Abstract

In an era like today's global, Internet-based information system security is a must to be considered, because of the public nature of the internet network and global is not safe. Basically the threat is coming from someone who wishes mempuyai gain illegal access to a computer network. Whenever there is a threat encountered on the server such as port scanning, the attacker IP addresses will be captured. Next will be used method Automatic Event Detection And Activity Monitoring (ADAM) to process security. ADAM will carry out retaliatory attacks in the form of a computer virus that was sent to the attacker. For this reason when a computer network is attacked by the intruder, then ADAM server will detect this type of attack is done, then asked for help from another server to strike back. Security server by applying the method ADAM able to do the blocking of port scanning the attacker did not end there ADAM will then send the file is a virus automatically. In terms of time efficiency, the method of securing the ADAM automatically faster than if all phases of the security is done manually. ADAM test non-adaptive systems this takes 4.4 minutes, while the time taken by the ADAM system to immobilize the attacker system only 1 minute 03:59 seconds, so the method ADAM work faster. Traffic normal state (RX 232B, 144B TX), but when encountered in the form of port scanning attacks become 21.46Kib TX RX 25.83Kib, and after working as RX 219B ADAM TX127B, resulting in a significant reduction in traffic.

Abstract

Computer network using LAN has limitations in terms of the large number of computers that will be connected to the switch equipment. This limitation can be overcome by connecting the LAN between each other using a router. Networks inter LAN still pose a problem in terms of safety, although the amount can be overcome. To overcome the problem requires a LAN in a small group that is often known as Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN). VLAN can be connected as is often done on the LAN in general with the addition of some equipment that is able to be used as the connecting or known by the name of inter-VLAN. inter-VLAN configuration can be done directly and indirectly. the configuration directly by configuring the network equipment such as switches and routers, while the indirect configuration can be done using packet tracer. In doing inter-VLAN configuration requires a command performed by an administrator. Commands that is configured on the network equipment is a command that is still a command line or a particular script. For people who have not worked as a network administrator needed a software Graphics User Interface (GUI) for ease in studying network administration. Software Graphics User Interface (GUI) can facilitate a person who has worked as an administrator to configure inter-VLAN.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan membahas manfaat thermo electric cooling sebagai pendingin dengan dukungan Mikrokontroler  sebagai pengendali otomatis. Rancangan dapat dimanfaatkan pada sistem  pengendalian peralatan, kinerja sistem   terpengaruh panas,  sistem-sistem lain yang berbaya jika bekerja pada suhu tinggi,  serta dikendalikan dari jarak jauh. Kebutuhan perangkat keras rancangan ini  adalah thermo electric cooling, Mikrokontroler AT89C51, IC LM 35, A/D Converter, penampil, dan Regulator 7805 serta didukung bahasa Assembler earth.asm.  Sebelum perancangan dilaksanakan pengujian peralatan-peralatan, supaya sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya masing-masing. Untuk mengetahui kinerja system  pendingin ini dengan cara mengamati data hasil simulasi pada tiga keadaan kondisi suhu prosesor dan heatsink prosesor  pertama menggunakan heatsink standar, kedua water block dan ketiga water block ditambah thermo electric cooling. Dari hasil grafik menunjukkan bahwa system pendingin thermo electric cooling paling efektif dibandingkan dengan heatsink dan water block.Dengan melihan hasil tersebut rancangan pendingin berbasis mikrokontroler ini dapat sebagai tambahan pengetahuan bahkan  dapat dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan  mengatasi permasalahan  data/informasi yang banyak dibutuhkan.

Abstract

In our department, lectures found that students are difficult to create documentation, especially software documentation. Besides, software documentation is an important handbook in a software engineering. We need tools to help students or people that learn software engineering to create software documentation. This paper explains how to analyze and design a prototype for software documentation management. We propose three steps to do: problem analysis, prototype development and evaluation. First, we do the problem analysis by defining the component inputs, documentation management models and printing process. Then, the prototype is developed with object oriented software analysis and design. Finally, we create a traceability table and conduct a design testing in the evaluation step. At the result, we build analysis and design for a prototype to manage software engineering documentation with six use cases. The evaluation is conducted which well modeling the functional requirements. 26 errors are found and already refined in the documentation report. We ensure that this design is ready to implement.

