Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether pester power which consists of peer influence variables, emotional pestering, persuasive pestering on parents' decisions to buy ice cream walls. Data collection was obtained from questionnaires distributed to 101 respondents obtained by the accidental sampling method. Respondents are parents of children aged 3-9 years who purchase ice cream walls from October to December 2021. This study is quantitative and uses SPSS 23 to process primary data obtained from respondents' answers. From the results of the study, it was found that all variables in the study had a significant influence on parents' decisions both simultaneously and partially and the Emotional Pestering variable became the dominant variable.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine how good corporate governance affects investment risk. Managerial Ownership (X1), Institutional Ownership (X2), Independent Board of Commissioners (X3), Audit Committee (X4), and Investment Risk are some of the good corporate governance indicators considered in this study. The multiple linear regression analysis method was applied in this study. The participants in this study are banking businesses that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2016 and 2018. Purposive sampling with preset criteria was used in the research sample. The goal of this research is to see if a company's effective corporate governance influences investment risk. The novelty of this research includes the current conditions on every aspect of the tested variables. Research results show that managerial ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on investment risk, Institutional ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on investment risk, The Independent Board of Commissioners has a negative and significant effect on investment risk, and the Audit Committee has a negative effect on investment risk, according to the findings of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Instagram live streaming has an impact on consumer decisions. live streaming and purchasing decisions are variables used in this study to determine the relationship between these two variables by regression analysis with SPSS. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who are followers of Nhalombok and who made purchases during the live streaming. The results of the study indicate that there is a dominant influence of the live steaming variable on consumer decisions. The coefficient of determination shows that the live streaming variable affects consumer decisions.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there were differences in the satisfaction and loyalty of male and female consumers at the Alfamart Mujur branch of the retail store in East Praya. A total of 140 respondents participated, and the data analysis used was the MANOVA Test with SPSS 17. From the several hypotheses proposed, it was found that the three alternative hypotheses were rejected. In other words, there was no difference, either partially or simultaneously, between the satisfaction and loyalty of male consumers. - male and female. Based on these findings, Alfamart Branch Mujur must remain focused on developing consumer-oriented marketing and service strategies without the need to differentiate services or treatment for male and female consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of internal factor proxies from the aspect of efficiency as measured by the ratio of operating costs and operating income (BOPO), liquidity as measured by the loan-deposit ratio (LDR), bank size as measured by total assets, and aspects of bank capital that measured by the capital buffer and external factors using the Repo Rate, and inflation on non-performing loans in the ten largest banking industries in Indonesia. The sample consists of the 10 largest banks in Indonesia with the criteria of having total bank assets of the total national banking assets above 2%. The data used are annual data from 2011 to 2020. The results show that from the bank's internal factors, BOPO has a positive and significant effect on the NPL. LDR, and variable capital buffer, a negative and significant on NPL. While the size of the bank obtained results that are not significant to the NPL. From external factors, the results obtained where interest rates have a significant negative effect on NPLs while inflation is not significant for increasing NPL.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the role of the creative economy in accelerating the recovery of SMEs due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors which in the weakening of the national economy. To survive in business, you must be competitive and able to adapt to changes. Based on the results of the study, the creative economy of tables and chairs from recycling used tires was able to survive the Covid-19 pandemic and contribute to improving the community's economy. The creative economy is one solution to reduce unemployment, because the rate of population growth is not proportional to the rate of employment. The creative economy synergizes with SMEs to improve the competitiveness and quality of SMEs which have a major role in the economy both in the economic and social fields, namely creating jobs. Meanwhile, human resource development and easy access to capital financing can help accelerate the recovery of SMEs from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

Muhammadiyah as harokah manages about being allowed for a woman to participate in organizational activities. At present, many women can lead well. This research conducted to find out how much Muhammadiyah's openness towards the acceptance of women as leaders at Muhammadiyah Charity Foundation owned by Muhammadiyah in Pekalongan. This research is a descriptive quantitative research that is an approach to test objective theory by examining the relationship between variables that describe the response and level of acceptance of Muhammadiyah to female leaders in AUM Pekalongan. Respondents in this study were 24 AUMs in Pekalongan with total sampling or census techniques because of all existing samples were used. The analytical tool is Import Performance Analysis. This research found that women leaders should be concerned in quadrant II. It means that the approaches have been used optimally by leaders to lead their employees or subordinates to achieve the organization’s goals.

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of Audit Judgment with task complexity as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to accountants who work at KAPs in Makassar City. The sample in this study were 32 auditors. Data were collected from distributed questionnaires and tested with SPSS22. The findings of the research show that professionalism, independence, and positive experience significantly affect audit judgment. Task complexity is able to moderate the relationship between professionalism and experience with audit judgment, and task complexity is not able to moderate the relationship between independence and audit judgment.
