Abstract

User interface or also called front-end Academic system SITODA which interesting and can overcome the problem of academic data is needed by the curriculum and teachers in schools of SMKIT Insan Toda. System testing is required before the system is implemented. Front-end of Academic system SITODA Web-Based created using CI Framework and CSS Programming language. The front-end testing of the SITODA academic system uses Black Box, the examiner may not be a technical person from the programming field, system testing involves a curriculum section testing the admin form and a teacher who will test the teacher form. The equivalence partitioning test for the SITODA academic system is designed by checking the output and input data, starting with making a test planning table containing test classes and test items, then testing for each test item by creating a functional test table. The results of the Equivalence Partition (EP) test show that the SITODA academic system is running according to its function because all test results have been successfully executed according to the expected results.

Abstract

The results of field work practice at the Bandung Muhammadiyah Hospital, the authors pay attention to several problems, namely when registering Covid-19 patients, during registration, Covid-19 patients will come to the hospital and wait and even queue to register, this process can cause the spread of the virus to people in the hospital. Based on the background of these problems, the author chose to make an application, with the argument that the majority of Indonesian people have smartphones. By creating an online reservation application, patients do not need to wait in the hospital first so that the risk of covid transmission is reduced, Then the hospital can prepare for the arrival of Covid patients so that visitors do not need to worry and in the end the Covid patient registration activity can run by minimizing the occurrence of transmission. Research methodology is a scientific way to obtain data with specific purposes and uses (Sugiyono, 2016). For making this application, the author uses research and development methods. Research and Development (R&D) is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The results obtained from making this application are the development stage and show changes in registering Covid-19 patients. What initially required patients to come to the hospital to register, became online (online), namely electronic devices connected to the internet network. So it can be done through this application. The overall application deployment is a mix of software and hardware. This application is able to make reservations (reservations) for patients who are confirmed to be COVID-19 in online. Abstract

Perangkat lunak atau software merupakan suatu perintah program yang terdapat di dalam sebuah komputer dimana ketika dieksekusi oleh usernya akan memberikan sejumlah fungsi sekaligus menampilkan informasi yang diinginkan oleh usernya sesuai kebutuhan yang dibuat sebelumnya. PT. MPM Finance Bandung merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa peminjaman keuangan yang berlokasi di Jl. BKR No.26A, Cijagra, Kec. Lengkong, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40265. Setiap instansi atau lembaga baik pemerintah maupun swasta pasti memiliki barang inventaris kantor seperti meja, kursi, komputer, laptop, mobil, motor, dan sebagainya. Barang inventaris adalah daftar yang memuat semua barang milik kantor yang dipakai untuk melaksanakan tugas instansi atau lembaga tersebut. Demikian pula halnya dengan PT. MPM Finance Bandung tidak terlepas dari persoalan inventaris yaitu pengolahan data inventaris masih dilakukan secara manual, yakni belum menggunakan database sebagai penyimpanan data, serta membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mengolah data karena data inventaris yang terdaftar tersebut bila dimasukkan ke komputer memakai Microsoft Excel tanpa menggunakan database. Pemanfaatan perangkat lunak dalam pembuatan sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan inventaris diperlukan agar dapat membantu pengumpulan dan pengolahan inventaris dan dapat memudahkan proses pelaporan dan penyimpanan data inventaris serta meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan manusia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi ini adalah model Waterfall. Output yang dihasilkan yaitu aplikasi yang membantu melakukan konfigurasi, pendataan, penjumlahan, status aset serta pembuatan laporan informasi aset perusahaan dan letak aset tersebut.

Abstract

The traffic jam in various locations causes a decrease in the road service level and crossroads. To control the level of a traffic jam it is required to improve the intersection performance to reduce barriers, increase capacity, and reduce accidents. The purpose of this final project is to help solve the congestion problem that occurs at the Simpang Tlajung Gunung Putri. The data used are primary data that obtained through field surveys and the secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Bogor District and various journals. The data analysis method uses manual calculations in accordance with the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The existing condition of Simpang Gunung Putri Tlajung after being analyzed showed poor results with a capacity of 3676,509 pcu/hour; vehicle volume of 5622,27 pcu/hour; degree of saturated (DS) of 1,53; delay (D) -22,532 sec/pcu; queue probability of 218% (upper limit) and 100% (lower limit) and had a very poor level of intersection service. In overcoming the performance problems of Simpang Tlajung Gunung Putri 9 (nine) alternative solutions were carried out. The solution to the problem used is the last alternative solution, namely a combination of the installation of prohibited stop signs, restrictions on heavy vehicle operating hours, prohibition of turning right from the South approach (Narogong Highway To Cileungsi), the East approach (Wanaherang Highway) made one way to The Cibubur Alternative Road, and the South approach (Narogong Highway To Cileungsi) are made in one way towards Gunung Putri that shows a capacity value of 5695,091 pcu/hour; degree of saturated (DS) of 0,75; delay (D) 12,297 sec/pcu queue probability of 23%-46% and had a service level in category B which means the performance of the intersection is in good condition.
