Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of BPD supervision that has an impact on transparency in village financial management with performance variables as moderation. This research model is very important to provide input in good village financial management. If the BPD supervision process goes well, the performance of village officials can be optimal so that village development will be successful. This study took 152 samples of village officials in Tangerang district, this study used AMOS structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that BPD supervision has a positive and significant impact on village financial transparency, but the performance variable is not able to moderate BPD supervision over village financial transparency. This research model is very unique because it can be an evaluation for stakeholders, especially the village government in increasing the supervisory role of the BPD to improve the performance of village officials, thus, village financial transparency will be well realized for the welfare of village communities through the development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-WOM, city branding on visiting decisions mediated by the image of the city in realizing a smart city towards the world-class city of Tangerang. This research model becomes very important to provide input to the Tangerang City government in improving the city image of the international community. Research samples from 169 people who have visited Tangerang City and lived in Jakarta, Bogor, and Bekasi, this study uses smartPLS 3 analysis. The results of this study found new findings from the influential city branding model of e-Wom. mediated by Citra City showed significant results and had an impact on increasing tourist visiting decisions. This research deserves to be the basis of a roadmap for the Tangerang City Government to pay attention to the importance of developing a city image model and to provide opportunities for researchers to study it in the future..

Abstract

Fokus Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan : Bagaimanakah Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Tangerang Nomor 3 Tahun 2011 Tentang Rukun Tetangga dan Rukun Warga di Kelurahan Sukajadi Kecamatan Karawaci Kota Tangerang? Apa saja faktor penghambat Implementasi Peraturan daerah Kota Tangerang Nomor 3 Tahun 2011 Tentang RT/RW di Kelurahan Sukajadi Kecamatan Karawaci?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan atau metode penelitan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara studi dokumentasi selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan pola deduktif. Data yang menjadi rujukan penulis adalah Peraturan Daerah Kota Tangerang Nomor 3 Tahun 2011 Tentang Rukun Tetangga dan Rukun warga dengan memperhatikan penerapan beberapa pasal yang tertera pada perda tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Pemerintah Kota Tangerang dalam bentuk peraturan daerah tentang Rukun tetangga dan Rukun warga dapat direalisasikan implementasinya dengan baik di Kelurahan Sukajadi Kecamatan Karawaci Kota Tangerang dengan memperhatikan : 1. peraturan daerah yang diimplementasikan dapat diterima dengan baik dan peraturan daerah tersebut juga dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan masyarakat, 2. Rukun Tetangga, Rukun Warga dan masyarakat dapat dapat menerima peraturan ini sebagai standar pelaksanaan tugas, peran dan fungsi serta tanggung jawab rukun tetangga, rukun warga dan masyarakat, 3. Kelurahan sebagai unsur pemerintah daerah terdekat dengan masyarakat memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab yang bersifat konsultatif, koorfinatif, dan pembinaan dalam hubungan kerja dengan rukun tetangga dan rukun warga, 4. Lingkungan masyarakat mulai dari lembaga rukun tetangga, rukun warga dan masyarakat dapat menyesuaika diri karena pada dasarnya isi dari peraturan daerah telah dilaksanakan dimasyarakat. Sejalan dengan hasil penelitian diatas, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi Perda Kota Tangerang Nomor 3 Tahun 2011 Tentang Rukun Tetangga dan Rukun Warga dilihat dari pelaksanaannya di Kelurahan Sukajadi dapat dikatakan sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang tertulis didalamnya, namun dalam konteks penyelenggaraan kegiatan dilapangan perarutan daerah ini baiknya menyesuaikan dengan kondisi lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to adapt disruption in learning E-Learning using the zoom application in the pandemic covid19. With the determination of BNPB regarding PSBB and also the Board of Trustees and Kepwal regarding the implementation of PSBB, then the Tangerang City Government limits all activities and hopefully all people can adjust to the current situation. Because E-learning has been announced in the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 109/2013 Regarding the Implementation of Distance Education in Higher Education, this learning method is already familiar among students especially millennia.From the results of the author's research using qualitative research it can be seen that based on the results of interviews and existing data it can be concluded learning from home (study from home) or when workers work from home (work from home) Zoom application is an application that is often used as learning Media. In the beginning of user learning, there are technical constraints and ignorance of the operation of the application. But with the understanding of the use of periodic and content (content) an interesting learning can make students or audiences interested, especially in the application students can interact with the host or instructor namely teachers, lecturers, instructors and others so that they are comfortable and accustomed to using the application Keywords: Adaptation disruption, E-Learning, Zoom Cloud Meeting
