Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan Customer Experience  terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di restoran Barak Kota Subulussalam. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 98 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, teknik penggumpulan data menggunkan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda, pengujian koefisien determinasi kemudian uji hipotesis diantaranya adalah uji persial, uji simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kualitas pelayanan secara persial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, (2) customer experince secara persial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, (3) kualitas pelayanan dan customer experince secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Koefisien determinasi  sebesar 0,727 yang berarti variabel kualitas pelayanan dan Customer Experience mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengaruh kepuasan konsumen konsumen sebesar 72,7% sementara sisanya 27,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat variabel lain yang menjelaskan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The development of technology has an impact on increasing competition in business. MSMEs also experience this in Banten, which forces them to rethink their business models. To survive and compete, many businesses have focused on the application and use of digital technology. Several studies have shown that digital technology can facilitate business continuity and increase their resilience to shocks This study aims to analyze the level of digitalization of MSMEs in regencies and cities in Banten Province and the obstacles they face in digitizing their businesses. In addition, to examine the extent to which the use of various forms of digital technology can stimulate the growth of MSME performance. This analysis covers 4 regencies and 4 cities in Banten Province, namely: Serang Regency, Pandeglang Regency, Lebak Regency, Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, Cilegon City, Serang City and South Tangerang City. This study is based on data available at the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs, BPS, and survey results. The results of this study aim to complement the literature that focuses on the digitalization of MSMEs, especially highlighting the gap between regencies and cities in Banten Province in terms of digitalization. In addition, this study also aims to determine the impact of digital technology on the performance of MSMEs in regencies and cities in Banten Province. The results of this study indicate the importance of MSME digitalization so that companies can become drivers of economic growth. This research topic is also expected to attract researchers who care about business digitalization and decision-makers at various levels who can help identify the right steps to stimulate digital innovation and investment in information and communication technology infrastructure.

Abstract

Performance measurement has become a very important topic in modern business management. This study aims to determine the research trends around performance measurement in general and specifically in Indonesia and Malaysia from 2003-2023. As well as to determine opportunities or potential for future research. The method used is bibliometric analysis in the form of literature review related to performance measurement. Data was collected from the Scopus database using the keywords “performance AND measurement AND (Indonesia OR Malaysia)” and obtained 2,358 publications from 2003-2023. However, researchers took 205 documents that were appropriate and relevant to the criteria of this study. Then the researcher used VOSviewer software and Microsoft Excel assistance to analyze and visualize the database obtained.              The results showed that the trend of research on performance measurement from 2003-2023 showed significant dynamics. The keyword “performance measurement” is divided into 7 clusters. The publisher that publishes the most publications is Inderscience Publishers, while the most productive author is Kusrini, E. The most common type of publication in scientific publications on “performance measurement” is journal articles. The most productive country/region conducting research is Malaysia with a total of 101 documents published. This research also identified the top ten articles with the most citations, with Agus, A., Hajinoor, M.S. being the most cited article. Potential or future research opportunities could focus on new topics that are beginning to emerge in the literature, such as “Supply chain performance”, “Competitive advantage”, and “Financial performance”. As well as the analysis of the literature that discusses performance measurement in Indonesia and Malaysia shows that there are differences in trends and research focus in the two countries.

Abstract

This study aims to explore marketing strategies that are effective in reaching and influencing the purchasing behaviour of Generation Z in Tangerang City towards coffee products, with a focus on Fore Coffee. The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis method with IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary) approaches were used to evaluate the internal and external factors affecting the company in this market. Data was collected through online surveys with respondents who are members of Generation Z in Tangerang City. The results of this study provide deep insights into the preferences and purchasing tendencies of the younger generation towards coffee products, with strategic implications for future marketing and product development.
