Abstract

Heny Kusumayanti, Vita Paramita, Wahyunimgsih, RizkaAmalia, Vynda Dindasari Siregar, Nurul Pudiastuningtyas, in this paper explain that soap is used as a cleaning agent. Hand sanitizer is a hand sanitizer which makes it easy and can be carried out by PKK mothers and the community. The purpose of this liquid handwashing soap training and practice is to provide knowledge and appropriate technology to the PKK mothers in Tembalang Pesona Asri RT I RW IV Kramas Semarang, in addition to making their own liquid handwashing for self consumption can also be sold so can increase income. The result of this activity is liquid hand washing soap which is red, has a fragrant odor and when used does not cause roughness in the hand.

Abstract

Eki Yulian, Arkhan Subari in this paper explain that Power consumption in boarding houses still can not be monitored , so that power usage bill payments based solely on electrical equipment used in the room . This would be detrimental to the owner of the boarding when the power consumption is too large . But tenants boarding can also be harmed if rarely use electricity must still pay the electric bill to the owner of the boarding.Thus making the tool use of electricity for the purposes of calculating a dorm room at the end of the project , expected to assist in completing the problem. In this tool using optocoupler sensor mounted on a disc kwh meter analog and microcontroller will process the data readings from sensors optocoupler . The output of this tool will appear on an LCD (liquid circuit display) . Where is the data to be displayed is the amount of power usage and costs to be paid . In addition , the tool uses the SMS facility for monitoring power use. Abstract

Seno Darmanto, Windu Sediono, Sarwoko, Triyatno, in this paper explain that making of callophylum inophylum biodiesel fuel is done alkaly transesterification methode. Alkaly transesterification methode use methanol and basa (NaOH) of catalist. Procedur and setting of research that is consisted in material selection, treatment and setting of composition of methanol and catalist, operational temperature, reaction time, speed and mixer technical will effect quality and conversion level of callophylum inophylum biodiesel. And based data analyzer show that conversion of callophylum inophylum biodiesel can reach 90%. Properties of callophylum inophylum biodiesel show viscosity and flash point of callophylum inophylum biodiesel is ligthly higher than diesel fuel. And caloric value of callophylum inophylum biodiesel is slightly lower than diesel fuel. Key words: callophylum inophylum, biodiesel, properties, transesterification.

Abstract

Ruky Sandra Ary M, Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that parking lot which is widely used today do not present an empty parking location data, causing the vehicle entering the parking area must first find an empty parking space. This led to queues of vehicles becomes unavoidable. Even vehicles must berputarputar first to find an empty parking space. Therefore, it needs a parking system that can alert parking block capacity is still empty. Parking tariff determination system also plays an important role, most of the park determines the rate only on the type of vehicle rather than on how much time parking felt unjust for some people. This study designed a microcontroller-based parking system that can determine the number of cars remaining at the same time counting parking rates is a unified tool that can be divided into two, namely, hardware and software as a mechanical system that will work as a control system and the process of calculating tariffs. Abstract

Electricity has become a daily necessity in the community both social, economic and business. Therefore electricity is needed every day and it is the reliability of PLN. To fulfill such reliability While the reliability of electrical energy should be followed by inspection on the equipment used. PLN field employees themselves who every day always do inspection on the network of all the repeaters, so that field officers always know the state of the network in the field. If the network looks bad or requires maintenance it will be scheduled to do the job. Before the holding of the work it will be done in the first outage area is to operate the switching tool didaerah area. The switching tools are ABSW and LBS. After all the swithing tools are operated the workers always do the grounding first on the three phases by using ground clusters at the starting point to the end of the work where if transmitted so called PMS ground. This is done as a safety because the LBS switching tool is closed so that workers are not sure if the network has been extinguished and as a safety if LBS failed to work or failure. But here the worker himself sometimes still not sure whether the ground cluster is already installed properly or not. And as a safeguard against the occurrence of any maneuvering done by employees from the office Rayon. Therefore the author wants to make a prototype to detect whether grounding is installed properly or not in every phase. The prototype uses Arduino mega as its micron and uses a voltage sensor to find out the value of the voltage. If the ground claster is installed and work fails on LBS then the OCR relay will work and PMT will trip. With the prototype is expected to improve security in the work and minimize the occurrence of work accidents. This prototype has a 0% chance of a crash if the ground cluster is properly installed.

