Abstract : This study was conducted to determine student interest in reading in the library Bina Darma with clustering method. The data used in this study is Bina Darma library database that consists of three tables are tables collection, patron tables and tables of visitors who will be selected to be integrated and combined as a data warehouse. Application of data mining to determine the titles of the most demanding of students and courses are most borrowed books and read a book in the library building dharma. The information obtained is that the course is more interested in information systems to borrow and read books compared to the industrial engineering courses. Titles that most interest is the title of the book basics of programming, while the lowest book is the title of students interested in a practical handbook using Microsotf word and cluster categories of books that most interest students are computer science book category books category Indonesian whereas lower. Propagation model is an important part that can be used to design a communication network one of them is mobile communication. The difference in the propagation signal received from the transmitter to the mobile station will result in loss propagation so we need a propagation model that can describe the propagation characteristics of a region such as urban areas in this case is Pekanbaru City. To get the propagation model in accordance with the characteristics of Pekanbaru City the method used is measurement through a drive test. This research aimsto determine the mobile communication propagation model in LTE 1800 MHz that fits the characteristics of Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of the measurement of the value of loss to distance obtained by the propagation model of mobile communication in the city of Pekanbaru with 3 models of the equation, among others linear equation model: L = 5.1 x D + 85, quadratic equation: L = 2.2 x + 3 x + 86 and cubic equation: L = 0.65 x + 0.84 x + 3.6 x D + 86.

Decision support system (SPK) is one part of the information system that uses problem solving in decision making. The selection of high achieving students in Yapim High School and Vocational School Taruna Marelan discusses based on the highest grades, the activeness and concern of students towards the teacher and also based on the rankings of the guardians of each class that are counted manually with the Microsoft excel application, therefore the application required problem solving application Web-based outstanding students. Data obtained through teachers and homeroom teachers who teach at Yapim Taruna Marelan High School and Vocational School, the method used in this application is weighting simple additives (SAW) in the assessment of student achievement based on data from student and high school students 'and Yapim Taruna's students' judgment Marelan This application is used to facilitate teachers and homeroom teachers in favor of outstanding students and also transparent by all students. This system is applied to support decisions made by humans from manual to digital and can be shown in full which becomes an assessment made by the user and proven by the system.

Human needs for technology in everyday life can not be released, almost all aspects of life can not be separated from technology. Many people use technology to facilitate their activities. This research was conducted at CV. Agus Motor which is a business engaged in the sale of used motorcycles. The system that runs on the CV. Agus Motor has several approved problems, the first is the amount of motorcycle data, customer data, and sales data that is processed using manual data such as using records on paper media or lost or scattered records. The second problem, there is no proper storage media to store these data. Problem three, there is no purchase report every month issued by employees having difficulty in providing sales results. This system is designed using HTML, PHP, CSS, and using MySQL database. The method in this study uses object-oriented analysis and design with uml modeling. system that can help in the sales process to facilitate the company such as processing data into consumer data and motorcycle sales transactions that can generate payment reports from consumers. In this payment system employees are expected to be able to input customer data, motor data, and monthly sales report scores

Pengelolaan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) pada Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi (UNPAB) yang berguna untuk membantu para Mahasiswa mengembangkan usahanya baik produk maupun jasa. Namun masih kurang dalam media promosinya. Selama ini, promosi yang dilakukan hanya melalui stand bazar dan melalui akun media sosial milik pribadi Mahasiswa yang menjadi anggota UKM Panca Budi. Hal ini kurang efektif dalam media promosi dikarenakan tidak semua masyarakat dapat mengetahui akun setiap Mahasiswa yang merupakan anggota dari UKM.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Waterfall dalam pengembangan sistemnya dan menggunakan UML sebagai alat bantu peracangan sistem informasi berbasi website yang bertujuan agar dapat membangun website yang mampu menjadi media promosi yang dapat dilihat oleh seluruh masyarakat tanpa harus mengetahui akun dari setiap Mahasiswa yang merupakan anggota UKM tersebut.

Kemajuan kesehatan adalah bagian integral dari program pembangunan secara keseluruhan. Untuk mempercepat angka kesehatan tersebut diperlukan keaktifan dan peran serta masyarakat dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan fasilitas posyandu. Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) merupakan salah bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Pada saat ini, penggunaan smartphone sudah menjadi gaya hidup hampir di semua lapisan masyarakat. Ibu-ibu sudah terbiasa menggunakan smartphone Android untuk berkomunikasi melalui media sosial. Pada umumnya smartphone tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk kegiatan-kegiatan yang bersifat produktif. Dengan semakin berkembangnya sistem berbasis Android, penelitian ini akan membahas aplikasi berbasis Android yang dikembangkan untuk membantu pelayanan administrasi Posyandu berupa pendataan data bayi. Pada sistem yang akan dibangun memiliki 2 aktor yaitu admin posyandu dan ibu-ibu sebagai pengguna. Pada admin posyandu bertugas untuk mengatur administrasi seperti data bayi, data imunisasi, lokasi posyandu dan history kunjungan dan pertumbuhan bayi. Sedangkan pada sisi aplikasi Android yang digunakan ibu-ibu atau orangtua bayi memiliki fitur untuk melihat lokasi posyandu terdekat, jadwal dan imunisasi apa saja yang telah dilakukan sehingga orangtua dapat mengatur jadwal kunjungan posyandu. Dengan fitur seperti tersebut, orangtua atau ibu-ibu sangat dipermudah dalam penyajian informasi untuk monitoring imunisasi bayi

Personality is the overall behavior and emotions that become a unique characteristic of someone who is stable and predictable. Characteristics or personality traits affect directly or indirectly on work and family conflicts. To find out someone's personality type, generally a person must consult directly with a psychologist or by conducting a questioner that is provided to find out which personality types he belongs to. By utilizing technology that is rapidly developing nowadays, a system that can help people to know their personality is needed or needed, the system is an expert system. This expert system was built using the forward chaining method. This expert system is designed and built with the PHP programming language or often called a web-based system. Due to the web-based system, system users will not be limited by space, time, and minimize the cost and energy to find out which personality belongs to which type of personality

Damage to the teeth can affect the health of other members of the body, so that it will interfere with activity. Symptoms of this disease are often not considered or considered unimportant. This also occurs in dental diseases including those that damage tooth structure and cause cavities. To find out the symptoms of tooth decay that are owned by patients, users or users only answer a few questions that exist on the Expert System web as a tool in providing consulting services like an expert through the web. The purpose of this study is to create an Expert System program that contains the knowledge of an expert who has the ability to diagnose human tooth decay based on the physical form that occurs and the taste experienced and the position of human teeth based on expert / expert knowledge (dentists) using the Certainty Factor method . This system will provide solutions and make it easier for doctors to socialize their patients.
