Abstract

The main problem in the current poverty reduction effort is related to the fact that economic growth is not evenly distributed. The research will classify based on the data of poor people obtained from Tibawa District by using data mining technique. Attributes to be used in classifying the population are Age, Education, Work, Income, Dependent, Status (Married / Unmarried). The method to be used is the Naïve Bayes Classifier method, which is one of the classification techniques in data mining. Based on the research, it is concluded that, the classification system of the poor in the administrative area of Tibawa sub-district, Gorontalo regency can be engineered and Based on the result of confusion matrix testing with split validation technique, the use of naïve Bayes classification method to the dataset which has been taken on the research object obtained the level of accuracy 73% or included in the Good category. While the Precision value of 92% and Recall of 86%.

Abstract

Current technological developments spur the application of pattern recognition in various fields, such as the introduction of signature patterns, fingerprints, faces, and handwriting. Human handwriting has differences between one another and often handwriting is difficult to read or difficult to recognize and this can hamper daily activities, such as transaction activities that require handwriting. Even one of the biometric features of everyone is handwriting. One method that can be used to recognize handwriting patterns in the field of computer science is artificial neural networks (ANN) with the learning algorithm is backpropagation. Artificial neural networks are able to recognize something based on the past. This means that past data will be studied so as to be able to make decisions on new data. To recognize handwriting patterns using artificial neural networks, the characteristics of handwritten objects are extracted using an invariant moment. The results of training using artificial neural networks indicate that the correlation coefficient value is obtained on the number of hidden layer neurons by 30. The highest correlation coefficient value is 0.61382. The test results on the test data obtained an accuracy rate of 11.67% of the total test data.

Abstract

The research purpose is to build a machine control system for exchange nominal of rupiah's paper money from big nominal to small nominal based on image processing and Raspberry Pi. The method for money exchange is detecting the authenticity of money, nominal of money, and amount of money exchange. The money authenticity was detected by the invisible image and nominal of money was detected by money color. Technique for detection the authenticity and nominal of money are using image processing that is processed on the Raspberry Pi. The algorithm used for detecting the authenticity and nominal of money are using template color algorithm and for exchange amount of money using the greedy algorithm. The research result is system able to detect the authenticity and nominal of paper money IDR 100.000, IDR 50.000, and IDR 20.000 then exchange it with the small nominal of money in accordance with the user choice.

Abstract

Land as the main factor in agriculture must be considered as well as possible in order to provide the expected results. One of them is by using computer and internet technology to monitor soil moisture. Soil moisture is one of the environmental factors that affect plant growth. One of the innovations in information and communication technology in agriculture is the use of the Internet of Things. By using the Internet of Things, it can be done to monitor soil moisture that is used as a planting medium for horticultural crops. knowing the value of soil moisture will be very useful to be able to determine the steps or handling of the soil. The test results show that the measurement of soil moisture using a soil moisture sensor can work well and display information on the value of soil moisture. Based on the results and analysis, it can be concluded that the results of monitoring the soil moisture monitoring system can already be used to monitor agricultural land. So that the results of this study are expected to help farmers in making decisions based on information about the value of soil moisture that has been obtained. The final result obtained from the reading of the sensor value is wet, moist and dry according to the set value of the Analog Data. That is wet condition when getting output with lower limit range of 150 and upper limit of 339, humid condition when getting output with lower limit range 340 upper limit of 475, dry condition when getting sensor value with lower limit range is 476 and upper limit is 1023.

Abstract

Hipertention is desease that happen to arteries that caused the supply of oxygen and nutrition that need by the body blocked. Hipertention often call as a silent killer, because it kind of disease that very harmful but come without awareness to it’s victim. People with hipertention in average is up to 40 years old and it happened all of his after life . In common hipertention caused by heredity, unhealthy lifestyle, and trigger by the more salty consumption, alcohol and stress. Expert system could be the solution to solve the problem because this system is worked just like an expert and created by naïve bayes method with the rule and basic system that same just like the hipertantiondesease. Through this application, user can do consultation with this system just like usually people consultation with the expert to diagnostic the sign that happen to user and find the solution of what happened to themselves.

