Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect fariabel supervision (X1) and discipline (X2) of the employee performance variables (Y). From the results of analysis calculation regresei multiple, results of hypothesis testing the effect of variable oversight of the variable performance of employees partially or individual, it can be concluded that the variable control positive and significant effect on employee performance and discipline partially positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the representative body of the population and national family planning north Maluku province. The test results simultaneously monitoring variables and with the same work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables representatives of the national population and family planning North Maluku Province. The test results influence the supervision and discipline of the employee performance, seen from the regression coefficient indicates that the work discipline (X2) provides the greatest influence on the performance of employees in the representative body of national population and family planning North Maluku Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this studay was to determine and analyse how much influence and discipline of work to employee performance at at the distrect office wasile Halmahera district east of collection was done by distributing questionnaires, the analysis method used is multiple resgression analysis wit a sample of 33 responden. Statistic of test results showed that the t test(partial) control positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) employees at the district. Abstract

This research aim to to know the influence of communications intern to spirit ofofficer job by partial or visible individually at calculation result analyses the doubled linearregression, inferential that variable of communications intern have an effect on the significantto spirit ofPublic Hospital officer job] of Area ( RSUD) Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate.Result of analysis of correlation coefficient in this research, there are strong positive relationbetween communications intern hotly work officer. Abstract

Each employee works naturally, have a family, both parents, husband / wife or his children . On the one hand an employee must devote attention, thought and energy to the company where she worked. On the other hand, the worker / employee must give the same thing to his family. This is where there are opportunities for the different conflicts of interest. Its direction can be of two kinds, the quality of family relationships interfere with work or family demands interfere with the quality of work of employees.This research approach is qualitative descriptive case studies (case study ). Case subjects were selected based on the justification that working women are experiencing work family conflict with work in the sector characteristics formal / managerial certain working hours, can not easily leave their work at any time, the job demands a lot of time outside working hours or working hours too time-consuming so she worked hard to devote time in balance to work and family .The results found that both of them is something that is very important and complementary , the family is an integral and very important in the life of a career woman , a job is also a woman in a wheel career building in the era of globalization.Conclusion : adult economic demands the increasingly high cost of living, education and other needs of the career woman who makes an active role, with a high level of discipline, the seriousness of which is applied in the work to make progress and add to the success mainly on economic factors, environmental impacts that occur in the real family informants seen in the company of family time is less, but the positive impact that formed the equality in gender justice, application of the theory of work and family conflict by Latihfa (2008) who said that the conflict between work and family occurs when a person must carry out a multi role, namely as an employee, couple (husband and wife) and parents. For that the informants always create a culture of effective communication within the family and always strive to meet the existing role

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of advertising and facilities on the decision to stay at the grand hotel dafam Bela Ternate. The sample in this study amounted to 65 respondents. The sampling technique uses non probality sampling technique and the data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis in this study is using multiple regression analysis.  The results of this study  indicate  that  partially  the  Advertising Variables (X1), Facilities (X2), have a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay and simultaneously or together Advertising Variables (X1), Facilities (X2), influence the decision to stay at the Hotel Grand Dafam Bela Ternate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence and Employees and Library Space in general or simultaneously to the Student Satisfaction at the University Library Khairun Ternate. The analysis model used to test multiple linear regression hypothesis, and research method which is the research with the number of samples and the number of respondents as much as 99 respondents. With data processing techniques using SPSS 16 for windows. The results of the study found that: (1) Employee Performance has a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction in the library of Khairun University of Ternate, which  means  that  the  higher  the  employee  performance,  the  higher  the  student satisfaction level, (2) The library facilities have a positive and significant impact on student satisfaction in the library of the University of Khairun Ternate, which means that with good facilities and adequate to provide learning outcomes to students, (3) Performance and Space Library against students at the University Khairun Ternate, which means that the higher performance and equipped with facilities adequate, the higher the level of student satisfaction   in   the   library   of  Khairun   University   of   Ternate.   With  the   result   of simultaneously both positive and significant variable to student satisfaction with R2  value (R Square) corrected by 0,559 or 55,9%.

Abstract

            Penelitian dengan judul “pengaruh struktur modal dan kebijakan Dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Indeks LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2012-2016”, bertujuan mengetahui apakah struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, apakah kebijakan deviden berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, apakah profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, apakah profitabilitas mampu memediasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, apakah profitabilitas mampu memediasi pengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan menggunakan beberapa landasan teori dan penelitian terdahulu sebagai acuan atau literatur. Pada metode penelitian Teknik pengampilan sampel dari populasi peneliti menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling serta penggunaan data sekunder dari perusahaan yang kemudian di uji untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas dari data tersebut sehigga dari langkah yang sudah dilakukan dapat diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut struktur modal berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening mampu memediasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening tidak mampu memediasipengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah and Ijarah on Profitability partially and simultaneously on Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The research period used is 5 (five) years, namely 2012-2016. The data is in the form of financial statements of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia in 2012-2016. The data source used is secondary data. The population used in the study is the Islamic Commercial Bank (BUS) registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2012-2016. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method and obtained 11 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS). The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis, mudharabah financing has no effect on profitability. Musyarakah financing influences profitability. Murabahah financing affects profitability and Ijarah Financing has no effect on profitability. Simultaneously mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah and ijarah financing affect profitability.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of knowledge management on the performance of employees in the municipal environmental service in the islands. The sampling in this study is overall. The number of samples examined in this study was 43 employees. The data in this study were obtained by collecting primary data in the form of questionnaire. The entire data obtained is processed using SPSS 16 for Windows with multiple linear regression analysis and t test and f test. Based on the results of the study, it is known partially that the three independent variables have a positive effect on the independent variables. While simultaneously the two independent variables also have a positive influence on the dependent variable. Of the three research variables, personal knowledge is a research variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance.
