Abstract

Higher education curriculum terms of reference are absolutely necessary to develop science and prevent unequal quality of graduates. Curriculum courses Islamic economics are integrated is the curriculum that evolves to adjust to the needs of the times will however still be guided by the moral message of Islam. The main objective of this research is to explore the redesign of the sharia economic curriculum during the establishment of policies for independent learning and independent campuses and to find out the appropriate Islamic economic curriculum design that can be applied during the policy era for independent learning and independent campus. This research uses a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Sources of data in this study come from books, journals and interviews with informants related to the preparation of the Islamic economic curriculum at several universities related to the policy of independent learning-independent campus. From the results of the study can be obtained conclusion that the program policy of independent learning and campus independence is a simplification effort to accelerate the achievement of a competitive college. Higher education through study programs is expected to realize an increase in the quality of learning programs in providing education, especially in the sharia economic economics which is in the State Islamic University of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population who are the actors of various types of economic practices in this modern era. However, fiqh products is not able to answer all of problems in modern economic activities. So we need an alternative and solution amid the high stretching of Muslim entrepreneurs who want to migrate to sharia-based business activities. Maqasid al-Sharia is a principle in Islamic law which is expected to be able to solve these problems. Asset management is the object of this research as a way to fully and broadly understand the implementation of sharia values in economic and business activities. This research was conducted qualitatively with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship in the implementation of Maqasid al-Sharia values on asset management of ISMI East Java members both theoretically and practically. The type of asset management that uses the Islamic Wealth Management (IWM) approach has all the indicators in Maqasid al-Muamalah which include al-rawaj, al-wudluh, al-hifzh, al-tsabat and al-'adl. As for the presence of ISMI as an entity that accommodates Muslim entrepreneurs with the same goal of reviving the spirit of Islam in a congregation has many benefits. Among these benefits are educational benefits, networking benefits and social benefits. ISMI East Java as an educational forum for members in studying Islamic economics and business and progressive business development with the involvement of technology. ISMI East Java is also a forum for friendship and productive discussions that create opportunities in the form of cooperation (syirkah). From a social aspect, ISMI East Java also has activities around ZISWAF as a manifest of Islamic philanthropy in distributing assets to people in need.

Abstract

Indonesia has a variety of religions, ethnicities, cultures, customs, and traditions. One of the attitudes that must be instilled as a good citizen is an attitude of tolerance between religious communities. This study aims to determine: what, why, and how the attitude of tolerance among religious communities is carried out in the village of Sukoreno, Jember Regency. There are 3 different religions in this area. Namely: Islam, Christianity, and Hinduism. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. It is a research method that focuses on the data obtained directly based on phenomena that exist in society. The research is carried out in-depth investigations in order to obtain the necessary information. The results of this study state that the people in the village of Sukoreno, Jember Regency are unique, which makes them able to live side by side without any conflicts that cause a break in the harmony of social life. The results of this study indicate that a key to the tolerant attitude is found, namely using the Javanese term "Tentrem Lan Ngajeni." It means peace and respect. This term was expressed by several religious experts in this area. So, that the harmony among religious communities in this Sukoreno village, Jember Regency, is well maintained.

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أحد فروع علم البلاغة، وهو البديع وأطوار نشأته والأسرار البديعية من أنواع السجع في بعض السور القرآنية من الجزء الثلاثين. واستخدم في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم فيه بيان عن البديع وأطوار نشأته والسجع وأنواعه، ثم تحليل الآيات من سور النبأ والنازعات وعبس والتكوير التي تتضمن فيها السجع مع ذكر أنواعه. ومن أهم نتائج هذا البحث أن البديع علم يعرف به وجوه تحسينات الكلام بعد رعاية مطابقته لمقتضى الحال ووضوح الدلالة. و أن البديع يتطور مثل غيره من العلوم بداية من القرن الثالث الهجري حتى القرن السابع الهجري حتى أصبح البديع مكتمل المعالم ومشتمل العناصر. وأن سور النبأ والنازعات وعبس والتكوير متضمنة جميع أنواع السجع في النثر وهي السجع المطرف والمرصع والمتوازي والموازنة والطويل والمتوسط والقصير، مما يجعل هذه السور أكثر تأثيرا في نفوس السامعين وأكثر جمالا ورونقا في لسان قارئيها، يليق بجلال كتاب الله ويتمشى مع أهداف تنزيله لهداية الناس إلى طريقه القويم.

Abstract

Technological progress has a significant force in competition in all areas of life. Indonesian human resources achieve a demographic bonus with millennials who are adapting to today's popular digital culture. Increasingly providing real value to every millennial activity, especially in education, will provide more innovative additions. Islamic teachings teach every Muslim to adapt to cultural and educational developments to compete in all fields. Everyday using digital learning and the rigid understanding of Islamic culture's modernization causes Islamic education's quality and competition to be less than optimal. The Covid-19 pandemic creates a learning adaptation gap that prioritizes social distancing guards so that the government needs to formulate policies with 'Merdeka Belajar' that aim to achieve learning effectiveness. This research aims to examine digital learning's role in Muslim culture and school readiness for digital education development. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach with secondary data as the data source. The research results in informal education have become the focus of effective learning supported by modern Islamic culture, where Islamic schools in Indonesia can adapt to current technological advances. Schools and educational institutions are ready with infrastructure in school learning using computers and internet networks and educational technology companies to implement digital education. The implication of 'Merdeka Belajar' of government policy is strengthening strategy through collaboration adaptive of digital learning education and modern Islamic culture with schools readiness and industries supporting to realize a learning system through digital technology.
