Abstract

A trash can is a place to temporarily store trash, which is usually made of plastic. The way trash cans work is generally quite simple, namely by putting trash in the head of the can. This did not entice the Nurul Iman Madrasah students to throw garbage in the trash and litter the environment around the madrasa. Not to mention, when opening a trash can, you have to use your hands, so the head of the trash can becomes unhygienic and can increase the potential for spreading disease or viruses. For this reason, by adding some technology to a trash can, the trash can can be transformed into a "smart trash can." It is hoped that this can make the activity of disposing of trash even more interesting and more hygienic because children only need to approach the trash can and the trash can will open by itself. The technology used is the Arduino microcontroller, which is the brain of this system, and the HC-SR04 sensor, an ultrasonic sensor.

Abstract

Sebagian besar daerah Indonesia ialah wilayah rawan gempa. Oleh Sebab itu, diperlukan adanya inovasi atau pengembangan pada material bangunan untuk mengurangi keruntuhan yang akan terjadi akibat gempa. Salah satunya yaitu pengembangan material dalam pembuatan dinding bangunan. Dari inovasi-inovasi dan perkembangan material dalam pembuatan dinding tersebut, terciptalah penelitian tentang perkembangan material dengan cara menambah perkuatan pada dinding. Salah satunya adalah penelitian tentang bata interlock. Dilakukanlah penelitian mengenai penggunaan baja tulangan sebagai pin atau pengait pada dinding interlock. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan ukuran pin yang optimum pada bata ringan dan menganalisis pengaruh kuat geser pada dinding bata ringan interlock sesuai dengan ketentuan SNI 8640:2018. Penggunaan baja tulangan sebagai pin untuk dinding bata ringan interlock ini menggunakan 5 variasi; yaitu tidak memakai tulangan, memakai tulangan Ø8 mm dengan kedalaman penetrasi 4 cm, memakai tulangan Ø10 mm dengan kedalaman penetrasi 4 cm, memakai tulangan Ø8 mm dengan kedalaman penetrasi 3 cm, dan memakai tulangan Ø10 mm dengan kedalaman penetrasi 3 cm. Untuk nilai kuat geser pada penggunaan baja tulangan di bata ringan cenderung mengalami kenaikan dari bata ringan yang tidak menggunakan baja tulangan. Diperoleh penggunaan baja tulangan yang optimum pada penggunaan tulangan dengan variasi ukuran Ø10 mm dan kedalaman penetrasi tulangan pada bata ringan sedalam 3 cm karena memiliki nilai kuat geser paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 1,26 Mpa.

Abstract

Menjadi pemasok pada suatu klinik persalinan harus selalu siap memasok semua barang yang diminta oleh klinik tersebut. Permasalahan yang dihadapi sebagai pemasok adalah tidak adanya ketentuan berapa jumlah persediaan barang harus harus ada dalam gudang, dimana selama ini pembelian barang dilakukan apabila ada permintaan. Dari hal ini membuat pencarian barang yang diminta menjadi tidak terlaksana dengan baik sehingga terkadang ada keterlambatan pengiriman dari waktu yang diperlukan. Dalam penelitian kali ini digunakan suatu metoda penentuan persediaan yaitu dengan buffer stock (stok cadangan) dan reorder point (pembelian kembali) dengan didahului analisa nilai tertinggi dari barang menggunakan metoda ABC. Hasil dari proses tersebut didapat 10 (sepuluh) item barang yang dijadikan prioritas agar persediaanya menjadi perhatian dengan jumlah barang yang sesuai perhitungan buffer stock dan reorder point

Abstract

Jet Dyeing Machine is a machine used in the textile industry to dye fabric materials with efficiency and large-scale production capacity. PT XXX faces a high frequency of damage and total lost time on several components of production machines, so proper maintenance and maintenance in accordance with standards needs to be carried out to reduce the frequency of damage and total lost time and extend the service life of components. The CPM approach can help in creating an effective maintenance and maintenance schedule so that production can run smoothly and efficiently. This study aims to plan maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance on production machines at PT XXX using the CPM approach. The results of the analysis show that routine maintenance and maintenance of machine components is very important to reduce the frequency of damage and total lost time that can have an impact on production losses. The maintenance schedule must be considered carefully so as not to interfere with production and not to interfere with the performance of the machine and maintenance personnel must have adequate knowledge and skills to carry out maintenance and maintenance properly in accordance with the established SOP. Total losses due to wasted lost time can be reduced by 24% from the original. Repair and replacement of components that often experience damage need to be done to reduce the frequency of damage and total lost time on PT XXX production machines

