Abstract

Universitas Flores memanfaatkan fasilitas intranet untuk melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan baik dibidang pendidikan dan pengajaran, kegiatan administrasi akademik dan kemahasiswaan, maupun disemua bidang yang mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan  tridarma perguruan tinggi. Jaringan intranet yang ada di Universitas Flores mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, dan di tahun 2018 Universitas Flores kembali meningkatkan layanan jaringan intranet menggunakan Cloud Router Switch dengan Virtual Local Area Network. Universitas Flores juga menyediakan layanan hotspot dan wifi di beberapa titik strategi untuk memudahkan seluruh kegiatan akademik. Metode yang digunakan metode action research dengan model sistem monitoring QoS. Software untuk menguji parameter QoS adalah Axence Nettools. Hasil pengolahan data ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel untuk memudahkan user dalam menganalisis. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan jaringan intranet di gedung rektorat merupakan kualitas layanan intranet terbaik dengan nilai throughput terbesar yaitu 80,006%, nilai Packet Loss 0% dan nilai Jitter 0%.

Abstract

Now SMS can be used for various applications, such as Mobile Banking, Interactive Pooling, and others. SMS is also very useful in the Bethany Kuala Kapuas church, one of which is used as a congregation counseling system. Because the counseling schedule between the counselor and the church is not yet efficient. So that the counselor is a little overwhelmed with this, so an application is needed to arrange the counseling schedule. The way the congregation sends an SMS application and later the counselor who serves as an admin (in office hours) will reply to the SMS which contains counseling schedules with the congregation. The SMS Gateway based Church Counseling Service application at Bethany Kuala Kapuas Church was made using Visual Studio 2010 and AT + Commands as a command language that can be read by a modem. With this application it is expected to facilitate the congregation in delivering their counseling, thus helping the counselors to monitor easily

Abstract

Manajer proyek memiliki tugas menjalankan aktivitas proyek mulai dari tender sampai dengan hasil proyek diserahterimakan kepada pelanggan. Dan ketika kontrak tercipta, seorang manajer proyek bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola proyek yang sedang berlangsung, kegiatan tersebut diantaranya membuat planning, scheduling, kemudian reporting dan lain-lain. Seorang manajer proyek memiliki keterbatasan waktu untuk mengawasi pelaksanaan aktivitas proyek yang berjalan bersamaan antara proyek yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola dan manajemen kegiatan proyek yang ada dalam perusahaan, khususnya perusahaan kontraktor yang sedang berkembang, maka penulis membuat sistem informasi untuk manajemen kegiatan proyek, terutama kegiatan dibawah naungan manajer proyek, sehingga pekerjaan akan lebih mudah terselesaikan dan bisa termanajemen dengan baik. Sistem ini terdiri dari fungsi-fungsi: pengelolan keuangan proyek, penjadwalan proyek, laporan kemajuan proyek, manajemen tugas proyek, pengelolan penagihan dan sebagainya. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur sistem ini berjalan dengan baik sehingga memudahkan manajer proyek dalam mengelola proyek infrastruktur jaringan komputer.

Abstract

Current technological developments are increasing, one of which is the development of the internet that is very fast, many companies are starting to offer their products through the internet to maximize their profits, so that competition between companies is getting tighter. PT Pulau Cahaya Terang  is one company that manufactures and sells various types of spring beds and equipment in the city of Batam. The sales system is by the way consumers come directly to the company, contact by telephone, or the company offers products directly through salesmen, the system Used is less effective now, becaUse consumers find it difficult to get the latest information and making an order quickly. For this reason, it is necessary to create a web-based sales information system at PT Pulau Cahaya Terang  so that consumers can easily access product information and can also directly order and pay for products through the website. The method Used is the SDLC Waterfall model which consists of needs analysis, design, programming code, testing, implementation and maintenance. The results of this research are a website-based sales information system that makes it easier for consumers to obtain information and order products, and save employee costs and time

Abstract

Technology has become a major part in all areas of life, covering the lives of individuals and communities. Especially in the city of Batam, as an industrial city ranging from the electronics industry to shipyards. In Batam city, there are 129 electronics component industry companies. Technological developments continue to change, therefore electronics component industry companies always adopt the latest technology to support business processes. The choice of technology has become part of a competitive strategy that can keep the company sustain. In the selection of this technology, there are four important variables can be utilized by the company in a manner, they are: innovation, research and development, technology resources, technology exploitation and investment. As the results of the study, these four variables significantly influence 66.9% of competitive strategy in a number of electronics companies in the city of Batam.

Abstract

The beginning of the rainy season can be predicted by various methods such as the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Occurrence of the onset of the rainy season (AMH), the erratic impact on various sectors, especially in the agricultural sector often results in crop failure. Therefore, the aim of this study is to improve the accuracy of predictions for the start of the rainy season. In this study daily rainfall data, the beginning of the rainy season data is obtained by calculating daily rainfall data using the Liebmann method. The best ARIMA model (3,1,0) with the equation y = 0,3162−1 + 0,1284−2−0,188−3 + 0,7434−4−0,934 is used for July, August and DMI data in August are considered as input and prediction error value ARIMA as a target. The beginning of the rainy season prediction results based on ARIMA, the results of testing and evaluation obtained values ​​of r = 0.14 and RMSE = 32.53.
