Abstract

Inpractice it is still very lowwhichhasbeenapplied is lesseffectiveandefficient way toachievea moreoptimal teacher performance that ithaskesesusaianwiththetaskofteachers aswell as ineducational andcultural kementerianhavethe recommended (RI Kepmendikbud:025/O/1995),This study uses a quantitative researchwhere data collection is done by distributingquestionnairesso as to digdeeper into theworkdiscipline of teachers and teachers' work motivation. The sample in this study was overall ateacherwho hasserved in SMANegeri 1Obi asmanyas39 teachers.The resultsobtained fromthisstudystatedworkdisciplineandmotivation towork in theSMANegeri 1Obi has implementedand applied. Results of the analysisshowed that thevariablesof workdiscipline(X1)hasaninfluence on the performanceof teachers(Y)equal to 4.911.Meanwhile,workmotivation(X2)hasan influenceon theperformanceof teachers(Y)of -2.664.Thus it canbesaid that the influenceof labor disciplineandmotivation toworkhasaweak relationship totheperformanceof teachersinSMANegeri 1 Obi.

Abstract

This study examine whether growth and mature firms in the manufacturing sectorof Indonesia follow the pecking order theory.Furthermore, the company researchedwhether thestrongergrowthtendsto followthe pecking ordertheorythanmature. The sampleswerecompaniesin themanufacturing industry2007-2011.Hypothesis testingusing multiple regression analysisandaugmentedmodels.Based on classification, classification companies growth tends to more thanmature. The result analysis shows company growth experienced deficiency cash greater than thatmature. Analysis of the results also indicated that group of the company which follows pecking ordertheory is a company growth. It is shown from a correlation between deficiency cash with additionaldebt new issue. These results indicated by a coefficient deficit squared is negative and deficit ispositive.  While based on analysis to the company mature exhibit no pecking order theory becausethe result of testing no significant. Based on the findings, it isconcluded that group of the companyeconomic growth experienced a shortage of cash greater than that of mature. The Group ofcompanies that follow the pecking order theory is the company growth. Group of the company growthalso tend more strong follow pecking order theory than mature.

Pendidikandan pelatihan merupakan suatu hal yang tidak bias dipisahkan dalam dunia ketenagakerjaan haltersebut erat kaitannya karena pendidikan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikapseorang karyawanan pelatihan merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan atau proses yang bertujuanuntuk atau pegawai guna melaksanakan tugasnyaPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi sederhana menggunakanbantuan program SPSS 20 for windows. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabelpendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) terhadap prestasi kerja Pegawai badan narkotika nasional provinsiMaluku utara.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui secara parsial variable diklat berpengaruh positif terhadapprestasi kerja pegawai. Variabel dependen juga memberikan hasil positif terhadap variabelindependen. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai R2 variabel dependen yang diteliti lebih besar dari nilai R yang tidak diteliti.

The purpose ofthe study was to analyze the effect of local revenue (PAD) and the General Allocation Fund (DAU)of the Local Government Expenditure North Maluku province, as well as analyze the phenomenonof flypaper. Object of this study is all kabupeten/ cities in North Maluku province except the island ofMorotai, and the focus of research is the realization of the budget year report 2004-2011. Thepopulation in this study is the province of North Maluku and the sample was 8 districts/ cities exceptthe island of Morotai, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The resultsof this study, the first to show that the variable revenue (PAD) does not significantly influence theLocal Government Expenditure and General Allocation Fund significantly influence the LocalGovernment Expenditure. Both the value of Standardized Coefficients revenue (PAD) is not greaterthan the value of the Standardized Coefficients General Allocation Fund (DAU), and only the GeneralAllocation Fund (DAU) significantly affects Expenditure. This means that the flypaper on LocalGovernment Expenditure.

Abstract

The aimof this reserach is to analize influence of some financial ratio to the obligationreturn. To get data variable, it takes from financial report lq45 that list on indonesia Bursa Efek since2010-2013. With use analizing linier double. Methode this resutt show that variabel Total AssetsTurn Over (TATO), Return On Asset (ROA), Earing Per Share (EPS), and Price To Book Value(PBV) have it’s not significance to the obligation return with TATO (0.355), ROA (0.455), EPS(0.895), and PBV (0.678) up to (0.05). thevalue of determinasi (adjust R square) is as big 0.033,this result is the contribute as 0.033 or 0.033% from variable independent TATO, ROA, EPS, andPBV to the obligation return and while the rest is 96,7% explained by obligation return with othervariable. The value of small adjusted R Square means ability of independent variable in explainlimited independent variable. The nearest value of zero means independent that gives a bitinformation need to predict the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know how big influence Work Culture and Motivation onEmployee performance.Variables used in this study is the work culture and motivation asindependent variables, employee performance as the dependent variable. The unit of analysis is acivil servant at the Department of Social Welfare North Moluccas Province. Samples of this researchis a population of 95 (ninety five) employees. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regressionanalysis. From the results of data processing, the value= 0.05 and X144and X2= 0.598 = 0.480.From the model can be seen from the regression coefficient variable work culture (X1) of 0.598 andmotivational variables (X2) of 0.480 up one unit, then the variable employee performance (Y) will turnat 19.672 with the assumption that if not consider variables and work culture motivation of theemployee's performance will be at 19.672. To determine the relationship of free variables on thedependent variable of the correlation coefficient (R). From the table it is seen that the magnitude ofthe correlation coefficient of correlation (R) is 0.663 which shows that there is a relationship betweenthe independent variables (work culture) and (motivation) with the dependent variable (performanceof employees) in North Moluccas Provincial Social Service. The coefficient of determination (R) is0.670 which shows that the effect of work culture and motivation to employee performance by 67.0%and the remaining 33.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The resultscould be used by researchers, as a reference in subsequent studies.