Abstract

AbstractKelurahan Untia is one of the areas occupied by the fishermen and also the majority of the population work as fishermen catch fishermen. The dominant fishing gear used by fishermen in the village of Untia is surface gill net. But the use of surface gill net capture device is considered not effective and efficient because it has constraints on the process of checking the net, the old fishing process, the net tends to disappear, and the catch is considered less. So from that problem, we encourage us to create a technological innovation called FiNe-Tech (Fish Net Technology). FiNe-Tech is designed to be able to monitor fish trapped in surface gill net captures, simplify the process of catching fish in the sea, tracking the position of the jarring, speeding up the fishing process, and increasing the net catch through a smartphone application at close range and distance from the position nets even though we are at home though.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education, service quality and accreditation value increase is the hope of all universities, especially at Ichsan University of Gorontalo. One of the factors to achieve this is the increasing number of students who make the payment registration every semester. Based on the report in PDPT Dikti reporting year 2017/2018 has the number of students ± 9,000 people, from the analysis of the last 4 years the number of unregistered students tends to increase and students registerasi tends to decrease, if this is not considered, it will have an impact on the achievement of the above expectations. To overcome these problems, need to be done prediction technique using Linear Regression and MAPE method. The purpose of this research is to build an application to predict the number of registration students. Based on the results of research from 2 selected study program of Informatics Engineering, the result of error rate is 4.24% or the accuracy level is 95.76%, and for the Law Study program, the error rate is 7.69% or the accuracy level is 92.31%, thus the application already built is feasible to use.

Abstract

The quality of education in universities can be seen from the high level of student success and the low failure of students. One indicator of student failure is the case of Drop Out (stop study). The problem of Drop Out becomes something interesting to study, because this can affect the quality of education. Faculty of Economics UNISAN Gorontalo is a favorite Faculty in UNISAN Gorontalo so it has a number of students of approximately 1000 students until 2017. But the ratio of the number of graduate students and not pass unbalanced. So as to produce the number of students Drop Out approximately 200 students per year. To solve the problem, we proposed a new model by utilizing a C4.5 computation method, in order to produce a pattern based on the results of the correct classification in determining the potential Drop Out students. The results obtained from the application of method C4.5 in this research is the discovery of 17 rules that can be used as a pattern to determine the potential students Drop Out.

Abstract

Almost the crime in cyber is a condition of criminal activity using computers or computer networks as tools and also as a target. Fraud in academic websites the most at risk. The action of Phishing is on the rise. Recorded globally, the number of fraudulent mode phishing 42% of the mode in addition to phishing which is stated in the website Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG) in its monthly report, noting there 12.845 e-mail new and unique as well as 2.560 a fake site that is used as a means of phishing, in Addition to increase the quantity, the quality of the attacks is also increasing, the need for the work done by the network administrator in improving surveillance in monitoring activity on the network, in the action of data theft will perform the action of manipulating someone with the appearance of a particular web site. In this study a set of datasets will be clustering using k-means, K-Means algorithm will classify the dataset, resulted in the identification of phishing that is accurate and certifiable. With the results of this research iteration=10, the K-Fold=2 the of the Bouldin Davis index = 0.119.

Abstract

At this time, Google Play Store is not providing API that can be used for accessing datas from applications on it’s application store. With that plenty application’s data, it could be used to make it a good research object, specially on data mining field. In this research, the system that is built is the system that can retrieve that applications’ data. For multiplatform’s purpose, web services are used for being an interface between client and server. Finally, the built system is working as expected. The system can retrive data from Google Play Store and it is suitable from requirements of data analysis stage. It can also integrated with REST web service to provide multiplatform access.
