<![CDATA[Management of village fund allocation in empowering village communities is normatively and administratively good. But in substance there are several things that must be corrected, namely community participation in the planning, supervision and accountability stages, and the transparency that is not maximized because the community does not know much about the existence of these activities. The role of stakeholders in the management of village fund allocation is still not optimal, because only the village head. The results of the empowerment of village communities are still only in the form of construction of road infrastructure and irrigation channels for the construction of hamlet halls, all of which are still not or inconsistent in improving the economy of the community. Lack of in-depth socialization to the community regarding village fund allocation so that not all people know about the ADD (Village Fund Allocation) program, which in turn causes low community supervision in ADD activities and sub-district government domination of the preparation of ADD Accounts causing a lack of village independence.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to know and analyze how the effect of invesment risk on stock returns in the telecommunications industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. Invesment risk is measured by interest rate risk, market risk, inflation risk, business risk, financial risk and liquidity risk. The research method was analyzed with descriptive and using a linear regression analysis with panel data. Statistical test by testing the hypothesis F simultaneosly and t test partially, as well as to determine how much the coefficient of determanation (R2). Besed on the results of the study indicate that simultaneous investment risk has a positive and significant effect on stock returns with a large influence of 72.5%. Partially invesment risk is only market risk and business risk which has asignificant effect on stock prices, while invesment risk represented by interest rates, inflation risk, financial risk and liquidation risk does not have a sisnificant effect on stock pices. This proves that the market responds and is more interested in paying attention to market risk and business risk in valuing companies reflected in stock price]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to find out how the characteristics of individual to motivation in jambi province health service is partially over the period 2013-2017. The object of this analysis of health services the province of Jambi. The sample used in this study is as much as 79 (seventy-nine) employees of the health services the province of Jambi. Jambi Province health service is one of the agencies that play a role in implementing health development. Health services have the task of carrying out some local Government Affairs based on the principle of autonomy in health development in jambi province. The method used is descriptive quantitative methods with the individual characteristics of the independent variable, while the dependent variable is the motivation. Analysis tools used are simple linear regression, t-test, the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the regression analysis abowed that the regression equation Y = 1.648 + 0.506 + e, with R2 0.388. This means that the characteristics of the individual employee motivation significantly to influential on health service Office of the province of jambi, with value of 6.992 and significant levels 0.000. In this study, the author gives advice to the Office, that Office should health services strengthening employee motivation Jambi province so that raises a better employee performance again.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer trust and satisfaction, trust in customer satisfaction, and analyze the influence of service quality through trust as a variable intervening on customer satisfaction. the sample is 384. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, which is followed by a statistical method to test the hypothesis that is by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer trust and satisfaction, as well as trust has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality through trust also has an influence on customer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), Return on assets (ROA) against the Price Earning Ratio. (PER) The data used are secondary data in the form of the financial statements the company sub sectors of plastics and packaging listed in indonesia stock exchange period 2015-2017. The sample used as 6 companies, withdrawing a sample using the method of purposive sampling. Analytical techniques used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) the Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on assets simultaneously effect significantly to Price Earning Ratio (2) Price to Book Value and Return on assets partially effect significantly to Price Earning Ratio, while Debt to Equity Ratio partially do not affect significantly to Price Earning Ratio. Based on results of testing the coefficient of determination R square value was known to 0.703. Meaning of 70.3% Price Earning Ratio variable can be explained by Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on assets, while the remaining 29.7% are affected by other variables outside of this research.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether there is an influence of internal control and compensation for the performance of craftsmen, to find out and analyze whether there is an influence of internal control and compensation for motivation, to know and analyze whether there is a motivational influence on the performance of craftsmen and to know and analyze whether there is an influence of internal control and compensation for the motivation and performance of craftsmen. This study uses a multiple regression analysis tool. This study uses primary data. Respondents in this study were batik craftsmen. The results of this study indicate that internal control, compensation and motivation simultaneously show a significant influence on the performance of craftsmen. The influence of internal control and compensation is directly greater than the indirect effect on performance through work motivation, so it can be concluded that work motivation does not become a variable mediating between internal control and compensation for the performance of batik craftsmen.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of rice production and consumption on rice imports in Jambi Province in 2010-2016 simultaneously and partially and calculate the effect of rice production and consumption on rice imports in Jambi Province in 2010-2016 simultaneously and partially. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data was analyzed using multiple lienear regression analysis. The results showed that: There is a significant influence between the variables of rice production and consumption on rice imports in Jambi Province in 2010-2016 simultaneously, this is evidenced by the calculated F value> F table or significance value> α. The magnitude of the effect of rice production and consumption on rice imports in Jambi Province simultaneously is 82.2%, while the remaining 17.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study There is a significant influence between the variables of rice production on rice imports in the Province Jambi, this can be seen from the count -t value of <-t table which is -3.206 <-2.132 or the significance value <α is 0.002 <0.05. The magnitude of the effect of the rice production variable on rice imports in Jambi Province is with the value of β1 = -2,940, meaning that if rice production increases by 1 ton, rice imports will decrease by -2,940 assuming the other variables are constant. There is a significant influence between rice consumption variables on rice imports in Jambi Province, this can be seen from the value of t count> t table which is 3.076> 2.132 or a significance value <α that is 0.004 <0.05. The magnitude of the influence of rice consumption variables on rice imports in Jambi Province is with the value of β1 = 3.024, meaning that if rice consumption increases by 1 ton, rice imports will increase by 3.024 assuming the other variables are constant.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of earnings management measured by real-based earnings management on company value that mesured by price to book value ratio. This research was conducted in some manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange for period of 2015-2017. The sample was selected as many as 34 companies. The method of analysis uses associate descriptive analysis with simply linier regression analysis tools by testing classical assumption, testing hypotheses and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study found that earnings management as measured by real based earnings management affect the company’s value.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze how to optimize the role of internal control system in preventing the occurrence of fraud on cash and assets in non government or private educational institution. Tool of analyzed used in this research is internal control system according to COSO definition and combined with internal control system according to Government Regulation Number 60 Year 2008 with 5 internal control component that is; 1) Control Environment, 2) Risk Assessment, 3) Control Activity, 4) Information and Communication and 5) Monitoring. The result of the research shows that optimizing the role of the internal control system is very helpful to the management in managing the finances and assets owned so as to prevent the occurrence of fraud on the cash and assets in private educational institution. The expectation of the future by optimizing the role of internal control system on cash management and assets in non government/or the private educational institution will be more efficient and effective which will ultimately improve the quality and accountability of the private educational institution.]]>