Abstract

In its mission to provide benefits to humanity through artificial intelligence, the OpenAI company continues to develop artificial intelligence technology innovations that focus on the language development model: ChatGPT. As of February 2023, OpenAI has more than 100 million users with an estimated 1.8 billion ChatGPT visits every month which beats TikTok and Instagram. This innovation helps users get answers based on the commands entered. The presence of technological innovation throughout history has had a positive impact on developments in various fields, including education. However, negative impacts also exist side by side and have become topics of discussion in various media. One study found that ChatGPT can help complete essay writing assignments in language subjects. This certainly has an impact on students losing opportunities to hone their cognitive abilities to create written works through language development exercises. To reduce the negative impact of this technological innovation, it is necessary to carry out mitigation efforts which are expected to reduce students' dependence on using ChatGPT to complete their assignments at school. One effort that can be made is by modifying the question items by educators which can reduce ChatGPT's level of confidence in the answers given. To achieve this aim, this research took samples from the essay questions for the English class 12 high school exams. Through the Genetic Approach, each question item will be modified based on the selection of operational verbs from Bloom's Taxonomy until an operational verb (KKO) is found that is able to reduce ChatGPT's level of confidence in answering the question item. The Genetics Approach begins with the stages of population determination, namely the essay questions mentioned above, and chromosome determination, namely KKO at cognitive levels based on Bloom's Taxonomy. Next is the stage of determining the level of confidence through commands entered into ChatGPT after the answers to the modified question items are produced. If the level of confidence is still high, a crossover stage will be carried out by taking KKO at different cognitive levels until a lower level of confidence is obtained. The results of the modification of the question items have shown a decrease in the average level of ChatGPT confidence in the answers produced from 0.91 to 0.65. The chromosomes (KKO) that have been tested can reduce the level of confidence, including generate, design, arrange, distinguish, organize, examine, formulate and sketch. Combining and crossing over chromosomes in each question item has a stronger effect on reducing the confidence level of ChatGPT compared to questions that only contain one chromosome in a question item. Abstract

This research, steel welding waste called slag welding SAW was used as a substitute for coarse aggregate in concrete with a content of 50%. This study aims to determine the utilization of SAW welding slag waste as a substitute for coarse aggregate concrete by testing the compressive strength, tensile strength, and flexural strength. The concrete mix design plan uses quality of 25 MPa, using SNI 2834-2000. The specimens for testing the compressive strength of normal concrete and concrete slag welding SAW at the age of 14, 21, and 28 days totaling 18 cubes with a size of 15 x 15 x 15 cm, testing the tensile strength of concrete slag welding SAW at the age of 28 days totaling 2 shapes cylinder with a size of 30 x 15 cm, as well as testing the flexural strength of concrete slag welding SAW at the age of 28 days totaling 2 blocks with a size of 50 x 10 x 10 cm. Slump test of fresh concrete design (60-180) mm. The average compressive strength test results for normal concrete at 28 days were 16,465 MPa. The results of the average compressive strength test of concrete slag welding SAW at 28 days were 15,518 MPa. The average tensile strength test results of slag welding SAW concrete at 28 days were 1.36 MPa. The average flexural strength test results of slag welding SAW concrete at 28 days were 1.17 MPa.

Abstract

Mental health for teenagers needs attention, especially for students with non-formal education (Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar 26 Bintaro). Everyday problems, at school and at work, are triggers for students to experience mental health problems. Mental health education is very necessary, considering that there are no mental health services and no guidance and counseling teachers, as well as tools to help carry out early detection. The design of the Smart-smile application was built using a prototype method to help carry out early detection. The measuring tool used in screening is the Self Reporting Questionnaire-20 (SRQ-20). By using the Smart Smile application, early detection of mental health can be easily done.
