Abstract

Clay soil as a subgrade is problematic if it has a low California Bearing Ratio (CBR) value. There are many choices of stabilizing materials that can improve the CBR value, but it is necessary to consider the availability of materials around the project. This study examines partial soil improvement in CBR specimens by differentiating thickness and soil stabilizing materials. The clay stabilization materials used were volcanic ash and lime as much as 6% and 12% of the dry weight of the soil. Laboratory CBR tests were carried out on original soil specimens, 1/3 and 2/3 parts of stabilized soil, and entirely of stabilized soil. The results showed that the CBR value of the stabilized soil with lime was higher than the volcanic ash. The thickness of the stabilized soil has an effect on the CBR value, the overall CBR value is obtained stable in the stabilized soil 2/3 part of the thickness of the soil and the rest is the original compacted soil.

Abstract

Pasar Sayangan adalah salah satu pasar tradisional berskala kecil yang terletak di Jl. Pattimura, Kecamatan Sidorejo Salatiga. Kondisi kios sudah tidak layak dipergunakan dan kondisi los pedagang perlu dilakukan penataan. Sarana pendukung seperti tempat sampah, sarana air bersih dan area parkir sangat kurang. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka Pasar Sayangan perlu dilakukan Revitalisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pedagang dan pengunjung serta menciptakan lingkungan pasar yang bersih, sehat, aman dan nyaman. Bangunan Pasar Sayangan direncanakan 2 (dua) lantai. Lantai Satu terdiri Kios, Los, Kantor Pengelola, Gudang, MCK, Tempat Parkir dan Tempat Sampah. Sedangkan Lantai Dua terdiri Kios Makanan, Area Pengunjung, Kantor Pengelola, Mushola dan MCK

Abstract

Meskipun Kementerian ESDM berkomitmen menjaga rantai pasok energi primer seperti gas dan BBM, nyatanya masih belum menutup kemungkinan pemenuhan listrik RI tanpa PLTU dengan segala risiko polutan dan biaya sebesar US$4,3 sen per kWh. Padahal, konstruksi modern era society 5.0 memuat konsep pembaruan teknologi di dalam konstruksi termasuk bidang kelistrikan dan air. Faktanya, banyak pemukiman kurang terencana yang mengakibatkan sistem pembuangan limbah air tidak terkoordinasi dengan baik. Akibatnya. sumber pemasok air seperti sungai terdampak limbah air rumah tangga. Sanitasi dan penyediaan air bersih yang tidak sesuai syarat, menjadi faktor utama penyebab munculnya beberapa penyakit menular dan diare sebagai penyebab kematian urutan nomor empat. Menilai ketidakefisienan dampak dan distribusi batu bara sebagai pembangkit listrik dan banyaknya pemukiman yang kurang terencana dalam pembuangan limbah air rumah tangga, maka teknologi sanitasi eco-friendly dengan pemanfaatan pompa hidram yang mendorong air menuju proses filtrasi dilengkapi turbin tesla sebagai pembangkit listrik menjadi alternatif pendukung smart modern construction sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mencapai efisiensi pemanfaatan energi listrik dan penggunaan air yang diteliti melalui metode penelitian literatur. Penggunaan turbin tesla untuk pembangkit listrik menghasilkan 300-500 watt dengan tegangan 220 volt. Sementara, aliran air limbah diteruskan menuju wadah yang letaknya berada di atas rumah melalui pompa hidram guna melewati proses filtrasi dengan pipa N-TiO2 Kitosan sebelum nantinya aliran air yang sudah layak buang akan mengaktifkan kinerja turbin tesla. Air yang terbuang sudah tidak mencemari sungai dan aman untuk ekosistem sungai.

Abstract

Abstract : Water is a human need for daily life, to meet water needs it can be from PAM or from ground water sources. With the demand for water that continues to increase with increasing population growth, there will be a shortage of water, especially groundwater. So it is necessary to maintain the availability of ground water sources, or maintain the stability of groundwater, namely by making roads, parking lots that can absorb or absorb water into the soil, increase reforestation and make infiltration wells and biopori holes so that rainwater is not directly discharged into the river or sea but is channeled. into the ground, so that groundwater remains stable or maintained.Keyword: Infiltration well.
