Abstract

ABSTRACT  In the Minangkabau community, land is not only for fulfilling living needs, but also related to matrilineal organizations. Talking about land issues in Minanagkabau means talking about Minangkabau customary law as well. Land issues are an integral part of customary law. Thus the close relationship can be seen if the customary law community changes, the law of the land will change, and the law will remain if the community does not change, so that wherever the Minangkabau people are located they are bound by a unity of land law. The implementation of land pawns carried out by the people of West Sumatra has been regulated in such a way by the provisions of customary law. The land pawn has local wisdom that is maintained until now, namely the conditions that must be met before pawning. Submission of pawn money is not done with money but with gold and pawning is carried out based on the principle of social character that functions to help, without extortion or coercion, no one feels aggrieved either the pawning party or the land pawn recipient.  Keywords: Land Pawn, People of West Sumatra

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The use of natural gas energy is emphasized by the government, in order to decrease the amount of fuel subsidy that giving impact in increasing energy and economic security. The household sector is the highest natural gas consumer, because it is cheaper and cleaner than gasoline and produces less greenhouse emissions than its counterparts. But in practice, the safety of the pipeline is not fully met. Gas leak is one of the the example which caused damage on the consumer. This study will examine the implementation of PT. PGN Tbk gas pipeline system and the consumer protection on gas leak using socio legal research. The results showed that PT. PGN Tbk as natural gas distributor business operators responsible if a leak occurs in the distribution pipeline in the form of repairs and compensation  Keywords:  Natural Gas, Leaking Pipes, Consumer Protection, Responsibility of Service Providers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Islamic banks were originally constructed as a system with profit and loss sharing in all its operational mechanism. The problem then was the product of this need honesty in its process. It is very difficult to be controlled. Costumers more understand the process and the appication of the profit-sharing agreement than Syariah Bank its self. This causes  problems and deviation of profit-sharing system by costomer. This paper will try to discuss about problems and solutions sharing system (mudharabah) in a financing scheme in Islamic banks

Abstract

ABSTRACT  In this Era of Globalization, people’s lives have increased greatly, the increasing number of nations has led to a country becoming open or having international relations with other countries. Mixed marriages have traversed all corners of the country and society, information globalization, economy, transportation, cyberspace have increased mobility by migrating from one country to another, causing people to meet and communicate with various different ethnic groups, cultures, religions and the customs and communication habits allow Indonesian citizens (WNI) to carry out marriage with foreign citizens (WNA) so that what is called mixed marriages arises. Mixed marriages result in legal consequences, including the legal relationship between parents and children, especially the legal status of child citizenship.  Keyword : Mixed Marriage, Legal Status of Children, International Civil Law
