. Sebagai tindakan preventif disini menggunakan metode hardening, menerapkan firewall ufw dan pengaturan hak akses user dan file dengan chown dan chmod. Komputer server di Unusia terkoneksi dengan jaringan sehingga terdapat ancaman serangan keamanan yang lebih besar dari komputer yang tidak terhubung ke jaringan, dengan keamanan server jaringan maka resiko ancaman kejahatan dapat diminimalisir, sehingga diperlukan perancangan sistem operasi server yang aman.Firewall Ufw adalah aplikasi atau alat untuk memfilter paket-paket yang lewat, baik yang akan masuk atau meninggalkan jaringan internal ke publik atau sebaliknya. Akses LAN ke Server DMZ dan ke Internet seharusnya hanya diperbolehkan melalui firewall, sehingga dengan firewall dapat mengontrol sistem keamanan di jaringan komputer lokal terutama di pusat data server. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk menyusun penelitian adalah menggunakan metode eksperimental dan studi pustaka. langkah awal dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kebutuhan yang berguna untuk menentukan kebutuhan dalam penelitian. Setelah langkah analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem hardening server yaitu dengan cara menerapkan rule di firewall ufw dan memberikan hak akses user pada masing-masing file dengan chmod dan chown. Sehingga dengan menerapkan hardening, firewall ufw, chmod, dan chown diatas ini dapat memberikan keamanan dan manajemen data yang baik.Kata Kunci: Sistem Operasi Server, Hardening, dan Firewall

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic was able to paralyze the activities of the Indonesian people in various fields of service, health, education, and the economy. Restrictions on people's activities outside the home make everything digital. The effects of this pandemic are a lot of anxiety felt by the public. And also many hospitals limit their practice hours for consultations. The Scrum method used in the development of the Online Doctor Consultation application has advantages over other development methods. Scrum can produce quality software and also save time and money. In addition, optimal use of software development time is generated. The development of an online doctor consultation application using the scrum method is carried out in 4 sprints. With sprint 1 for 62 hours, Sprint 2 for 54 hours, Sprint 3 for 72 hours, sprint for 72 hours for a total of 260 hours which can be completed in 3 months. The development of the Online Doctor Consultation application with the scrum method is very appropriate to use to reduce the company's financial expenses and can also be done with a team that is not too large. Applications generated by the scrum method are also very good. And also SCRUM can adapt to changes quickly.

Abstract

The demand of drinking water is growing continuously, so that the business prospects are also increasingly promising. This condition becomes a challenge for business doer of drinking water, including CV. Tirta Sasmita. A manual customer data management in CV. Tirta Sasmita causing most of customer data are not well documented, so that it may reduce the number of customers. Customer relationship management (CRM) that consists of human resources, process, and technology is a strategy which can be implemented to improve the customer service to be more effective. This research aims to design a CRM-based application that can be used in marketing control system for business doer of drinking water CV. Tirta Sasmita. This research used qualitative approach method, with descriptive research to arrange a business process flow, and action research to design CRM application using Unified Modelling Language (UML) and interface design. This application was developed using prototype method, in which customer database inside are beneficial to ease the remarketing activity. ‘Add order’ menu in CRM application system is also beneficial in terms of sales trends. There are seven access rights in the application which are based on business process flow of CV. Tirta Sasmita, namely sales counter, field sales, supervisor marketing, manager marketing, finance, surveyor, and legal. This system can be implemented based on process business in CV. Tirta Sasmita.

Abstract

Information systems are needed in this day and age, the rapid development of technology makes various human activities assisted by the system. The blooming asri clinic is a public health facility whose information system is still manual using paper documents. One activity that is still conventional is the queue at the clinic. The research method is structured for more structured and focused research activities in journal writing. There are several methods used in this research, including the following: Literature Study, Data Collection, Model Development, Online Queue Information System Application Development at Mekar Asri Clinic is very suitable when using the waterfall development model. With the online queuing application, of course, it makes it easier for health workers who are at the blooming beautiful clinic such as doctors, staff, receptionists etc. and also to improve the quality of service at the blooming beautiful clinic. This online queuing system application also makes it easier for patients if they want to go to the clinic without the need to come directly to take a queue number. Abstract

Warehouse is a place for storage of finished goods or semi-finished goods that are collected in one place for the purpose of being used or traded. The main problem in the warehouse is the storage area, sometimes the existing storage is not efficient, causing problems with the accuracy of the stock of goods. The purpose of this research is to make stock storage efficient so that it can increase the accuracy of stock items. The method chosen in this study is FIFO (First in First out) which means that the first goods enter, then the goods are the first to go out, so that the storage of goods in the warehouse becomes more efficient as a result of more regular goods transactions. The results obtained from this study are more efficient stock storage of goods and make goods transactions more orderly. The WMS system that was created still functions to regulate transactions on a basic basis, so that the development of the WMS system to add transaction menus such as reporting and min-max calculations can still be done.

Abstract

PT. Intecs Teknikatama Industri is a company engaged in the sale and installation of lubrication equipment. In its operations PT. Intecs Teknikatama Industri has several divisions, one of which handles various problems related to hardware and software. In managing these problems PT. Intecs Teknikatama Industri still uses manual recording, which still often encounters problems between technicians such as inaccurate presentation which results in inefficient reporting. In overcoming this problem, the author conducted research to create a web-based helpdesk ticketing system application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. In an effort to solve this problem, the IT division uses a numbering system (request ticket) that relates to inquiries and technical services as well as complaints regarding the use of hardware or software devices. In this study the authors used a programming language, namely Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), as well as a MySQL database as a repository for employee complaint data and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) Model in making the design flow. It is hoped that this employee helpdesk ticketing system can simplify the process of submitting problem reports and checking the status of information reports that can assist the IT division in processing employee problem submission data, and can respond to problems efficiently to employees of PT. Intecs Teknikatama Industri.

Abstract

User satisfaction is one of the most important factors for the successful implementation of information systems, including academic information systems in tertiary institutions. The academic information system at the Polytechnic has never been evaluated for user satisfaction, so there may be obstacles in its use. Since the implementation of this academic information system, several problems have been found, such as incorrect grades entered, some functions not running optimally, information is rarely updated, sometimes the server goes down, so the system cannot be used. The problem encountered may be due to an academic information system whose satisfaction factor has never been evaluated based on the end user's perception. As a result, the system does not meet the end user's needs and expectations so they are not very satisfied with using it. The purpose of this study is to measure the quality of academic information systems and determine user satisfaction. The model used in this study is End User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS) which consists of five factors, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of use, Timeliness as the independent variable and satisfaction as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 146 respondents consisting of students. Data collection used a closed questionnaire consisting of 13 questions for the five variables studied. The results of this study were obtained based on data analysis carried out using descriptive analysis techniques using a range of categories and percentages via a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction of users of academic information systems at Polytechnics as a whole is included in the agree category. Users feel satisfied using the Polytechnic academic information system, with a percentage value of 76.43%.
