Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja organisasi publik, khususnya Bea dan Cukai (Direktorat Jederal Bea dan Cukai) di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi, yaitu variabel budaya organisasi, variabel partisipasi stakeholder, variabel teknologi informasi dan variabel transfer of knowledge serta menggunakan ukuran organisasi sebagai variabel kontrol.Berangkat dari permasalahan penelitian, yaitu bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja organisasi pada instansi Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi tersebut.Sampel penelitian berjumlah 107 responden dengan tingkat respon 100%.Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai DJBC yang berasal dari Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai(KPPBC) dan Kantor Pelayanan Utama (KPU) Bea dan Cukai se-Indonesia dan dianggap mewakili unit kerjanya masing-masing.Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pada program software AMOS 24.Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan SEM untuk model teoritis telah memenuhi goodness of fit, dengan nilai Chi Square = 195.916(tanpa variabel control)/213.185(dengan variabel control), CMIN/DF = 1.037(tanpa variabel control)/1.035(dengan variabel control), Probability= 0.350(tanpa variabel control)/0.351(dengan variabel control), GFI = 0.863(tanpa variabel control)/0.860(dengan variabel control), AGFI = 0.817(tanpa variabel control)/0.813(dengan variabel control), TLI = 0.994(tanpa variabel control)/0.993(dengan variabel control), CFI = 0.995(tanpa variabel control)/0.995(dengan variabel control), RMSEA = 0.019(tanpa variabel control)/0.018(dengan variabel control). Dari empat hipotesis yang diuji, semua hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Transfer of knowledge, teknologi informasi, dan partisipasi stakeholder berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi pada α=5%, sementara budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan signifikansi α=10%. Selain itu, ukuran organisasi sebagai variabel kontrol juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

The increase in the number of diesel vehicles in Indonesia leads to increased demand for diesel fuel energy, so the use of fuel must be managed as effectively and efficiently as possible. In this research, the addition of TiO2 nanoparticle additives to Pertamina Dex was carried out, using ultrasonic bath method. Each batch of synthesis was carried out in a capacity of 200 mL for 20 minutes, with a loading variation of Nano-TiO2 in Pertamina Dex from 0 mg/L to 200 mg/L. Then they were tested for physical properties such as density, viscosity, flash point and calorific value. They also tested for emission test. It was found that physical properties such as density, viscosity, flash point and calorific value of Pertamina Dex-Nano TiO2 did not change significantly. As of emission test, hydrocarbon emission test result showed 80% decrease, NOx emission test result showed 51% decrease, CO emission test result showed 47% decrease, CO2 emission test result showed 29% increase. Decrease of NOx achieved by lowering peak flame temperature after Nano-TiO2 was added. Decrease of hydrocarbon, decrease of CO and increase of CO2 emission achieved by higher rate of perfect combustion, from O2 supplied by Nano-TiO2.

Abstract

Sistem penilaian yang berjalan di kampus PEM Akamigas masih sederhana. Tenaga pendidik (dosen) dan tenaga kependidikan (akademik) ketika melaksanakan penilaian ujian sidang kkw (kertas kerja wajib) di lingkungan kampus. PEM Akamigas masih menggunakan google form, google site dan excel, bahkan terkadang masih manual menggunakan kertas. Penilaian menggunakan google form hanya penilaian online biasa dan tidak terkesan kampus yang digitalisasi. Tujuan pembuatan sistem informasi penilaian ini digunakan untuk memudahkan penilaian secara online, digitalisasi dan data nilai tersimpan secara aman di database. Analisa SWOT digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Kemudian dijabarkan dalam metode Fishbone Diagram dari masalah yang dipilih. Metode SMART dapat digunakan sebagai panduan untuk menetapkan tujuan, target atau sasaran masalah yang akan dipecahkan. Perancangan system informasinya menggunakan tahapan survei sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem, pembuatan sistem, implementasi sistem, pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbuatnya sistem informasi penilaian kkw dan implementasi sistem informasi penilaian kkw di Program Studi Teknik Pengolahan Minyak dan Gas PEM Akamigas segera dilakukan.

Abstract

Environmental pollution due to used cooking oil waste and the use of synthetic chemical detergents are serious problems that require innovative solutions. This research aims to develop an environmentally friendly detergent based on used cooking oil as an alternative to conventional detergents. The research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with stages of pretreatment of used cooking oil, esterification, transesterification, sulfonation to produce Methyl Ester Sulfonate surfactant, and blending with additives. The results of the study show that JelaWash Detergent products have advantages in removing stains, are biodegradable, produce a long-lasting, gentle scent on clothes and skin. Market analysis of 32 respondents indicated positive acceptance with a preference for liquid detergents of 78 percent. The production capacity is designed to be 50,000 tons per year to meet the gap in Indonesia's detergent needs. The conclusion of the study shows that the use of used cooking oil as a detergent raw material can reduce environmental waste while producing high-quality cleaning products that are economical and sustainable.

Abstract

Fire incidents continue to increase in various regions in Indonesia due to low public awareness of prevention and early response measures. This community service activity aims to improve students' knowledge, skills, and preparedness in using fire blankets and portable fire extinguishers through experience-based training. The implementation methods include interactive lectures, live demonstrations, and controlled firefighting simulations. Pre- and post-training evaluations were used to measure changes in knowledge, skills, and safety attitudes. A total of 180 participants (aged 15–18 years) attended the training and completed the entire evaluation series. The results showed an average increase in knowledge scores from 52.3 to 86.8 points (+66%). Practical competence increased from 14% to 81% of participants who were assessed as being able to use the tools correctly. Attitudes and confidence in emergency response also showed significant improvement, from a score of 2.4 to 4.1 on the Likert scale. Qualitative feedback confirmed that participants felt better prepared to deal with small fires and had a better understanding of the importance of a safety culture in the school environment. These findings indicate that practice-based training is effective in strengthening fire preparedness among secondary school-aged groups. This workshop model offers an educational approach that can be replicated by other educational institutions as a risk mitigation strategy and to strengthen community-based safety culture.
