Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Behavior Of Personal Hygiene Student at The Islamic Boarding School District in Brebes is Reached If The Availability of infrastructure and facilities of personal hygiene. To improve the health of students should be effort to improve personal hygiene behavior with the final result decrease morbidity rate of infectious disease. The aim of the studi is to analyze the factors that influence the personal hygiene students at the Islamic boarding school district Brebes. The study is quantitative and explanatory research with cross sectional approach. The population of the study is all of the junior and high school at the four Islamic boarding school as many as 3.350 students. Whereas samples were taken by Proportional cluster random sampling as many as 293 students. Data collection is taken by interviews and observations. The results of the univariate analysis describes that the behavior of personal hygiene students at the Islamic boarding school at Brebes District is good category (42,0%), less than the unfabvorable category is 58,0%. The results of bivariate analysis with Chi Square analysis showed that there are nine variables significantly associated. The variables are, gender, knowledge, availability of facilities and infrastructure of personal hygiene, availability regulations on personal hygiene, provision of information or dissemination, carer support boarding school, Support of friend, support health personel and support the ministry of religion. The most dominant factors that influence is the availability of facilities and infrastructure of personal hygiene (OR=10.335).Keyword : personal hygiene behavior, students, cottage

Abstract

ABSTRACTEast Java Province in 2014 is the second of a number of provinces in Indonesia which has the prevalence of HIV/AIDS , in Bojonegoro (2015) being the order to -8 from 38 districts/cities in East Java as many as 718 cases of HIV/AIDS , in hospital Class B Dr . R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo district of Bojonegoro (2015) there were 178 people in inpatient and outpatient 1126 people with HIV/AIDS cases and 819 pregnant women only 6 were examined HIV in PMTCT services. This research will be conducted to analyze and describe the implementation of the PMTCT program In the Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. This research is a qualitative descriptive exploratory with technique -indepth interviews against 5 key informants (5 Midwifes and 3 Specialist Doctors) and 5 informants triangulation (2 Midwiifes and 3 mothers who follow the PMTCT programs). The results are In the Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro haven’t the relevant Director’s SK PMTCT program, but the program is alreadyrun by Director’s SK of Organizational Structure of KPA in Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo district of Bojonegoro which there PMTCT program implementation team as much as 5 people Midwives (which is already implementing PMTCT training Midwives 3) but never implement PMTCT program socialization to other health personnel at the hospital. PMTCT program is only implemented prongs 3 and 4 only, whereas prongs 1 and 2 has not been implemented because the patients who visit the PMTCT services are integrated in the KIA services only pregnant women, while the given information PMTCT and HIV testing is also only pregnant women who are at risk only , not on any pregnant women who visit. While it has never been no regular schedule related to evaluation and monitoring of the KPA and Bojonegoro District Health Office, but Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo district of Bojonegoro regularly every month a report on the case of HIV/AIDS.Keywords: HIV/AIDS , pregnant women , PMTCT .

Abstract

ABSTRACTPeer Midwive Knowledge Influencing Practice in Counseling About Examination Visual Inspection Of Acetic Acid On Couple Women Of Childbearing Age; Cervical cancer is becoming a disease number two killer of women in Indonesia, after breast cancer, it is due to 95% of HPV virus (Human Papiloma Virus). HPV infection went unnoticed until the disease reaches an advanced stage. If cancer is found at an early stage can be cured completely with the method IVA (Visual Inspection Acetic Acid) easier, screening can be performed with a wider scope. Cervical cancer cases in the Kendal district was increased in 2009 (3,31%), in 2010 (3,77%), in 2011 (4,45%), while decreasing IVA inspection visit in 2010 (4,34%), 2011 (4,33%), 2012 (3,96%). Therefore midwife in addition to providing health services can also provide counseling realization of behavior IVA test inspection. The purpose of this research is to analyzed the relationship of knowledge midwives with practice in counseling about examination visual inspection of acetic acid on couple women of childbearing age. Methods and design research is quantitative descriptive explanatory with correlative and cross sectional approach, using sampling saturated with 60 respondents by midwife that have trained in the Kendal district. The results from 9 variables majority age ≥41 years =66,7%, educatin majority of DI and D III =78,3%, the majority of the working time ≥10 years = 95%, approximately 55% majority of the knowledge and counseling practice the majority 73,3%. Chi square test shows that the relationship between knowledge with practice in counseling about examination visual inspection of acetic acid on couple women of childbearing age p value 0,000. Midwives is expected to increase their knowledge, so that it can perform well counseled about IVA to couples of reproductive age want to do test IVA.Keywords: Midwives, Knowledge, Counseling Practice, IVA.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAccording to the risk factors as a result of injecting drug use (IDU) were second highest, after the heterosexual and homo-bisexual. In IDUs face two risks for contracting HIV / AIDS, from the use of unsterilized needles and performed together or alternately with other IDUs and also through sexual intercourse, especially that done with more than one partner without using a condom. Methadone maintenance treatment program (PTRM) is included in the Harm Reduction program – This is a program of harm reduction drug use in preventing transmission of HIV / AIDS. This research is quantitative with correlational design, sampling using the technique across sectional the total population 50 person IDUs of injecting drug users in the city of Cirebon -use structured questionnaires technique. From the 50 IDUs who were respondents in this research note that 68% did not use PTRM services. It is because most IDUs still can not stop using injection drugs and have not been willing to switch to PTRM. Results of univariate analysis to determine the level of knowledge of IDUs about PTRM 88% have a good category, the attitude of the respondents 80% have category support PTRM, family attitudes 50% have category support PTRM, attitudes of peers 72% have a category does not support the utilizations PTRM, attitude of health workers 66% category does not support PTRM, and the availability of facilities and health facilities 52% support in PTRM services. For the bivariate analysis showed that the attitude of IDUs to program substitution therapy methadone-related measures the utilization of PTRM, whereas knowledge factors, family attitudes, attitudes of peers, attitude of health workers, and the availability of facilities. Then knowledge of IDUs about PTRM shows no relationship with the actions the utilization of PTRM , And based on multivariate analysis known that the action the utilization of PTRM is influenced by the family attitudes were supportive of the utilizations of Methadone maintenance treatment program (PTRM).Keywords: drug, injection, PTRM, HIV/AIDS

