Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what sirri marriage laws according to Islamic Law and Positive Law, to find harmony and marriage requirements and to find out how the role of Religious Court of Palangka Raya in socialization confirmation marriage. The method used in this research is the method of legal normative. As for the type of research used in this study is inventory regulations that related to confirmation of marriage legalized marriage sirri according to Positive Law and Religious Law. Law wedding sirri results according to Islamic Law and Positive Law, sirri marriage according to Islamic Law illegitimate because it does not have a guardian of marriage, while marriage sirri in the view of the majority of Indonesian society is marriage not recorded but the terms and illegitimate pillars have been met in accordance with Islamic Law. Meanwhile, according to the law of the wedding positive sirri is as where according to Marriage Law in Indonesia if a legal marriage in syar'i then legitimate also according to law "marriage is not recorded" is legal according to the laws and regulations because according to Islamic Marriage Law applicable in Indonesia is based on Article 2 (1) of Law No. 1 of 1974 in conjunction with Article 4 Compilation of Islamic Law (as ius constitutun) in conjunction with Article 3 bill-HM-PA-Bperkw 2007 (as ius constituendum).

Abstract

Bukit Rawi clay soil properties only have a value of UCS at 0:41 kg/cm2 so it does not meet the technical requirements Lapis Foundation Under Highway. To that end, will be improved with the addition of sand and cement and is expected to meet the technical requirements highway pavement. The aim of this study was to determine how much the addition of sand and cement on clay soil stabilization Bukit Rawi for pavement highway. The results showed that after the addition of 12% sand with cement 2%, the value of UCS rose to 0:49 kg/cm2 of initial conditions 0:41 kg/cm2. Then, the addition of 4% cement, UCS value also increased by 4:44 kg/cm2. At addition of cement amounted to 6%, the value of UCS has increased to 5:29 kg/cm2 and the addition of cement amounted to 8%, the value of UCS rose to 7:33 kg/cm2 and the addition of cement 10%, the value of UCS increased to 9:06 kg/cm2. So that, with the addition of sand by 12% and 8% of cement optimum technically qualified foundation layer under the highway because of the value of UCS result 7:33 kg/cm2> 7:33 kg/cm2.

Abstract

The analysis was calculated based on the method of Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual 1997, which resulted in the form of volume, capacity, degree of saturation, delays and queues opportunities. Whereas the performance on the part of weaving area of daily traffic average at peak hours in the morning can actually capacity (C) = 3481.848 smp/h, the degree of saturation DS = 0.695, delay braided section (DT) = 3.799 sec/smp, and opportunities queue braided section (Qp%) = lower limit/minimum of 12.12%, and the upper limit/maximum of 28.18%. On the daily traffic average at peak hours during the day obtained the capacity actually (C) = 3495.967 smp/h, the degree of saturation DS = 0692, delay part of weaving area (DT) = 3,766 det/smp, and opportunities queue section weaving area (Qp%) = lower limit/minimum of 11.99%, and the upper limit/maximum of 27.89%. On the daily traffic, the average at peak hours in the afternoon, the accually capacity can be obtained (C) = 3593.639 smp/h, the degree of saturation DS = 0673, delay part weaving area (DT) = 3,546 det/smp, and opportunities queue section weaving area (Qp %) = lower limit/minimum 11.16%, and the upper limit/maximum of 25.95%. Based on the analysis, the results obtained Degree of Saturation (DS) to all parts of weaving area is less than 0.75 the terms set forth in MKJI, 1997 so that each hour of the peak that occurred in parts of weaving area on Yos Sudarso-Kinibalu street is still qualify.

Abstract

This research aims to know applying of animation media to increase students mastery of concept in learning process on circulation system of human blood at PGSD students S-1 FKIP UMP. Research method used in this observation ’queasy experiment’, the collection of data collected use quistioners and analized with t test by doing pre-test post-test, with design 0₁ X 0₂. Research population all students room B-32 which amount 35 students and all population become sample. Validity of 20 items tested is tall and rebiliaty is reliable, and normality test of data distribution is normal, while homoginity variant result and post test shows F count = 1,71< F table 7,47, While result pre test and post test show t count 13,69 >t table 2,04, it means any significant difference. The result of pre-test level indicator C1, C2, C3 and C4 less tall, and post-test level is taller. Thus, it can be concluded that learning process used media of animation can increase students’ mastery of concept.
