Abstract

This paper presented a problem controlling the three ships as the application of multi-agent system. The multi-agent system model which used in this exposition is linear multi-agent system  and the ship model  which used in this paper is linear ship model from Hocking. The Control design completion for each ship used the optimal control design strategy by utilizing Pontryagin Maximum Principle. This principle leads to the classical problem of optimum control  that treatment using the steepest descent method.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the requirement of hydrodynamics laboratories to generate extreme waves for testing ships in steep, large amplitude wave fields. For this purpose, finding criteria that determine if wave breaking will occur is important. Different from initial value problems, in this contribution we will consider the signaling problem: a time signal is prescribed to a wave maker in a wave tank that produces propagating waves running in initially still water. The aim is to observe the resulting nonlinear effects on the waves and to study in which cases the waves will or will not break. This also leads to a threshold value for generated waves, and, moreover, to the location in the tank where wave breaking may occur. To study this, we consider Bichromatic waves and Benjamin Feir-waves, and investigate the evolution by using a numerical simulation code HUBRIS developed by Westhuis; the validity of this code has been tested against laboratory experiments. The result of our investigations is that for both classes the parameters of wave breaking are more extreme in the signaling case than in the case of initial value problem.

Abstract

Determination process of active compound concentration which contained by a drug plant quantitatively and qualitative can know by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and FTIR (Fourier TrasformInfrared)  methods. Calibration aim to find relation between a group of size measure which is relative reached and cheap with a group of other size measure which is difficult and relative costly. Measurement of FTIR was done by nsampel at pwaves number. Based on these information, problems occur because the number of predictor bigger thanthe number of perception, so that require to reduce dimension. Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) can reduce dimension become new variables. with . But, result of reduction still have high collinearity between coefficients of wavelet.Partial Least Squares (PLS) can be the good solving for the problems. Combining of DWT and PLS methods on calibration models use OSS-R give a good criterion of model .

Abstract

. This article presents differentiable characteristics of the Blancmange function on ℝ. The function has singularities of each point on ℝ. The first, it will be proven  that function is continuous at each point on ℝ, and then by constructing of an infinite series of the saw tooth function, will be proven that the Blancmange function is differentiable nowhere at each point on ℝ. At the end of this article, also discussed integrable analysis of Blancmange function.

Abstract

  Abstract. This article discussed about the properties of  closed periodic queuing network series susing max-plus algebra. The result showed that the properties of  closed periodic dinamic queuing network series can be determined by using the concept of eigen values ​​and eigen vectors of max-plus matrix in the network model. Through the max-plus eigen vector fundamental, can be determined faster early time departure of customers of departure to the next customer periodically, with a large period of max-plus eigenvalue