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe high death rate of mothers is a big problem in Indonesia. They died because of the great bleeding of anemia when they had pregnancy. At Bogor Tengah Puskesmas the prevalence of anemia of pregnant women is 63,63%. Whereas the scope of Fe 3 of pregnant mothers is 96.92%, it is related to the low compliance of pregnant women taking tablets Fe. The study aims to analyze the factor of knoeledge and attitude may be related to the compliance of pregnant women taking tablet Fe in the Bogor Tengah Puskesmas.This type of research is Explanatory Research with cross sectional approach, Subject of the study is all women in third semester of pregnancy at the Bogor Tengah Puskesmas, it is 53 women. The tool of collecting data is questionnaire. Data analysis in this research is the data analysis of univariate, bivariate data analysis with chi square. The result show that the most of respondent compliance consumption of tablet Fe is 60,4%. Multivariate analysis was not done because there is no related variables in this study. Public Health Center as the place closest to the public health service will need to provide information about important of taking tablet Fe to pregnant women through health promotion activities through Posyandu activities, ANC, class of pregnant women and health promotion activities that have been routinely implementedKeyword: Compliance, the pregnant mothers, tablet Fe

Abstract

ABSTRACTAnalysis Factors Affecting Selection Of Long-Term Contraception Method (Ltcm) Non Hormonal On Woman Of Fertile Couple (Pus) In Kendal By 2013; Women of fertile couple more than 30 years old have a higher risk factor for their health, including reproduction, which is expected they will use LTCM non-Hormonal. The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that related to the selection of LTCM Non-Hormonal in women of fertile couple in Kendal 2013. The type of this research is descriptive analytics and cross-sectional design with quantitative and qualitative approaches and the sample is 400 respondents from 20 districts in Kendal Regency. The qualitative sample is 6 respondents. The results showed a relationship between knowledge with selection of contraception method (p value = 0.034), there is a relationship between attitudes to the selection of contraception method (p value = 0.027), there is a relationship between support of birth control officer with selection contraception method (p value = 0.049), and there is a correlation between the availability of service of birth control with the selection of contraception method (p value = 0.011), there is no relationship between husband support to selection of contraception method (p value = 0835, and there is no relationship between religious leaders or community leaders on selection contraception method (p value = 0384). The most influential factor in the selection of LTCM non-hormonal is the attitude with OR 2,041.Keywords : selection of long term contraception, factor, affect

Abstract

ABSTRACTMen who have sex with men (MSM) is a high risk population in infected with HIV and AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) . Based on data from the Integrated Biological and Behavioral Surveillance (IBBS) in 2011 found that HIV prevalence among MSM is between 2.4 % to 17 % . Based on data from the Gaya Dewata Foundation , the number of new MSM reached in 2013 amounted to 1,322 people . However , the number of HIV tests among MSM in 2013 only amounted to 874. While the number of new HIV cases among MSM in 2013 amounted to 118 cases , this number increased by two times in 2011, which is amounted to 50 cases. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. The number of respondents 110 people choosen by purposive sampling technique.Quantitative data collection techniques through interviews with the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis with frequency distribution, using the chi-square bivariate, and multivariate logistic regression. The results showed that the variables associated with HIV testing behavior among MSM in Bali Province is the type of place to stay and history of STIs . Multivariate analysis showed that a history of STIs ( p value = 0.005 ) is the variable that has the most significant effect on the behavior of HIV testing in MSM in Bali Province with OR of 3.400. HIV testing in MSM behavior quite well. The majority of respondents had an HIV test within 0-6 months ago. Most respondents did last HIV test in Denpasar. Forms of HIV tests performed by the respondent is entirely voluntary counseling and testing ( VCT ) as well as all respondents knew of his HIV test results.Keywords: MSM, HIV Testing, Bali
