The purpose of this research are to analyze the internal and external environment, the customers attitude, and the development strategy of agribusiness in PT Sayuran Siap Saji. This research uses a case study method in PT Sayuran Siap Saji. Respondents of this research are employee and customers of PT Sayuran Siap Saji, and Department of Agriculture and Forestry Bogor District and Department of Cooperative, UKM, Industry, and Trade Bogor District. Data analysis method that used in this research are descriptive qualitative analysis (SWOT) and descriptive quantitative (analysis of customer attitudes). The result of this research shows that: (1) the main strength of PT Sayuran Siap Saji is a good product quality, while the main weakness is the lack of promotion. The main opportunity of PT Sayuran Siap Saji is increasing number of restaurants that require fresh cut vegetable products, while the main threat is the customers switch to another company, (2) the biggest of customers attitude value to the attributes PT Sayuran Siap Saji is an on time delivery attribute, (3) the main priority strategy of PT Sayuran Siap Saji is manage a better management functions to affect the performance of the company, technology development, and customers loyalty. In addition, maintaining product quality in order to remain certified HACCP by using good raw materials, appropriate technology, the specialization of labor, and do a promotion activities. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the feasibility and the added value of tempe agroindustry. This research uses a case study method on Barkah’s agroindustry (big production scale) and Muklisin’s agroindustry (medium production scale) at Podomoro village and Hamsin’s agroindustry (small production scale) at South Pringsewu village in Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency. Research location is chosen purposively based on the quantity of production and same age of agroindustry. Analysis data uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The result of this research showed that tempe agroindustry at various scales of production (big, medium, small) in general was profitable and feasible to be developed. Tempe agroindustry in this research provided high enough added value, although still using relatively simple technology and limited capital. Key words: added value, agroindustry, feasibility, tempe

This study aims to determine the household of farmers' level of poverty, the food consumption pattern of farmer’s household according to the score of Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP), and the factors that affect the score of DDP of the farmers' household in Ruguk Village Ketapang Sub District South Lampung Regency. The research was conducted in Ruguk Village, Ketapang Sub District of South Lampung Regency. Sixty seven respondents were obtained by simple random sampling method. In this study, to determine food consumption pattern used a score of Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP) in farmers' household and to know the factors that affect the score of DDP used multiple linear regression analysis. The food consumptin pattern of farmers' household in Ruguk Village, South Lampung with score size of Desirable Dietary Patternwas good enough (88,25) and still under the recommended score of Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP) and the variables that significantly affected PPH farmers' household were expenditure and the number of members of family. This research aims to analyze the financial benefit of water pump rental services business unit and sensitivity of water pump rental services business unit. This research uses case study method in Mekar Mulya Village, Palas Sub-District, South Lampung Regency. The research location is intentionally chosen by consideration of the place is the central of rice production and there is surface water irrigation of paddy by utilizing water pump. The number of respondent is 34 people taken by sensus method. Data of this research is collected on November 2015 – January 2016. The analysis data uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this research show pump irrigation feasible and profitable to be developed. NPV of 329,864,982.14, IRR of 76.95 percent, Gross B/C ratio of 1.3, Net B/C Ratio of 5.39 and payback period (PP) of 2.39. Water pump rental services business unit sensitive to changes in fuel cost increase of 66.67 percent and oil cost increase of 17.86 percent. Key words: financial feasible, pump irrigation, rice farm

