Abstract

IstiPudjihastuti, Edy Supriyo, Retno Hartati, in this paper explain that the development of micro industries, in banana chip  micro industry to the  member of group which is culinary enterprise Pemalang speciallized is give suitable solution to  consument for giving natural culinary with high nutrition value independently and cheap. The development of micro  industries is circular activity that consist of briefing about the use of gelatse system in banana chip production by naturally and independently, the suitable tachnique of banana chip production, production of furnace completely by steack as pilot plan, assitancy when the producer makes snack in gelatse system. Abstract

Zulfaidah Ariany, in this paper explain that fire ship at sea is a dangerous thing, both on the ship itself or on its passengers. Crew boat had put out the fire without the help of other collateral. Without a good extinguishing system will certainly result in damage to the ship and would endanger the safety of the soul crew and passenger ships.Ship fire safety research conducted by various parties including government organizations and non governmental organizations and academic institutions related to fire safety aspects of shipping and ship.The need for revision of regulations that have been enacted sail for this through the provision of research. Research conducted to gain understanding of the dangers that may occur on the ship, and a good method for controlling and extinguishing the fire. Abstract

Budhi Dharma, in paper Construction Planning of Slipway - 150 LWT  Concrete explain that in shipyard planning major facility types shipyard slipway suitable transverse system was built in the open or closed.To ship with 150 tons LWT according to the register BKI got main dimension vessels = 34 meters LOA,30 meters LP, 6 meters B, the ship draft T = 2,2 meters, and empty vessel draft Tk = 1,18 meters and block coefficient = 0,68.Of the main dimension of the vessel were then long slipway, heavy lorries and heavy lorries transfer launchers after the total weight is obtained the dimensions of the placement of concrete beam rail and lorry.Keyword : Slip way and structure concrete

Abstract

Solichin Djazuli Sa’id, in this paper explain that fuel consumption for each vessel were variations depending on the size of ships, ships with a larger size will require more fuel for each mile distance the ship with  a GT 101 for a distance of 1 mile with a speed of 6 knots require diesel fuel (dieselfue oil ) 6.24 liter, GT 1991: 6.06 liter, GT 80: 5.69 liter, GT 71: 5.13 liter, GT 61;4.74 liter and most economical is the GT 45 is only 3.30 liters per milnyaThe lowest operating costs of fishing vessels is to measure 45GT, 101GT highest. Operational Cost (OC) is the most economical ship with size 45 GT (Modern I).Operational costs are dominating the supply of fuel (diesel) 44%.Profit rate (profit rate) obtained by vessels of 45 GT (Modern I)  has a rate of returnabove 15%, the highest in comparison  with vessels of above. Keywords: Fuel consumption, operating costs

Abstract

Aulia Windyandari, in paper simulation model of development method for passenger savety evaluation of freefaal lifeboat explain that since the launching procedure of Freefall Lifeboat (FFL) may have an impact with the water surface, the occupant injury is possible be occured in the evacuation process of the offshore structures.  The FFL shock acceleration has been conducted by the impact force when the lifeboat entry the water surface. If the shock acceleration over the human conciousness allowance, the serious injury will be happened during the FFL launching.According to the conditions, the IMO regulations have standard for the acceptance criteria of FFL shock acceleration induced by water entry impact load. The results measurement of Combined Acceleration Ratio Index (CAR) or Combined Dynamic Response Ratio Index (CDRR) should be comply with the IMO index criteria.In this paper, the methodology of FFL acceleration response prediction by the simulation model analysis will be proposed. The simulation model will be developed by using LS-Dyna code. The Simplified Arbitratry Lagrangian Eulerian Coupling will be used to define the coupling analysis between the Lifeboats (Lagrangian elements) with Water Fluids (the Eulerian Elements)Keywords: Free Fall Lifeboat, Response Acceleration, Impact Load

Abstract

Mohd Ridwan, in this paper explain that traditional fishing vessels built in the shipyard of the people is a cultural heritage which needs to be conserved, and empowered through the application of ship science and technology to build fishing boats for fishermen of all types, shapes and sizes of ships, equipped with fishing technology. Repairs to the feasibility of traditional fishing vessels to sail like stability, ship construction needs to be done. Similarly, his case should be applied to ship propulsion technology that remained operational needs based on size of vessel forms and types of fishing vessels. The design of an appropriate propulsion can provide benefits in the form of operational cost savings by more than 10% through the use of hybrid propulsion systems. Hybrid propulsion system is a mix of main engine (motor fuel or gas fuel MDO) with electric motor and propeller to suit the use of hull form and ship propulsion systems (matching the propeller and engine) is at the core of this concept in this article and next to be research. Besides these traditional ship the product to be supported primarily by imposing government standards for a fishing vessel, for fishermen as users can easily calculate the economic value of investment will they planted in fishing effort at sea. Keywords : Fishing Boat Traditional, Hybrid Propulsion, Main Engine, Propeller, Operatinal Cost.

Abstract

Sutomo, Murni, Senen, Rahmat, Electrolyzer is development of a electrolysis technology to produce HHO gas, or Brown’s gas. Diesel engine use solar (diesel oil) as combustion’s material to produce thermal energy and oxidation and will be changed to mechanic energy. The base product of thermal energy by oxidation diesel oil, is would like to use electrolyzer to produce HHO and insert to the fuel combustion. Because HHO is a reactive gas, so in our research we hopeful will increase the thermal energy in combustion process and decrease the diesel oil consumption. The result of this research is the BSFC (Brake Shat Fuel Consumption) will decrease 2.5% up to 3.2%.   Key word: electrolyzer, diesel engine, BSFC
