Abstract

The main objective of the company survives in the stringent competitive by maximizing the value of the company to shareholder wealth. Firm value is experiencing a downward trend is a problem that must be resolved. The banking company also undertakes a social responsibility that is perceived to have a positive impact on the company's image. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the firm size, institutional ownership, profitability, and leverage with corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure as a variable intervening.Populations are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 29 companies selected according to predetermined criteria. This research is done by using multiple linear regression analysis methods and path analysis also Sobel test to examine the effect of intervening. Test results with CSRD as the dependent variable indicate that institutional ownership and Leverage have no effect on CSRD While firm size and profitability (ROA) have a positive significant effect on CSRD. The result of testing with Firm Value (Tobins'Q) as the dependent variable indicates that Firm Size, Institutional Ownership, and Profitability (ROA) have no effect on Firm Value (Tobins'Q). Leverage (DAR) has a negative and significant influence on Firm  Value (Tobins'Q) while CSRD has a significant positive effect on Firm Value (Tobins'Q). CSRD does not mediate the effect of Institutional Ownership, Profitability (ROA) and Leverage (DAR) on Firm Value (Tobins'Q). CSRD mediates the effect of Firm Size on Firm Value (Tobins'Q).

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja organisasi publik, khususnya Bea dan Cukai (Direktorat Jederal Bea dan Cukai) di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi, yaitu variabel budaya organisasi, variabel partisipasi stakeholder, variabel teknologi informasi dan variabel transfer of knowledge serta menggunakan ukuran organisasi sebagai variabel kontrol.Berangkat dari permasalahan penelitian, yaitu bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja organisasi pada instansi Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi tersebut.Sampel penelitian berjumlah 107 responden dengan tingkat respon 100%.Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai DJBC yang berasal dari Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai(KPPBC) dan Kantor Pelayanan Utama (KPU) Bea dan Cukai se-Indonesia dan dianggap mewakili unit kerjanya masing-masing.Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pada program software AMOS 24.Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan SEM untuk model teoritis telah memenuhi goodness of fit, dengan nilai Chi Square = 195.916(tanpa variabel control)/213.185(dengan variabel control), CMIN/DF = 1.037(tanpa variabel control)/1.035(dengan variabel control), Probability= 0.350(tanpa variabel control)/0.351(dengan variabel control), GFI = 0.863(tanpa variabel control)/0.860(dengan variabel control), AGFI = 0.817(tanpa variabel control)/0.813(dengan variabel control), TLI = 0.994(tanpa variabel control)/0.993(dengan variabel control), CFI = 0.995(tanpa variabel control)/0.995(dengan variabel control), RMSEA = 0.019(tanpa variabel control)/0.018(dengan variabel control). Dari empat hipotesis yang diuji, semua hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Transfer of knowledge, teknologi informasi, dan partisipasi stakeholder berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi pada α=5%, sementara budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan signifikansi α=10%. Selain itu, ukuran organisasi sebagai variabel kontrol juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of asset structure, profitability, firm size and company growth on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013 – 2017. The sampling method used was purposive sampling that was 52 companies in the criteria. Data obtained from the Financial Reports and Performance Reports published in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The analytical tool that used is multiple regression. Hypothesis testing is done by the F test, t-test and determination coefficient. For the classical assumption, the test is done by the normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The analysis of asset structure has a positive effect on the capital structure and not significant to the capital structure, profitability has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure, the size of the company has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure, and the company’s growth has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop a model to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, strategic partnership to competitive advantage as well as its implications on the performance of the company. The research problem posed is a decrease in production value and investment value along with the increasing number of metal craft business units in Cepogo, Boyolali Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the entrepreneurial background, knowledge management and partnership strategies to competitive advantage and business performance. To test and analyze the performance excellence of enterprises. This research was conducted on the owners of SMEs which are in Sub Cepogo Boyolali, using a survey of 229 sample survey. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS software program version 23. Results from seven hypotheses show entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, and partnership strategies positive and significant competitive advantage. Entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, and competitive advantages positive and significant impact on business performance. Partnership strategy does not affect the performance of the business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh penginderaan pasar, pemasaran kewirausahaan, kemampuan jaringan, dan keunggulan bersaing mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UKM makanan dan minuman di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 200 responden UKM makanan dan minuman di Kota Semarang.  Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu structural equation model (SEM) pada program AMOS. Hasil analisis data untuk model secara keseluruhan telah memenuhi kriteria Goodness Of Fit yaitu nilai chi-square = 213,800; probability = 0,059; CMIN/DF = 1,168; GFI = 0,901; AGFI = 0,875; TLI = 0,988; CFI = 0,989; RMSEA = 0,029. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa model penelitian yang diajukan dapat diterima. Penelitian ini mempunyai lima hipotesis dan sudah diuji, ada satu hipotesis yang ditolak dan empat diterima. H1 penginderaan pasar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Kemudian, H2 pemasaran kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan jaringan, lalu H3 keunggulan bersaing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Selanjutnya H4 kemampuan jaringan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dan H5 kemampuan jaringan memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dengan variabel praktik manajemen rantai pasok, daya respon rantai pasok, kemampuan perusahaan dan variabel keunggulan daya saing sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mengembangkan suatu model teoritis dengan mengajukan lima hipotesis yang akan diuji mengunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) sebagai alat analisis. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah retailer pelumas Pertamina berjumlah 158 retailer yang tersebar di tujuh rayon di area Jawa Tengah dan Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan dengan praktik manajemen rantai pasok yang memadai dan keunggulan daya saing perusahaan, serta kemampuan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan daya saing perusahaan. Namun daya respon rantai pasok tidak berpengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.