This study aims to analyze the income level and the efficiency of rice farming that joining the warehouse receipt system and non warehouse receipt system, and identify contributing factors and inhibiting factors to the implementation of warehouse receipt system for rice farmers. This research was conducted in Pulau Panggung Sub District of Tanggamus Regency which data was collected in April 2016. The sample was selected by census technique method for the farmers who are joining the warehouse receipt system and simple random sampling method for the farmers who are not joining the warehouse receipt system. The data was analyzed by farm income analysis and Decision Matrix Analysis (DMA). The results of this research showed that the income of farmers who were joining the warehouse receipt system was higher than farmers who were not joining the warehouse receipt system. The total income of farmers who were joining the warehouse receipt system was Rp5,148,487.78 in the first planting season and Rp7,120,807.78 in the second planting season, while the total income of farmers who were not joining the warehouse receipt system was Rp3,881,849.76 and 5,029,974.72 respectively. The farmer influencing factor on joining the warehouse receipt system was the cost was cheap, while influencing factor on unjoining the warehouse receipt system was the low socialization to farmers. This study aims to analyze factors related to group communication effectiveness on Jarwobangplus Program implementation and to find out the relationship between the group communication effectiveness and the implementation of Jarwobangplus Program in Gadingrejo Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency.Â The location of this study was chosen purposively in Gadingrejo Subdistric, Pringsewu Regency and respondents were 86 of rice farmers committed to Jarwobangplus program. Data of this research was collected on April-May 2016.Â The research employed survey method using descriptive analysis and used nonparametric statistic test correlation Rank Spearman to test the hypothesis. Â The results showed that the factors that related to group communication effectiveness are group cohesion level, leadership type and semantics disruption frequency. There was a significant correlation between the group communication effectiveness and the Jarwobangplus Program implementation in Gadingrejo Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency with rs score of 0.233.Â It means that Jarwobangplus Program implementation achievement was determined by group communication effectiveness as much as 23.3 percent.Â Key words: group communication effectiveness, Jarwobangplus Program

This research at was understanding the impact of El Nino on production, income of rice farmer, efficiency in the use of production factors and finding out farmers mitigation in facing El Nino season. The study was undertaken in Punggur Sub-district of Center Lampung District. Which was chosen pusposively. The sample size was 36 near from irrigation facilities and 40 far from irrigation facilities and were collected from March to April 2016 and using difference of production; difference ofincome of rice farmer; mitigation analysist. The study showed that during El Nino, there is a significant difference between rice production near and far from irrigation facilities, where as during El Nino rice production downed by 8,32 percent (far from irrigation) and 5,54 percent (near from irrigation), during El Nino,there is a significant difference between income of rice farmer near and far from irrigation facilities, where as during El Nino income downed by 3,24 percent (far from irrigation) and 7,98 percent (near from irrigation) during El Nino, farmer do some mitigation such as using water pump but with schedule adding production facilities and changing cropping pattern and varieties. The study aimed to determine the profit of red chili farmings on cluster in South Lampung district and to find out the gain of scenario at that clusters. It was conducted at clusters of red chili farming in South Lampung district. Thirty six respondents were obtained by census method and be interviewed using questionnaires. The analysis was performed using farm income, Bayes Theorem and profit expectation. The results showed that red chili farming could give a favourable profit by looking at the R/C value which was more than one. The red chili sales of scenario at the clusters in South Lampung district were determined based on the time and the price levels that occured in the first cropping pattern had the highest expectation occured on July (sales scenario of 25%) and August (sales scenario of 75%). Meanwhile, the sales scenario for the second cropping pattern had the highest expectation occured on December (sales scenario of 25%) and on January (sales scenario of 75%). This research aims to analyze cooperative performance as business entities, cooperative’s contribution towards development, the non economic advantage of cooperative (satisfied) for members, and development strategy of cooperative. This research was taken at Primkopti in Pesawaran District, Lampung Province which has been chosen purposively. Data of this research was collected in Desember 2016. This research uses a case study method. Total respondents were 54 members of cooperative to answer the third destination. Respondents were taken by simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used was quantitave descriptive analysis, contribution analysis toward development, customer satisfaction index analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of this research showed that business entities performance of Primkopti included into less qualified category. Primkopti has less contributed towards the development of Pesawaran District. Primkopti’s members satisfaction levels was 70,57 percent, it meant that the members of Primkopti felt satisfied by the performance of the services provided by Primkopti. Tthe priority strategic of Primkopti are using Primkopti’s financial and capital to collaboration with soybean suppliers, optimizes high community demand of Primkopti’s product (soybean breaker) to increase revenue and resolve soybean’s continuous distribution, using the cheap soybean breaker product prices to dominating the market and competing with competitors.
