Abstract

Of this study was to determine the marketing mix strategy in Home Industry Jenang "MIRAH" in Ponorogo, to determine the pricing of products in Home Industry Jenang "MIRAH" in Ponorogo. Marketing Mix Strategy is one factor in the price. The samples in this study using sampling techniques saturated as many as 39 people. Sampling using techniques sampling. Results of simple linear regression Y = 43,477 + 0,558 X, meaning that if the price increase of 1%, then marketing mix strategy will increase by 0,558 if other factors held constant. It is obtained from tcount on marketing mix strategy variable (X) is 9,440 with 0,000signifkansi level. Because 9,440 >1,68488 and 0.000 < 0.05, which expressed their rejection of Ho means the marketing mix strategy effect on price. It can be concluded that thitung > ttable ie, greater than t table of a significance level of 0.000 t less than 0.05 then the research hypothesis reject Ho and accept Ha. While the results of R2 of 0.670, indicating that 67% strategy marketing mix variables influenced the price, while the remaining 33% is influenced by other factors not examined. Conclusion there is the effect of strategy marketing mix on price satisfaction in Home Industry Jenang "MIRAH" in Ponorogo.

Abstract

PAKEM model of learning has been determined as learning process which makes use of variative learning method,media and aids. PAKEM model of learning covers encouraging students to summerize,to plan, to excute, and to report activities. Within PAKEM model of learning teacher has to focus on the development of each individual students in such a manner that students get encouraged in learning. Learning instruction should be planned as to fit the students competence, of which every learning process must be ended up with development tasks for every individual student, with results are shown on the class information board to motivate them in gaining better learning performance. The implementation of PAKEM model of learning is attemted to developed students courage and motivation in learning economy to bring about their learning achievement.

Abstract

The study describes the quality of service, namely Tangible Responsiveness, Reliability (Reliability) and Assurance (Assurance) against Customer Satisfaction CV. AHASS Kabul Lembeyan Magetan Subdistrict motors. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative method while sampling technique in this research is quota sampling technique that customer in Kabul AHASS Lembeyan Magetan Subdistrict motorcycle that comes to CV. AHASS when distributing questionnaires were 30 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires, documentation. Analysis of data using linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service on the CV. AHASS Kabul Motor Magetan Subdistrict Lembeyan well. It can be seen from the results of the analysis with the amount of data as much as 30 customers results above the average value (62) as many as 17 customers or 57% below average, while as many as 13 or 43%. Customers CV. AHASS Kabul Motor Lembeyan Magetan satisfied with the services that have been received. It can be seen from the results of the analysis with the amount of data as much as 30 customers angketnya value customers results above average above average (42.90) as many as 18 or 60% of customers while below average as many as 12 customers or 40%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui layanan yang diberikan oleh koperasi, untuk menentukan peningkatan partisipasi anggota dalam studentscooperative SMP 8 Madiun, serta untuk menentukan apakah atau tidak pengaruh pelayanan kepada anggota koperasi partisipasi SMP 8 Madiun . Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling bahwa koperasi sebanyak 85 anggota. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam menganalisis data yang digunakan korelasi produk moment metode statistik untuk menguji apakah atau tidak instrumen valid dan metode yang digunakan untuk uji regresi meneliti hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh yang positif terhadap partisipasi anggota koperasi 8 siswa Madiun SMP. Hal ini diperoleh dari uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai 0,000 sedangkan besarnya Sighit Sigprob 0,05. Ini berarti bahwa nilai Sighit ≤ Sigprob (0,000 ≤ 0,05) berarti penolakan H0 yang menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggota memiliki hubungan kerjasama dengan layanan di 8 siswa Madison SMP. Selanjutnya juga besarnya hasil yang diperoleh adalah 0,000 sedangkan Sigprob Sighit 0,05. Ini berarti bahwa Sighit ≤ Sigprob (0,000 ≤ 0,05) berarti penolakan H0 yang menunjukkan bahwa ada layanan yang signifikan kepada anggota partisipasi koperasi SMP 8 Madiun. Juga memperoleh hasil uji t, nilai adalah 0,000 sedangkan Sighit Sigprob 0,05. Ini berarti bahwa nilai Sighit ≤ Sigprob (0,000 ≤ 0,05) berarti penolakan H0 yang menunjukkan bahwa ada efek yang berbeda pada partisipasi anggota koperasi layanan 8 siswa Madison SMP. Hasil R2 0,263 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 26,3% jasa koperasi variabel dipengaruhi oleh partisipasi anggota koperasi sedangkan sisanya 73,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

