Work instructions laboratory equipment is one of the documents that must be available in the laboratory. This document provides information on the operation steps of the device correctly. A laboratory manager usually prints the document on A4 size paper and installs it on a part of the tool to facilitate access to the document. The treatment makes the work instruction document break down quickly and is not suitable to be applied to small sized tools. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the work instruction document for easy access, efficiency in the use of documents, and to improve the security of document storage. In this case, the QR Code can be used as a solution to the problem. QR Code is able to store documents and URL links in a small barcode image so that it can be use more efficient. Making a QR Code is preceded by storing documents at https://drive.google.com. The URL link at https://drive.google.com is entered into the QR-Code Studio 1.0 application and converted into a barcode. Barcodes are then printed and installed on each laboratory instrument. Scanning QR Code using a smartphone application in the form of a QR-Code Scanner. The results of the barcode scanned are the form of scripts for laboratory work instructions

The content of organic matter in barren land and padas has been determined spectrophotometrically and titrimetrically. Soil samples were taken from four locations, each of the two locations of barren land (I and II) and two locations (I 'and II'). The content of soil organic matter at depths of 15, 50 and 90 cm determined spectrophotometrically, is 24.48; 17.29 and 9.07% (Location I), 19.64; 15.92 and 6.24% (Location II). With the titrimetry method on solid soil, the yield obtained is 1.30; 0.94 and 0.76% (Location I '), 0.64; 0.46 and 0.31% (Location II'). It appears, that the deeper the content of organic matter the lower the soil. When compared with barren land, the content in padas is lower.

PLP (Educational Laboratory Institution) is a position that has the scope of duties, responsibilities and authorities to carry out the management of an educational laboratory with the rights and obligations given in full by authorized officials. A PLP in Higher Education in carrying out their daily tasks in the laboratory is required to be creative and active in serving the activities of students or lecturers, both in the form of Practicum, Research or Community Service. From this observation, there are still many students lining up to use certain instrument facilities, so on this occasion we tried to be creative to make sample dryer cabinets with the aim of helping student activities in the laboratory especially in providing supporting facilities. With the method of measuring the accuracy of evaporation of water content in the sample. We hope that in the future it will all be done to meet the needs of students and complete facilities in the scope of the laboratory, even though it starts on a small scale or can be said to be a simple level. From the results of this creativity as a comparison Oven is used, with the test results having a fairly high level of accuracy, the range of differences between 0.10 - 0.9 gr .. With high creativity and discipline from a PLP in a College, it can be started from simple things such as in making a sample dryer cupboard, it is hoped that it will help facilitate students in their activities in the laboratory.

Anthropometric measurement used to describe the conditions of growth and nutritional status. Linear growth is used to determining height with microtoise several requirements for its installment such as upright wall, flat floor and requires precision to ensure the starting point of measurement at 200 cm high, which making measurements with this method difficult to guarantee validity in field. This study aimed to make a height measuring instrument more practical, namely the modifiable stadiometer as a measuring instrument for height which can also be used to measure knee height. Material used aluminum to make the tool lighter, practical, and easy to carry. Validity test of tool was using stadiometer Seca 217. Height measurement was performed on 75 subjects in 7th semester students (academic year of 2015/2016) at Faculty of Public Health, University of Diponegoro Semarang. Data were analyzed by using paired t-test at significance level of 0.05 and obtained p=0.173. It was concluded that there was no significant difference in measurement results between modifiable stadiometer tool (the design results) and stadiometer Seca 217, so it can be used as alternative tool for height measurement.

Laboratory is one of the important facilities in the teaching and learning process, as a place to study or as a source of learning, laboratories must have a comfortable and safe nature. A laboratory that is comfortable means that the needs or needs to carry out activities are available in the appropriate place or are easily accessible if used and used. Whereas laboratories that are safe means that all storage of hazardous materials and dangerous activities has been prepared and anticipated. Laboratory management will run more effectively if the laboratory structure is supported by elements including the head / head of the laboratory, practicum coordinator, Education Laboratory/ Technician / Laboran / Analyst staff and laboratory staff The purpose of laboratory management is to create an atmosphere of microbiology laboratories, especially those that are comfortable and safe for users which include students, researchers and visitors to the laboratory and staff who manage the laboratory. The method used is quantitative based on literature studies (metaanalisis). Framework for meta-analysis concepts based on the determination of layout and space, management of tools and materials, order and laboratory safety It is expected that the implementation of good management in the laboratory will create a safe and comfortable laboratory atmosphere. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between management and good governance with a safe and comfortable atmosphere for users and laboratory managers

The availability of commonly used feed ingredients currently decreases production. This is due to the limited land that has begun to be degraded so that agricultural yields also decline. For this reason, it is necessary to look for other alternatives from the source of raw materials for feed in addition to common ingredients. The use of alternative (unconventional) feed ingredients is constrained by the limited data from the analysis of its chemical composition. In this study a table of feed ingredients composition has not been listed in the table of pre-existing feed composition. The aim is to provide information to the public about the content of unconventional materials that do not yet exist in the composition table. Thus it can be a reference to be used as a constituent component of rations. The test method used is the proximate analysis of the Weendee method. The test parameters included water content, ash content, crude fat content, crude fiber content and crude protein content. From the results of this study, several conventional materials have not been included in the composition table

The laboratory is a workplace that has potential hazards both physical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic hazards. Potential hazards in educational laboratories are considered lower than in industrial laboratories because they use relatively smaller amounts of material. This results in financial losses, injuries and damage to equipment and infrastructure. Some theories state that accidents that occur at work are the result of mistakes from humans and management. This paper discusses how to arrange and implement Occupational Safety and Health programs in educational laboratories so that potential hazards can be controlled and minimize workplace accidents.
