This research aims to identify and analyze the performance of pineapple farmer group members, their household income, and the correlation between the performance and the income. This research was conducted in Astomulyo village, Punggur subdistrict, Lampung Tengah disrtrict, from Desember 2015 to March 2016. The research is a survey method using a quantitative approach. Respondents were 77 farmers, members of 11 pineapple farmer groups. The samples were determined using allocation proportional random sampling technique. The data collection was done by interviews and observation. The results showed that: 1) the performance of pineapple farmer group members is catergorized in a high classification, 2) the average household income of pineapple farmer group members is Rp66,597,177.00 per year, and 3) there is e significant correlation between the performance of members of pineapple farmer groups and the household income level. The purposes of this research are to describe rubber seed certification process, analyze factors influencing breeders in making decision on managing certified rubber seed, and analyze financial feasibility of certified and noncertified rubber seed businesses. This research was conducted in Abung Semuli District, North Lampung Regency. The total of the sample is 32 breeders consisting of 12 breeders who manage certified rubber seed and 20 breeders who manage noncertified rubber seed. The data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive qualitative analysis, logit analysis, and financial advisability analysis. The results showed that breeders who have TRUP should send UPTD BP2MD requirements for certification. Next BP2MD will do physical and administrative investigation, if all requirments was fulfilled the breeders will be given a certificate of quality. Factors which influnce breeders in cerified rubber seed business are level of education, age, price, and income on operating expenses. Financially rubber seed certificate business in Abung Semuli District is more profitable than noncertificate business. Key words : financial feasibility, seed certification, and making decision

This research aims to know the coffee farming, the formation process of coffee prices at farmer level, the coffee marketing channels, and marketing efficiency of coffee in Pulau Panggung subdistrict of Tanggamus Regency. This research was conducted in Gunung Megang village and Sri Mengantin village by involving 66 coffee farmers and following the flow of marketing, namely traders and trade collectors. Data analysis methods used in this research are a qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis including business farming (R/C ratio) and the S-C-P (Structure, Conduct, dan Perfomance) to analyze the organization of the market. The results showed that R/C ratio of >1, meaning that the farming of coffee was worthy to be cultivated and gave benefit. Farmers did not apply hedging system for their products. The coffee marketing channels in Pulau Panggung sub district of Tanggamus regency was as the following: farmers – large trader merchants– collectors – exporters. The marketing of coffee in Pulau Panggung sub district of Tanggamus Regency was not efficient, although the producer share reached more than 80%, the ratio of profit margin (RPM) on every marketing institution did not spread evenly. This study aims to determine the performance of Â partnership patterns of cassava farming in Plant Earth Sane, factors Â associated with the decision-making of farmers switching partnership from cane farming to cassava farming, andÂ a comparison between Â cassava farming income and cane farming income. The survey method was conducted in Central Lampung regency by interviewing 21 cassava farmers chosen purposively as respondents. Â Data were collected in December 2015 to May 2016 and analyzed using Kendall Partial Analysis. The results showed that the performance of cassava farming partnership system are at a very adequate classification in terms of financial aid, processing yields, profit-sharing system, the requirements of the partnership, and farming income. Farmersâ€™ decisions to switch partnership from cane farming to cassava farming were determined by technical factors of cultivation, social pressures, marketing of the crop, profit-sharing system, capital aid, the requirements of the partnership, farm income, the distance from farming land to cassava processing factory, and the desire of farmers to cultivate their own land. Cassava farming income per ha/season is Rp13,282,985.13 with R/C of 2.15, greater than those of sugarcane farming with Â income of Rp11,403,828.63 and R/C of 2.13.Key words : cassava, farm, partnership, sugarcane

This study aims to analyze financial feasibility and added value of banana chip agroindustries. This research was conducted in five districts in Metro City. This research used a census method. Total respondents were twelve agro-industries that produce banana chips. The analysis tool used in this research were financial analysis and the analysis of value-added Hayami model. The results showed that the banana chip agro-industries in Metro City both micro and small scale industries were financially feasible. The NPVs of micro scale agroindustry were Rp61,724,706.80 – Rp545,335,264.28, IRR values 44.82 - 72.84 percent and payback periods from 1 year and 2 months 5 days to 4 years 4 months and 3 days. As for small scale agroindustry, NPVs were Rp633,256,802.33 – Rp817,129,687.43 , IRR values 45.85 - 56.12 percent, and payback periods from 2 years 0 months 6 days - 6 years 3 months and 3 day.Key words: added value, banana chip agroindustry, financial analysis

The study aims to determine comparison of cost structure of rice farming with’ jajar legowo’ and ‘tege’l planting systems and comparison of income of farmers applying’ jajar legowo’ and ‘tegel’ systems in Seputih Mataram Sub-District of Central Lampung Regency. The study used a survey method. The location is determined purposively where ‘jajar legowo and tegel’ planting systems are implemented and it has the highest rice production in Central Lampung Regency.. Total samples are 30 farmers chosen randomly. This study was conducted in August 2015 to May 2016. This research uses ratio analysis. The results showed that the production cost of ‘jajar legowo’ planting system was higher than that of ‘tegel’ system especially pesticide and labor costs. The rice farming income with ‘jajar legowo’ was bigger than ‘tegel’ system. Key words : comperative income, ‘ jajar legowo’,’ tegel’

The aims of this research are to analyze: customer’s characteristics, attitudes and satisfactions, and its correlation on the total of monthly customers’ purchase. The research location was determined purposively. The number of interviewed respondents was 60. Data were analyzed descriptively and by Multiatribute Fishbein, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Pearson and rank Spearman correlation analysis. The research results showed that the customers of Hang Dihi restaurant were women, 16-25 years old, mostly college students followed by graduates with income or allowance of Rp1,000,000-Rp2,000,000 per month having 4-5 family members. They came to the restaurant location from 3-5 km distance, and purchased pressed fried chicken as much as Rp22,000–Rp31,000 per month. The value of customers’ attitude was 11.82 meaning that customers had positive attitudes. The CSI value was 72 percent; it meant that customers were satisfied overall. Based on IPA, the customers evaluated that hygiene, variations of menu, and cleanness of place were needed to be improved. There was correlation between the total purchase of pressed fried chicken at Hang Dihi and customers characteristics i.e. gender, education, job, income, and attitude and satisfaction. This study aims to analyze: the non-financial performance based on Performance PRISM method, financial performance based on ministry regulation, financial performance based on RGEC method, and the development strategies of BMT L-Risma. This research is a case study. The data collection was conducted in August 2015. The results showed that the financial performance of BMT L-Risma assessed using a standard cooperative in 2013 and 2014 resulted in less healthy predicate. Meanwhile, the assessment of financial performance assessed using RGEC method showed predicate of less healthy in 2013 and quite healthy in 2014. The nonfinancial performance of BMT L-Risma showed that total index value was 6.38 of 10. Ten KPIs were in yellow category, 11 KPIs in red, and 18 KPIs in green category. The development strategy of BMT L-Risma based on strategic priorities with three highest scorest were: improving quality and quantity of human resources by providing training, optimizing service and coaching business members to increase members’ loyaly and interest in utilizing financial products, and increasing service efficiency by adding competence of lending division management in mapping potential customers.
