<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the meaning of sexy uniforms for female GAS STATION operators. The phenomenon is there, operational standards and grooming at the GAS STATION 54.801.50 Denpasar, incompatible with the generally happens. The existence of rules for wearing sexy lingerie for women operators became one of the requirements for workers. This research uses qualitative research methods with types of case studies. The phenomenology of theories about the construction of self dissect the motives of the purposes and motives because the property of Alfred Schutz was chosen to analyze this research. The results of this study showed a dar motive cause and motive of the purpose for the operators of the woman who wears sexy uniforms at the time of work. There are three things the motive cause that is educational, economic and social conditions. <![CDATA[Look at the fact that the conflict is still going on then the need for handling conflicts, especially religious conflicts with the way enhance the religious harmony that live in the Earth Indonesia with diverse cultures
and beliefs. With a strategy how to let religious unity could increase and coexist as expected of mankind. This research will be done in Blitar Regency, why so? In addition to the restriction of the problem, since in the County there are majority religion of Islam which is closely linked to the traditions of Java in keseharianya and terdapat variants of religion and places of worship that looks very harmonious. As for the purpose of this research is to mendiskripsikan the findings the role of popular culture in Islamic religious unity against Java. <![CDATA[The emergence of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) were actively empowering women can supplement the lack of implementation of the programme of empowerment from the Government. In spite of all its shortcomings, a previous Study demonstrated that NGOs are more effective in carrying out the empowerment programs with a variety of models and strategies. Motherâs best friend Foundation (YSI) undertook to actively empower women in Yogyakarta and mengooptasi way to implement Islamic values not only in theoretical level but also practical. This paper discusses how YSI implement Islamic values and the implications for how the process of empowerment. This research uses qualitative approach method of verstehen to interpret the subjectâs understanding of research on Islamic-based empowerment. Data collection techniques using participatory observation and indepth interview against informants chosen by purposive. The results showed that the application of the values of Islam is more of an approach at once an instrument of womenâs empowerment. Islamic practices are applied in the empowerment of such a contract, pledge, pengajian, infaq is able to push the lancarnya the process of empowerment. The subject of research looked at that program of empowerment is the obligation to family and
God. Nevertheless there are several members resigned because the program prove incriminating. On the one handthe implementation of Islamic values become the driving force of empowerment, on the other hand give rise to a difference of views among the participants and facilitator so that it becomes counterproductive.

<![CDATA[Education function to develop the ability and form the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the nationâs life. This is in line with the values and norms of Indonesian society is far from materialism, But along with the influx of globalization and modernization, the value and meaning of education is often biased. The occurrence of bias in the interpretation of the meaning of education is caused by social change. research of education bias in Bima community gives an idea how education values can not be interpreted well by a society. Peter L Berger is one of the sociologists who discussed the whole process of social construction. Using the social construction theory of Peter L Berger, it can be seen that the people of Bima undergo a process of social change consisting of; (a) Changes in education patterns in Bima from Islamic education to secular education, (b) Conversion of societyâs high social status, related to education which is a social construction process in Bima
society about oneâs social status. So from the analysis can be seen that education for the community Bima has a very important role in determining the position of a personâs social status.

<![CDATA[This project involves discovering how the spiritually tradition is exist in the pesantren in Indonesia. The goal of this research proves the phenomenon that pesantren and spirituality tradition are strongly linked and connected between each other. Several spiritualities in pesantren are; thoriqoh, tirakat, ijazahan, and others. This article is arranged based on library research and comparing several references by some books, articles and jurnals. Furthermore this research also takes some of experiences of some people who ever study, live, and experience the pesantren tradition in Indonesia (especially in Java). In conclusion, this acticle tries to explore
the argumentation historically and socially that Pesantren and spiritualism have strong correlation from the beginning of Islamic spreading in Indonesia.

<![CDATA[Conversion of agricultural land resulted in socio-economic changes for farmers who do the conversion, which would then have an impact on the level of well-being of farmers. The methods used in the writing of this
research is qualitative research methods. The result of the writing of this library study revealed that land conversion Conditions farmers â livelihood before and after the existence of the land conversion is seen in terms of revenue is the amount of income of farmers after the land conversion there is increased and decreased from the amount of income before the existence of land conversion. The condition of the housing and kepemilikikan assets havenât changed much both before and after the existence of land conversion. At this writing specified on conversion of agricultural land, livelihoods, economic conditions, the income of farmers, and its impact on the level of household well-being of farmers in the countryside.

<![CDATA[Religious fundamentalism that leads to the action of religious radicalism becomes a common event that must be prevented. Religion that should be the source of love, peace, and salvation in human life is used as an instrument of abomination. This can be seen from the recent events of global terrorism acts today. This research has a theme about the role of Pesantren Nurul Ummah in preventing religious fundamentalism-radicalism which is a the form of acts of terrorism. The purpose of this research is to know how the role of Pesantren Nurul Ummah in preventing religious fundamentalism-radicalism in the form of acts of terrorism. This research was conducted on foreign students at Pesantren Nurul Ummah, Kembang Belor, Pacet, Mojokerto. The method used is qualitative The theory used is the Social Construction theory of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. Data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews. The validity of the data was done by using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the root problem of religious fundamentalism that led to the action of religious radicalism, can be seen from the aspect of a shallow religious understanding. The teachings of Islam contained in the Qurâan and Hadith in their understanding are not adapted to the social context. The role of pesantren in preventing religious fundamentalism radicalism, namely by playing the three functions. Among other religious functions, by giving an understanding of the text of the Qurâan and Hadith in accordance with
its context, which is called asbab al-nuzul or asbab al-wurud. Then the function of education, by inculcating social values, such as the value of nationalism and pluralism. And the last is the social function, namely to equip students with social activities related to society.