An individual has a driving factor either consciously or unconsciously , it is motivation . Once a person experiences a state that encourages behavior toward a goal, then the resulting realization that an object , or something about the situation contained nothing to do with him . Thus the individual has an interest which is welcome consciously , because if not so then interest has no meaning at all . With the motivation of the individual self and the interest in entrepreneurship began to determine the attitude of an individual that is a typical way of behaving that is focused on specific issues , which in this case is self-employed . This study aims to determine motivation, interest, attitude of students of entrepreneurship on Economics Education Program at IKIP PGRI Madiun and the influence of motivation and interest in the attitude of students of entrepreneurship on Economic Education Teachers' Training College PGRI Madiun. The population in this study were 100 students with a sample of 30 students with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling . Techniques of data collection obtained by using questionnaires and documentation . Hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression , the F test and t test. . The results of this study are ) students who have very good motivation as much as 1 or 3.33 % , (b ) students who have a good motivation as many as 8 people , or 26.67 % , (c ) students who have a good enough motivation as many as 13 people or 43.33 (d ) students who are less well motivated as much 7orang or 23.33 % , and ( e ) students who have a very poor motivation as much as 1 or 3.33 % , while students who have an interest in very good as much as 1 or 3.33 % , (b ) a student who has an interest either as many as 12 people or 40.00 % , (c ) students who have an interest in good enough as many as 11 people or 36.67 (d ) students who have unfavorable interest as much as 3 or 10.00 % , and ( e ) students who have an interest in very poor as many as 3 people or 10.00 % of the test proved that the correlation value is 0.973 while the value rhit rtab with a significance level of 5 % with N 30 at 0,361 . This means that rhit ≥ rtabel ( 0.973 ≥ 0.361 ) . This situation can be said that the H0 is rejected and Ha accepted means there is a relationship of motivation and interest in entrepreneurship attitude . On the other hand , if viewed from the determination or donation motivation and interest in entrepreneurship attitude is that the magnitude of the value of R2 . or R sequare of 0.947 which means donations motivation and interest in entrepreneurship attitude was 97.70 % , while the remaining 2.30 % is influenced by other factors Of the F test , proved that the F value ≥ Ftable ( 240.667 ≥ 5.49 ) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob ( 0.000 ≤ 0.05 ) . Fhit value at 5% significance level with df 2 and 27 residues of 5.49 . overall means of motivation and interest in entrepreneurship affect the entrepreneurial attitude. . . From the equation Y = 2,514 + 0.745 X1 - 0.086 X2 . If motivation is increased by 1 % , and an increase in entrepreneurship attitude of 0.745 % , when other factors are considered constant . If the interest is increased by 1 % , will decrease by 0.086 % entrepreneurial attitude when other factors are considered constant . In the t test derived from motivational variables thit value is 20.670 while the value ttabel at significance level of 5 % and at DK = NK = 27 at 2,052 , this means thitu ≥ ttab ( ≥ 20.670 2.052 ) means that there are different motivational variables influence the entrepreneurial attitude . Of the t test , the variable interest thit value obtained is -2.050 while the value ttabel at significance level of 5 % and DK = NK = 27 at 2,052 , this means thitu ttab ( -2.050 2.052 ) difference means no influence interest in entrepreneurship attitude . This study therefore concluded that there are significant between motivation and interest in student attitudes to entrepreneurship on Economics Education Program at IKIP PGRI Madiun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat Pendidikan Karyawan padaCV. Pandan Wangi, untuk mengetahui Penjualan Pupuk pada CV. Pandan Wangi, dan untukmengetahui adakah pengaruh tingkat pendidikan karyawan terhadap penjualan pupuk padaCV. Pandan Wangi Kab Madiun. Penentuan sampel di dalam penelitian ini menggunakansampel jenuh yaitu karyawan dan populasi sebanyak 40 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakanmetode dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengambil data tingkat pendidikankaryawan, data penjualan pupuk dan metode wawancara digunakan untuk mengambil datatingkat pendidikan karyawan, penjualan pupuk. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan metodestatistik dengan rumus uji r, uji F, uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkatpendidikan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh sekaligus hubungan yang positif terhadappenjualan pupuk pada CV. Pandan Wangi Kab. Madiun. Hal ini diperoleh dari rhitung sebesar0,732 sedangkan r 0,312 yang artinya r > r (0,732 > 0,312) yang menyatakan tabel hitung tabeladanya penolakan Ho artinya tingkat pendidikan karyawan mempunyai hubungan denganpenjualan pupuk. Selain itu juga diperoleh koefisien regresi (uji t) dengan nilai dari thitungsebesar 6,632 > ttabel pada signifikansi 0,05 dengan uji dua pihak dan jumlah data dalampenelitian 5. Maka diperoleh t sebesar 1,745. Hal ini berarti nilai t > t (6,632 > tabel hitung tabel1.745) maka tolak Ho yang artinya bahwa ada pengaruh tingkat pendidikan karyawanterhadap penjualan pupuk pada CV. Pandan Wangi Kab. Madiun. Jadi kesimpulannya adaPengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan Karyawan Terhadap Penjualan Pupuk pada CV. Pandan WangiKab. Madiun. Saran untuk penelitian ini ke depannya diharapkan karyawan dapatmeningkatkan tingkat pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the inflation rate of the Rupiah. Population and samples used in this study are all monthly time series data rate of inflation and the Rupiah during the period January 2011-December 2015 as many as 60. The data used are secondary data obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia (www.bi.co.id). The analytical method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The result of the coefficient of determination (r2) which shows that the percentage of the effect of the inflation rate to changes in the rupiah exchange rate of 7,9%. From the calculations, the equation Y = 3.941 + 0,073X , it can be concluded that the level of inflation is positive and significant effect on the rupiah.