Abstract

Ari Wijayanto, Priyo Sasmoko, in this paper explain that for operation RFID Parking Area User Operating Method Electronic Parking Pricing ( EPP ) Based Arduino Uno we created to see the problems that occur at this time , where the application of the parking area where the management is still done manually, especially in terms of payments .. We design a tool capable overcome these weaknesses , ranging from providing information about the availability of parking space to the user before entering the parking area to the effectiveness of the method of payment , which uses an identity card balance . With this tool is expected to reduce queuing/ speed up queues of vehicles wanting to enter / exit the parking lot. The system is also supported by the Arduino Uno as the brain to process data from RFID . RTC components to calculate the time and date , LCD display , and a servo motor as the driving door portal. Abstract

Sutomo, Murni, Rahmat, An internal combustion process of fuel will works effectively if the fuel’s density and viscosity is lower so we would like to use a heater in order to decrease the density and viscosity of the fuel. Based on this condition, we would like to use an electrolizer and a diesel engine to improve the fuel consumption. Electrolizer will increases the gas reaction so we hope that fuel consumption rate will decrease. The result of this research is the effective temperature of fuel is 50oC – 60oC will produce the effective combustion. The fuel consumption decreased in 6 kW is 0.12 lt/kWH. With a view to facilitate the work and time efficiency. Included in the field of automation control systems in a work process. One of these systems automation in sorting colored box, so that a product can be separated from one another and in accordance with the qualifications color. Abstract

Sartika Kusuma Wardani, Subali, in paper coordination of flow over relay setting in incoming 2 kudus to outgoing 5 and 6 using double circuit network on GI 150 KV kudus explain that PT PLN make every effort to improve service to customers , one of them by increasing the reliability of the distribution of electrical energy . Reliability of the distribution network is very important for both consumers and PLN. One measure of the reliability of the system / network is a factor SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). Steps that have been done one way to minimize the possibility of interference is by installing protective devices on medium voltage networks. However, installation of protection equipment is not enough if the relay setting coordination between the incoming and outgoing imprecise. In fact in recent months, an interruption in the feeder distribution network which affects the incoming relay tripnya due to failure of the feeder protection system. One of the events that have happened several times is the same disorder in a double feeder circuit (network supplied from a single source by using two networks ( two feeder ) were included in the bus and in 1 pole) and holy 5 and  6 which causes the incoming PMT trip. It is very risky to happen, because the resulting trip relays at all incoming feeder that gets supply voltage of the incoming. So it takes coordination of overcurrent relay settings right so that the incidence of the incoming trip Sacred 2 does not happen again . Abstract

Agustin Anarwati, Iman Setiono, today human life is very rapidly developing, one of them in the field of technology as time advances. This requires the creation of ideas to make a variety of equipment that is more practical and more reliable in meeting needs. In the industrial world today, most equipment uses PLC as a controller for various existing equipment, while the Human Machine Interface (HMI) is used to simplify monitoring existing equipment. In the automotive world, the power windows system is part of the body's electrical circuit which aims to make it easier for motorists to operate car windows. The driver can adjust the work of the power windows through a switch. When the driver presses the switch then the motor power window will rotate and will make the window work both open and close. The type of motor used in the power window system is a DC motor. One of the features of this DC motor is its speed can be controlled easily. In this case, I tried to make the design of the monitoring device setting the DC power speed of the windows power using PLC and HMI as monitors and controllers for operating the DC power windows rotating speed to make it easier, the speed can be adjusted through the output voltage from the PLC to the driver, starting from 0 VDC up to 5 VDC. if the voltage is 5 VDC then the motor will rotate with a maximum speed of 100%, whereas if given a 2.5 VDC input, the motor speed will be half of the 5 VDC rotational speed.
