Abstract

Heny Kusumayanti, Vita Paramita, Wahyunimgsih, RizkaAmalia, Vynda Dindasari Siregar, Nurul Pudiastuningtyas, in this paper explain that soap is used as a cleaning agent. Hand sanitizer is a hand sanitizer which makes it easy and can be carried out by PKK mothers and the community. The purpose of this liquid handwashing soap training and practice is to provide knowledge and appropriate technology to the PKK mothers in Tembalang Pesona Asri RT I RW IV Kramas Semarang, in addition to making their own liquid handwashing for self consumption can also be sold so can increase income. The result of this activity is liquid hand washing soap which is red, has a fragrant odor and when used does not cause roughness in the hand.

Abstract

Dista Yoel Tadeus, Iman Setiono, in this paper explain that temperature regulation is one of the most important needs for the industry. Lots of processes and production are carried out under certain temperature conditions and free from interference. Industrial temperature controller is one of the basic equipment to meet these needs. On the market there are various types, specifications, and brands of temperature controllers, but have similarities with one another mainly lies in the basic functions of temperature regulation capabilities. This article describes the background of industrial temperature controllers principal, also covers control concepts, basic controller configurations, control methods, actuator equipment support, and examples of sensor parameter settings and controls on the Autonics TC4S series temperature controllers.

Abstract

Zulfaidah Ariany, A Hendra, Samual Febriary, in this paper explain that LEGUNDI is a Passanger Ship which has a Surabaya - Lombok shipping route capable of transporting passengers and vehicles in relatively large numbers. Research Minimum Service Standards (SPM) and Lasing System on Ro-Ro Ship for Marine Transportation Safety is aimed to know about Minimum Service Standards (SPM) and how to handle the Lasing system on Ro-Ro KMP LEGUNDY. The reference used is Minister of Transportation Regulation no 30 of 2016 regarding minimum service standard. The analysis used is simulation of shear load calculation on vehicle in Car Deck so get output layout of vehicle parking layout. The result of simulation of the calculation got the total load when the car shifted 35,5 KN then it can be suggested using breaking strength: 60 kN (6 ton) and Weight 0.35 kg based on Break Load Capacity Table for Chain Lasingbe typed in one paragraph and one-column format.

Abstract

Iman Setiono, Dista Yoel Tadeus, in this paper explain that physics is a branch of behavior and experimental studies. In studying the nature, physics uses mathematical language to model natural phenomena in a mathematical context. In physics research, mathematical abilities are needed as student’s initial abilities in solving Physics problems. This study aims to study the relationship between courses in applied physics and courses that are the basis of developing competencies. The method used is the method of documentation and analysis using quantitative descriptive. The object of this study was students for physics subjects from student learning outcomes of student KHS grades. The results obtained from an integrated analysis provide strong results between learning outcomes and the ability of other subjects.

Abstract

Herry Santosa, Noer Abyor H, Nurmy Lailati Guyana, Sigit Firman Dwi Handono, Gelatin is a chemical compound with molecular formula (C102H151N31O39)n in the form of a heterogeneous mixture of polypeptide obtained by collagen partial hydrolysis of animal binding tissue by acid or base treatment. Sources of gelatin production generally derived from cow bones, pig skins, fish scales or chicken bones. Gelatin is widely used in food and pharmaceutical industries because of its ability to form a thermoreversible gel, among others as a stabilizer on ice cream, capsule making materials and matrix for implants. The main objective of this research is to make gelatin with chicken claw based ingredients through the process of collagen hydrolysis. Specifically aims to determine the effects of acetic acid concentration on the collagen levels, determining the most influential variable between temperature and time on the hydrolysis process, as well as the assessment and determination of the optimum temperature or time in the hydrolysis process so as to approximate the criteria corresponding to the commercial gelatin characteristics, i.e gel strength (50-300 Bloom), viscosity (1.5-7,5 cP), and gelatin sensory properties. To answer that goal, the research is planned through 2 stages, namely the preparation stage, product creation, and gelatin flour characterization. The preparatory stage consists of cleansing, reduction of chicken claw and demineralization. The production stage consists of determining the most influential variables and the optimum variable variations (temperature and time) of the collagen hydrolysis process into gelatin flour based on the functional properties and gelatin sensory properties. The results of this research showed that the optimum concentration of acetic acid in demineralization was at a concentration of 1.5 N, the most influential variable was the temperature variable with a single effect average value - 5.05, the relatively good variable collagen hydrolysis was at 600 C and 4 hour.

Abstract

Redi Permata Hati, Arkhan Subari, in this paper explain that batch Mixer is a tool that accommodates some of the raw materials to be mixed so that it becomes a usable product. Raw materials can be a liquid, solid and gas. The use of raw materials and way of mixing the raw materials that distinguish Batch Mixer design at each industry. In this thesis, design Batch Mixer consists of two tanks, namely the mixing tank and tank heaters. In the mixing tank, there HCSR-04 Ultrasonic sensor that functions as a detector of the level of the liquid level, and the stirrer motor-driven DC 12 V. While the heater tank, there MAX6675 Thermocouple temperature sensor and heater. There are also three pumps that pump fluid 1, pump 2 and pump fluid mixing. Batch Mixer working process is controlled automatically using the Arduino Uno R3 displayed via HMI Raspberry Pi. The use Arduino Uno R3 allows users to create a variety of issues related to the microcontroller. The control system is used to control the work process in a plant. The control system in the Batch Mixer works by two indicators: the water level and water temperature. In the manufacturing system, water temperature control using PID control (Proportional Integral Derivative) with PID tuning method to find the value of Kp, Kd, and Ki. Based on test results, use the most optimal value for use PID control value Kp = 60, Ki = 0.005 and Kd = 0.5. By using the value of the achievement level will be faster and the value of the maximum error of 2.5% is still within the tolerance limits of 3%.