Abstract

This paper examines the utilization of media in economic learning atsenior high school level in Lamongan Regency which is reviewed from threeindicators, namely a) diffusion of innovation, b) implementation andinstitutionalization, and c) policies and regulations. This study was conductedfor three months from January to March 2018 using a qualitative descriptivedesign using survey method. Technique of collecting data using google formquestionnaire, interview, and study documentation. The subjects of the studywere 22 upper secondary schools selected with purposive sampling methodfrom 218 high schools in Lamongan. The result of the research shows that thereis no diffusion of innovation by high school economics teacher significantly inutilization of media for economic learning. The use of various learning mediautilizes more infrastructure that has been available in schools, eg LCDprojectors and props. Administratively the teacher writes the instructionalmedia used in the Lesson Plans which refer to the Curriculum format 2013, butin practice media usage is adapted to the classroom situation and conditionwhen teaching. In addition, school policies do not provide written regulationsrelating to media utilization standards used by teachers in the learning process.

Abstract

Self-Management represent therapy technique form of behavior/behavioral. Therapy form of behavior this focus study to individual to become effective changer this for behavior will own. technique of Self-Management this cover: self-monitoring, self-evaluation, and self-reinforcement. Third the technique aim to be behavioral to to increase learn Senior High School student. Learn SMA beside as instructor, also as coach and counsellor. As counsellor, teacher share to assist process learn by creating the condition of conducive student able to alter its own behavior and also can solve internal issues activity of study economic subject. Problem of which often experienced of to relate to process learn namely student do not want to enquire if/when meeting items which is difficult to be comprehended, and in disregard of student question of items studied. To overcome problems of student, can be developed technique of self-management. Stages;Steps mentioned as following: ( 1) planning and executing distorting technique; ( 2) evaluating distorting program.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pembuatan komoditas diproduksi secara teratur. Produksi dimulai dari pembelian bahan, untuk membayar tenaga kerja, pengolahan bahan, dan biaya pengeluaran untuk menghasilkan komoditas sampai siap untuk dijual. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hubungan dari biaya bahan baku dan volume penjualan, apakah ada pengaruh biaya bahan baku terhadap volume penjualan di "Mitra Jaya" industri gamelan di KarangRejo, Kabupaten Magetan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya bahan baku untuk volume penjualan pada indistri gamelan "Mitra Jaya" di desa Karang Rejo, kecamatan Karang Rejo, Kabupaten Magetan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baku biaya bahan memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh positif terhadap volume penjualan. Hal ini diperoleh dari uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa rhitung ~ r1able (0,987 ~ 0,514) rhitung ~ atau sig., :S sigprob (0,000 :S 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya bahan baku memiliki hubungan dengan volume penjualan dan hasilnya juga diperoleh dari uj i fisher menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung ~ Ftabie(499,774 ~ 4,667) sighit:S Sigprob (0,000 :S 0,05) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung ~ t1able(22,356 ~ 1,771) atau sighit:S Sigprob (0,000 :S 0,05) danmenunjukkan itu bahwa sekitar97 ,5% dari volume penjualan dipengaruhi oleh biaya bahan baku, sedangkan 2,5%volume penjualan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
