Abstract

Human resource management is a part of management or in other words it can be said that human resource management is a field of management that specifically studies human relationships and roles in organizations. Human resource management focuses its discussion on regulating the role of humans in realizing optimal goals. It is clear that human resource management regulates human labor in such a way that organizational goals are realized. Training must be job-specific. Related training by increasing the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform certain job. The term training is used to refer to any process skills or abilities and abilities of employees, so that they are more well adapted to the work environment they are involved in. Training is a process of teaching certain knowledge and skills and attitudes so that employees are increasingly skilled and able to carry out their responsibilities with the better, according to the standard .Performance is how an employee carry out his work or for his work. The Kerinci District Land Office has the task of assisting The Regent carries out government affairs and co-administration tasks in the land and spatial planning sector, and part of the privileges assigned to the land and spatial planning sector. The Kerinci Regency Land Office was first established in 1990, located at JL. Prof. Dr. Sri Sudewi Maschun Sofwan,SH, Koto Renah Village, but in 2019 the Kerinci District Land Office created a new office in the Sebukar Village area, Silihat Laut District The results of the estimation of the effect of training (X) on performance (Y) using the Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 20, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 0.286 + 0.560X In other words, the regression equation above can be said that the regression coefficient of the training variable has a positive influence on employee performance at the Kerinci District Land Office. There is a significant effect of training on employee performance at the Kerinci Regency Land Office, as evidenced by the t count of 43,587> t table of 3,180. From the estimation results 0.631 or 63.1 percent of training (X) is able to explain the Y variable (performance) by 63.1%. Meanwhile 36.9% was explained by other variables not included in the model. Not only education and training affect performance, but there are other variables of 36.9 percent that affect performance.

Abstract

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the characteristics of individual to motivation in jambi province health service is partially over the period 2013-2017. The object of this analysis of health services the province of Jambi. The sample used in this study is as much as 79 (seventy-nine) employees of the health services the province of Jambi. Jambi Province health service is one of the agencies that play a role in implementing health development. Health services have the task of carrying out some local Government Affairs based on the principle of autonomy in health development in jambi province. The method used is descriptive quantitative methods with the individual characteristics of the independent variable, while the dependent variable is the motivation. Analysis tools used are simple linear regression, t-test, the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the regression analysis abowed that the regression equation Y = 1.648 + 0.506 + e, with R2 0.388. This means that the characteristics of the individual employee motivation significantly to influential on health service Office of the province of jambi, with value of  6.992 and significant levels 0.000. In this study, the author gives advice to the Office, that Office should health services strengthening employee motivation Jambi province so that raises a better employee performance again.

Abstract

Incentives at training of Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi in the past five years is growth. The average total absenteeism without explanation in the past five years as much as 17,80 %. Average of performance growth amounted to 10,64%. Indicators of incentives that cooperation, identity, competence, as well as various forms of engagement system allowances, indicators of motivation is, engagement, commitment, satisfaction and turn over, and indicator of perfomanceis quality, quantity, timeliness, cost effectiveness, the need for supervision, and interpersonal impact. Analyst tools with multiple linear regression. Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi is one of the technical implementation elements which organizes and is directly responsible to the Head of the Social Service Office of Manpower and Transmigration in Jambi Province. Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi Carry out skills training for job seekers and training in increasing labor productivity in all business sectors in government agencies, BUMN, BUMD, and Cooperatives, as well as conducting training for transmigrants and / or prospective transmigrants. Based on the table above, it is known that the value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.585, then the correlation between Performance (Y) through the Incentive variable (X) is 0.585, this means a close relationship because the value is close to 1. SPSS 20 result obtained equation Y= 1,014 + 0,567. From the equation it can be said that incentives variabels can be used as a tool to predict the performance of employees at Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination r2 is 0.342, it means that there is a fairly close positive relationship between the variable Performance Improvement (Y) which influences through the Incentive variable (X). This figure states that the incentive variable (X) is able to explain the Performance variable (Y) at Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi by 34.2% while 65.8% is influenced by other variables outside the modeling. It is suspected that the increase in employee performance through incentives at the Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi with the following discussion:The effect of incentive on employee performance evidenced from tcount> ttable (4.141 > 2.034) and a significance value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) Thus, H0 is rejected, so the incentives partially affect the performance improvement. The value of tcount is positive, meaning that if the incentives increase, the performance will also increase.

Abstract

Service competition at the University with the use of technological facilities to serve people who have not been served by services at the University has great potential to expand the distribution of services to the community. The model of service marketing, relational marketing and digital marketing needs to be studied simultaneously through a service marketing management approach to get e-satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to obtain an e-Satisfaction model at the University as a marketing strategy for University services, especially in Jambi Province. The research design used an explanatory survey approach. The survey was conducted at Private Universities in Jambi Province. The number of respondents as many as 392 University service users taken by random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach and the SmartPLS 4 program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe work facilities and the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center staff, to identify and analyze the effect of facility work on the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center staff. The benefit of this research is to provide additional information for interested parties in the industrial world about work facilities related to employee performance so that efforts can be made to maintain work facilities that can improve work for employees. This research is a descriptive research to test the hypothesis, the sample of this research is the Merlung Inpatient Health Center staff as many as 33 people, using the population census method as respondents in answering the statements. Data collection techniques using statements. The data analysis technique used is SPSS with simple regression analysis and t test. The research method uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods with library research, research fields, and questionnaires. The location of this company is on Jl. Bhakti Husada, Merlung, Kec. Merlung, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi 36552, Indonesia. The result of calculating the t-count value is 3,063 using the SPSS program while the t table is 2,039 with a significant level of 5%, df (31) from the t table distribution. Shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (t-count > t-table) = 3.063 > 2.039. This shows that work facilities affect the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center employees. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS it shows that work facilities affect the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center employees seen from the value of the coefficient of determination with a value of 0.232 or 23.2% while the rest 76.7% by other variables not explained in this lesson. This shows that work facilities affect the performance of Merlung Inpatient Health Center Employee Performance. It is hoped that the Merlung Inpatient Health Center will pay attention to inadequate or incomplete facilities to support employee work processes and have an impact on work results.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis digital menuntut pelaku usaha untuk dapat memanfaatkan media promosi dengan efektif dan menerapkan pembayaran digital. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pada kegiatan ini yaitu kurangnya kemampuan dalam melakukan promosi dan belum mengimplementasikan QRIS sebagai pembayaran digital. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pemahaman mengenai media promosi dan pendaftaran QRIS sebagai pembayaran digital. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMKM, yaitu Warung Sembako Pak Fery. Metode pengabdian masyarakat berupa pendampingan pembuatan media promosi dan QRIS pada Warung Sembako Pak Fery. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yang dinilai dari adalah tersedianya media promosi seperti poster, banner dan google maps, juga pelaku usaha sudah memiliki QRIS yang dapat digunakan sebagai pembayaran digital.