Abstract

Smartphones with Android operating system is one proof that the very quickly progress of technology. Functions and services on Android smartphones is no longer just for communication but also for entertainment such as games. Application are made in this research is a game that applies artificial intelligence with pathfinding techniques and can be played in single player and two players using the wireless local area network as data traffic lane with distribution techniques client server and can be played on smartphones with Android operating system. Software used to create this game is the Unity 3D engine. Unity 3D is a game creator software that is very powerful at this time. By using Unity 3D can make a game in a variety of devices, one of which is on a smartphones with Android operating system. With the application of this game can be a means the entertainment for anybody.

Abstract

Paperless is an attempt to reduce the use of paper media in the filing process, a use of paperless office technology, paperless office technology will be applied using cloud computing technology. Cloud computing is a service that provides synchronized online storage media, which can be accessed through a variety of devices such as Android smartphones. Cloud services applications built on these systems is a data storage service to take advantage of the cloudinary storage media. Cloudinary is a service that provides cloud services for image, download and CDN (Content Delivery Network). This can certainly provide convenience in the process of registering and sending out invitations electronically using paperless invitations. In addition, there is a process of checking the read (read) status will be performed by the MySQL database system to use the webservice. Paperless invitations applications can be run if the user has an e-mail account, the paperless invitations test system that have been made show the menu each function can be executed according to its input.

Abstract

Music is an integral part in human life nowadays. Musical instruments that is being used commonly by the musician is piano. The piano is used because of its widest range of musical notes compared to other musical instruments, and those enable musician to compose musical notes with a piano. In general, there is one obstacle that prevents musician to have a piano, and that is the expensive price of a piano.On this Final Assignment, there is a java based piano composer applet that runs on the web platform to provide an easier way to play a piano and music composition online. With this application, the user only need to compose the musical score, then the application itself will process it into a MIDI formatted file.Based on the survey held with some musicians, can be concluded that the piano composer application can be used by the user to play piano and to compose musical notes very well.

Abstract

Tourist attraction in Indonesia is one of the natural resources to be proud. That we need an alternative build Decision Support System Application. This application shows can assist determine the potential tourist travel destination, make memorable and accordance with the characteristics potential tourists addition this application saves the time and effort find a tourist destination because it can be accessed anywhere. The final result steps by steps, the best obtained from two respondents are Afriani 105 for the city o f Yogyakarta and Damar 84 for the city o f Sukabumi. Based on these results, system is able to determine built the city as desired tourist destination and tourist characteristics.

Abstract

The importance of communication increases development of information and communication technology in world so rapidly, especially in telecommunications equipment. Mobile phone or smartphone is one type of communication tools that provide communication services to a wide range of features offered but the services offered are not free. AviTalk is applications and services to communicate for free with the use of smartphones based on Android and has a wifi enable this feature. This communication utilizing wifi network at a frequency of 2.4 GHz as to communication network. Test the application is done by trying on some of the features on a smartphone application with different specifications. From the test produced a smartphone that can run the application properly in some smartphones with Android operating system version 4.2 and above, and the smartphone is connected to a wifi network.

Abstract

Library of Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi “Adisutjipto” Yogyakarta has developed rapidly according to the world development and the increasing number of library members and book collections that are owned by the library. The billing system which is running now is able to serve books borrowing and returning services to the members, but is unable to provide an alternative book recommendation according to a certain book borrowed by a member. Book Recommendation Expert System for Library of Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi “Adisutjipto” Yogyakarta with collaborative filtering method uses historic book borrowing data, building, and maintaining profiles of the members of library based on the major taken by the member and the favourite reading topic of each member in order to provide some alternatives when a member borrow a book. After passing the test period, this system is claimed effective to be used in the library, make the library service become more efficient in providing alternative book recommendations, and is able to provide user satisfied alternative book recommendations.
