Abstract

Much of the latest information is spread through web news portals and has the difficulty of finding a desired content. It takes time to browse through many portals and identify the desired content. To track any updates from a web portal can be used Really Simple Syndication (RSS) technique. By using the technique of syndication it can be made a search engine that allows to bring the desired content from the number of news web portals. Implementation of AJAX-SOAP web service will make the resulting search engine responsive and have good interoperability.

Abstract

Nowadays computer not only as a device, but also it needs to data access in order to more efficient and to do tasks that involve the other computers, so network administrator needs some ease and efficiency when configure and network troubleshoot. Therefore, with router a protocol can be share to the other network devices, beside that switch can also filters and flows the packet that exist in a LAN (Local Area Network), so it can work for anything protocol packet. This network equipment management application is to configure utility with input several data that available so that more efficient for user. The result o f this application is can help administrator and newborn administrator to ease in configure router.

Abstract

It is a must for children (infants and toddlers) to get more attention due to their health because their body’s protections are not yet strong. This makes them susceptible for germs, bacteria, and viruses attacks. Those attacks cause disease. This disease symptom could appear all of sudden to the children. It makes their parents afraid, especially for those who have less sensitiveness for the symptom. For this reason, I make an application based on android smartphone expert system to provide information on type of disease, treatment, and prevention based on the symptoms given. This application uses forward chaining and backward chaining inference engine to make conclusion, and Depth First Search algorithms for searching the method. The result shows that this application could help parents in giving some information about common diseases attacked to infants and toddlers. This application facilitates them in delivering information which can be accessed anywhere as first aid for infants and toddlers who indicated disease.

Abstract

Self defenseis a system for defending selfwhich is used to defeat the opponent quickly and without spending a lot of energy. Self defense training is also very needed for pilots and flight attendants, for example to confront the hijacking of commercial flight.Self defense can be trained through the medium of interactive multimedia with 3D animation content. This interactive multimedia was built  by using adobe flash professional software, and 3D content using Lightwave 3D software. The result gets from trials to 30 respondents is this learning simulation is used because it is worth more than 50% of users give good response to simulation as a whole.

Abstract

Data communication is the process by which a resource on a computer can be used by other computers on the condition that the second computer is already connected to a communications network. To connect the computer to the router so the need for different data transfer network will occur. With the process of sharing data on these networks, the delivery process and data storage will be faster and cost-effective because it does not require a computer as a storage medium, but a router connected to the storage media. To facilitate the process of sharing data between the two should have an operating system to be easy in the connection process. Differences platform on the operating system being used is not a hindrance so that the computer can be connected. With samba server software and some of the settings on the computer and the router can be mutual sharing of data on the network that is connected to the router.

Abstract

Software design and hardware application system monitoring room webcam based aims to add value to the webcam to be used as part of the security system, implementing the work process of hardware and software monitoring system formed using delphi 7, analyzing the performance o f a stepper motor as the driving platform webcam and documenting object images and sounds in the room activities into a file format AVI (Audio Video Interleave). Webcams are used in this design is equipped with a standard webcam lighting lamps LED (Light Emitting Diode) with a USB data line, while the driver controls the webcam in the design o f this platform using unipolar type stepper motor controlled by a microcontroller, motor drivers and line interface RS232 to USB (Universal Serial Bus) converter. The installation o f the webcam to webcam platform play will lead to the right, left, stop rotating right and or to the left automatically. From the test results it can be concluded that the monitoring system and webcam based indoor stepper motor consists o f webcam applications and motor control applications platform which is separately because both applications use the USB and COM communication channels are opened simultaneously. As for the results o f the motion setting webcam platform proved to have a consistent degree of deviation for the wine and left turn kenanan but still require a series o f additional gears for smooth movement o f the platform and to reduce the effects o f shadow on motion pictures.

Abstract

Information technology to used facilitate the lives of humans in performing activities have come to the stage of the hand grip. The intent of this grip is a form of computer that is small and can be hand held adult human hand, for example in the form of smartphones, laptops, and tablets. This equipment can help people to access the internet that provide maps and location services on earth . With the internet user will easily dig resources with ease. Thus with the internet it is essential for human life until the source of the future. Problems that arise in the world of internet or computer network often arise and prevent the problem. Limitations of resources based on google maps is very necessary for a person to get the intended location. This system will help a person in getting the distance of the intersection to a point latitude and longitude coordinates by calculating the midpoint of the user, and then calculate the distance between the midpoint of the location suggested by the system so that the user gets close location to conduct meetings. To specify the system location data using Google Place API to obtain complete data locations along the coordinates of latitude and longitude of a location .

Abstract

Designing a website is the first step to build website that gives the appearance of an interface to the website visitor. the appearence web design that interesting can be gived conveniences for visitors to browse the contents of any website content. designing of the website, skill are required several to be master multiple web programming languages, the programming language are  HTML, CSS and Javascript. In the overall control of the programming language takes time to be master and understand each other codes. Therefore, to built application that allows users to create a website design. This application is called WebEditor is built using CodeIgniter and Twitter Bootstrap framework. In the rendering process design needed parallel processing techniques to the process. so, the impact in terms of rendering time speed to website design. Throughout this system, users can design a website easily and quickly, and in the process of rendering design does not require for long time. the results of study case have done that it can be seen that influences of the implementation of rendering speed transmission media based on the number of processors and computers server. The percentage of the speed to rendering of design does not using a grid server on the LAN network are 33.7 %, 33.3 % and internet routers 33 %. While using a part of grid servers on the LAN network are 33.6 %, 33.4 % and internet routers 33 % and the final grid using 2 servers on the LAN network are 44 %, 33 % and internet routers 26 %. So the highest rendering speed on the LAN router network for further 44 % and 30 % at the latest on the Internet 26 % by using 2 part of grid servers. Thus rendering the best in the website design is using LAN with 2 part of grid servers.

Abstract

Expert systems are systems that adopt human knowledge into computers designed to solve problems like an expert. Salak plants, especially in TuriSleman Yogyakarta area has several obstacles such as diseases and pests in salak plants which is a problem for salak farmers. Expert research Expert system to diagnose diseases and pests in this salak crop helps salak farmers overcome the problems of disease and pests. Salak farmers only need to enter the symptoms experienced in the barking plants later data will be processed symptoms entered by the system. This application performs checks with the system as consulted with a salak plant experts to find out the diseases and pests that attack on the barking plants and find solutions. Implementation in this application using TOPSIS method, TOPSIS method yields the highest rank value for the final result value. This application takes data and performs testing in UPT BP4 Region V Sleman with Turi OPT (Plant-disturbing organisms) officer.

Abstract

Synchronization is the process of setting the course of several processes at the same time. Synchronization builds upon students' academic value table STTA Yogyakarta by comparing records for the records in the database. If there is a difference in the academic value of the table the different values will be returned as the value of the original with comparing by using the master database. Record based table synchronization is expected to address the security system on the database and provide security guarantees a safe and comfortable.Authentication is a process by which a user is identified by the server before the user using the network. In the process, the user is requesting access rights to the server to use a network. Authorization is the allocation of what services are entitled to be accessed by the user on the network. Authorization is done when the user has been declared eligible to use the network. Accounting is a process performed by the server to record all user activity in the network, such as when the user starts using the network, end user when the connection to the network, how long the user using the network, how much data is accessed from the network user.The results of the implementation of synchronization using a table based record system security authentication, authorization, accounting changes that may prevent the occurrence of data in a database, optimizing the use of stored, and enhance security systems at the database STTA center of Yogyakarta.
