Abstract

Technology advancement and development nowadays are increasing the demand of smart phone from year to year; this situation increases the competition in the smart phone industry. Because of that, smart phone companies are being pushed to make and to develop a product that’s easy to remember, easy to recognize and has the quality that meets consumer’s expectations. One of many smart phone companies in the world right now is Apple with their Apple iPhone product.This research uses 200 samples of Apple iPhone users that were visiting eStore at Pondok Indah Mall, samples were taken by using simple random sampling method and the data was collected by spreading questionnaires to the respondents. The collected data is processed and analyzed by using IBM SPSS STATISTICS 23 and LISREL 8.80.The result of this research showed that reliability and durability have direct effects on perceived quality and indirect effects on brand loyalty through perceived quality. Keywords: smart phone, reliability, durability, perceived quality, brand loyalty.

Abstract

Stock split is a corporate action carried out by companies that have gone public to rearrange stock prices so that transactions increase and companies become liquid.This study aims to determine the effect of stock split on stock liquidity as measured by the bid-ask spread variable and trading activity volume in companies listed on the Stock Exchange between 2015-2017. The sample used in this study amounted to 53 companies. The method used in this study is paired t-test for the variable bid-ask spread and Wilcoxon Sign Ranked Test for trading volume activity variables.The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is no significant difference in the bid-ask spread for 5 working days, whereas on 15 working days and 30 working days there is a significant difference. In addition, the trading volume activity variable for 5 working days, 15 working days and 30 working days is a difference between before and after stock split Keywords: stock split, bid-ask spread, trading volume activity, stock liquidity

Abstract

This research focuses on the pecking order theory by taking a sample of 100 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observation year 2013 to 2017. The purpose of this study is to see if there is consistency of research, as well as the previous studies to answer the research gap of extended pecking order theory model to see the effects of internal funding deficit and the debt ratio to the addition of forming internal funding deficit (dividends payment, additional working capital, investment and net cash flow) for additional debt ratio that can be used as a factor affecting changes in capital structure. The final results in this study support the hypothesis that the entire internal funding deficit has a positive effect on additional debt ratio. Dividend payments, additional working capital and investment have a positive effect while the net cash flow has a negative effect on the addition of the debt ratio. Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by the Affective Commitment (AC). This research was conducted at the Social Employment Insurance Administration Organization Headquarters by involving certain divisions or deputies in the company. A total of 125 questionnaires were distributed and 60 questionnaires were returned and could be processed, so the sample of this study was 60 respondents and processed using SPSS v22 software and Hayes PROCESS v3 macro.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between POS on OCB, POS also shows a positive and significant effect on AC. AC has a positive and significant effect on OCB and OCB mediates the effect of POS on OCB on employees of the Social Employment Insurance Administration Organization Headquarters.Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Affective Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction at cleaning service employee PT Solusindo Mitra Sejahtera, Jakarta. Independent variables in this research are achievement, recognition, work itself, responsibility, and progress, while the dependent variable in this research is job satisfaction. This research distributed questionnaires to 77 respondents from 95 populations. The results showed that the achievement, recognition, work itself, responsibility and progress of intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: achievement, recognation, work itself, responsibility, advancement, job satisfaction.

Abstract

Company value is a reflection of the stock market price of a company, which can guarantee the welfare or prosperity of shareholders. This research is conducted to analyze the effect of profitability, cash dividend, firm size on company value. Profitability is measured by using return on equity. Cash Dividend is measured using dividend payout ratio. Company size is measured using Ln Total Asset. Research data is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The method of analysis used to test the hypothesis is the method of multiple linear regression statistics. The results showed that profitability negatively affect on company value. While the cash dividend and firm size have a positive effect on company value.  Keywords: profitability, cash dividend, firm size, company value.

Abstract

Maximizing the wealth of investors is the company’s main goal. This study will examine the effect of capital structure as measured by DER and profitability as measured by ROA to firm value as measured by PBV. Sample of this study are the consumer goods companies listed on IDX for period 2014-2017. Total sample used is 24 companies. The result of this study indicates that the capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROA) have a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV).Keywords: firm value, PBV, capital structure, DER, profitability, ROA.

Abstract

This research aims to examine determinant of financial fraud reporting. The population in this research is the manufacturing company registered in Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2016, in which there are 30 companies as the samples of research. The hypothesis be examined with multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that financial targets effect on fraudulent financial reporting and effectiveness of supervision influences fraudulent financial reporting. Keywords: fraudulent financial reporting, financial target, effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of financial leverage  and operating leverage  on firmvalue. The population taken in this study are mining material sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 period. Based on the criteria determined, the number of samples in this study were 24 companies.The results of this study indicate that the variable financial leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value  while the operating leverage  variable has a significant negative effect on firm value. Keywords: Financial leverage, Operating Leverage, Firm Value.

Abstract

Jojo's Clean "car washing business is a car washing business with the vision of" Makes the fastest car wash business that prioritizes customer satisfaction and convenience ". Jojo's Clean car wash business has the concept of "Quick clean" where customers can wash the car in just 15-20 minutes. Car wash process in Jojo's Clean is more safety than conventional car wash business, because it does not use hydraulics to minimize the fall of the car from the hydraulic top due to broken hydraulic rod. The car wash process is carried out by directing the customer's car coming to the washing spot that has been provided, then it will be cleaned by "Jojo's Clean" employees and rinsed using a rinse machine. After the flushing stage, then the customer's car was directed to the parking lot that has been provided for drying. The price is set for a car wash of Rp 50,000 per car and the initial capital needed to set up this business is Rp 585,000,000. Based on the results of the business feasibility analysis, the NPV generated amounted to Rp 898,959,050, the payback period was estimated for 3 years 3 months 6 days, and the profitability index generated by 3.05. Keywords : car wash process, Cibubur and its surrounding, fastest car wash business, middle and upper society, Cibubur and its surroundings, quick clean.
