Jurnal Ilmu Ilmu Agribisnis: Journal of Agribusiness Science is published by the Department of Agribusiness, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung, in collaboration with PERHEPI, the Indonesian Agricultural Economist Association. The first printed Journal was published in 2013 and the online version started in May 2018 edition. The scopes include agribusiness, agricultural economics, agricultural development, rural sociology, agricultural extension, food security, and other subjects related to agriculture and society. Abstract

 The attributes used in the previous studies of the restaurant consumer satisfaction were very varied.  Therefore, this study aims to identify the attributes of the consumer satisfaction and service forthe processed chicken restaurants in Bandar Lampung.  The data was collected in September-October 2015.  The technique used for sampling was accidental sampling in which  data from 60 respondents were the scores for the attributes of satisfaction and service. Moreover, the data were tested by using the validity and reliability tests. The next step is gathering the data of attributes from 60 respondents of two processed chicken restaurants. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research showed that the attributes identified were taste, price, menu diversity, nutrition, suitability menu, consistency of service time, comfort, service speed,hospitality,responsiveness of suggestion, fairness of service,accuracy of writing order, ease of payment, cleanliness of restaurant, waitress’ understanding of the products, cashier thoroughness, completeness of cutlery, location, parking area, security of parking, air conditioning, wastafel, toilet, mosque and entertainment.  The attributes of customer satisfaction and service restaurants that have been identified can be applied processed chicken in the city of Bandar Lampung, but the accuracy attribute accuracy of writing order, park security of parking, wastafel, mosque, and parking area needs to be improved by the restaurant.Key words: attributes, consumer satisfaction,validity and reliabilty test, serviceThe attributes used in the previous studies of the restaurant consumer satisfaction were very varied.  Therefore, this study aims to identify the attributes of the consumer satisfaction and service forthe processed chicken restaurants in Bandar Lampung.  The data was collected in September-October 2015.  The technique used for sampling was accidental sampling in which  data from 60 respondents were the scores for the attributes of satisfaction and service. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze: the level of profit and the gain difference of tomato’s lowland farming between members and nonmembers of the farmer group and the factors of production, production scale and efficiency of farm production of lowland tomatoes in both members and nonmembers of farmer group.  The number of respondents in this study was taken by cencus method, in which all 62 farmer members and all 35 farmer nonmembers were involved.   The research data was collected during October 2015 - January 2016 and was analyzed by R / C ratios, different test (independent t-test), multiple linear regression using the Cobb Douglas production function and NPM / Px ratio.  The results showed that tomato farming was profitable business and profitability of farmer group members was higher than nonmembers’ farmers.  Land and labor significantly affected the production of tomatoes.  Tomato farming of farmer group members currently on the scale of production decreased (decreasing returns to scale) and the nonmembers’ farmers that were in production scale fixed (constant return to scale).  The production process tomato farming of both farmer group members and nonmembers farmer groups were not yet efficient.Key Words: efficiency, profits, tomatoes

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to analyzethe success level of PUAP program, the level of the AEW’roles on PUAP program, and the factors  related to the success of the PUAP program.  This research was conducted in Sungkai District of North Lampung Regency.  The samples are 52 farmers selected randomly and 12 Agricultural Extension Workers selected purposively.  The data analysis methods used are qualitative-descriptive analysis, tabulation, and Rank Spearman correlation.  The results showed that the PUAP program has been successful, inrelation to output, outcome, benefit, and impact.The level of AEW’sroles towards the success of PUAP program was in good category, in the roles as the diseminator of information/inovation, facilitator, supervisor, monitoring, and evaluator. The factors related to the successof PUAP Program were the level ofAEW’sroles, the level of farmer’s participation, the level of managementfunds received by farmers, and farmers' level of knowledge about PUAP program.Key words: Agricultural Extension Worker,PUAP program, role, success

Abstract
