Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying at mall Ciputra World Surabaya by considering Shopping Lifestyle factor and Positive Emotion. This study uses 100 respondents and path analysis method. The research result obtained, there is no significant effect of Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying, there is a significant effect of Hedonic Shopping Value on Positive Emotion, there is a significant effect of Hedonic Shopping Value on Shopping Lifestyle, there is a significant influence of Positive Emotion on Impulse Buying, there is no significant influence of Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying and there is a significant influence of Shopping Lifestyle on Positive Emotion

Abstract

Indonesian traditional culinary businesses must face a competitive environment due to the influx of imported food products and the change of culinary taste of the younger generation. Therefore, it is necessary for small scale culinary businesses to enhance their capacity to be able to compete in the business by taking autonomous, proactive, innovative and risk-taking steps that leads to better Marketing Capability. In this research Entrepreneurship Orientation is observed through seven dimensions namely: product capability, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. This research involved 200 culinary SMEs in the area of Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) that were randomly selected as respondents and this research concluded that there is a positive effect from autonomous, innovative and risk-taking efforts towards the Marketing Capability. Meanwhile proactive effort has a negative effect towards the Marketing Capability of the Culinary SMEs in Jabodetabek. The Marketing Capability is indicated by the promotion capability, human resources capability, process capability, and the capability of the chosen place or venue for the culinary business.

Abstract

This study was conducted to understand the influence of eWOM, through the Internet, on Brand Image, Brand Trust and Buying interest. More specific objectives of this research is to analyze the influence of eWOM on brand image, brand trust and buying interest of a smartphone. Research conducted on 250 consumers as purposive sampling, and analyzed using SPSS Version 13 to see the profile of consumers, measures of central tendency and variation of each indicator of variable of research, and SmartPLS Version 2:00 to examine the relationship of influence with SEM models. The results obtained, eWOM directly effect on brand image, brand trust and buying interest, while brand image directly influence brand trust and buying interest, and brand trust directly influence the buying interest. Brand image, brand trust is the mediation between eWOM and buying interest, such that in total it strengthen the influence. The strongest relationship is that eWOM positively influence brand image and eWOM postively influence buying interest.

Abstract

The use of online store as purchasing media of goods and services increased rapidly in Indonesia. The number of online store owners also rose sharply such that competition unavoidable. Website quality is one of the factors that influece trust and trust will generate loyalty of the online shop customer. This research aimed to analyze the influence of website quality on trust and the influence trust on customer loyalty in East Java area. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 249 respondens which selected randamly at Petra Christian University campuss. Data was analyzed using SPSS for Windows Version 16 and SmartPLS Version 1.01. The results obtained, website quality influence trust, and trust influence customer loyalty.

Abstract

Consumer needs in vehicles is increasing. It triggers any car companies to create great brand identity in order to gain brand trust from consumen. Perception of brand from consumen is affect to gain brand trust which is have great deal to brand loyalty. This research is aiming to analyze the influence of brand identity on brand loyalty with brand image and brand trust as an intervening variable. This research will be done by distributing 100 questionnairs to the respondents who have buy or used Toyota. Analysis techniques that will be used is quantitative analysis with Smart-PLS method. Research shows that brand identity influences brand image, but has no influences to brand trust, brand image influences brand trust. Also brand image and brand trust influences loyalty of Toyota’s brand.

Abstract

The growth of the upper class society in Indonesia has increased, especially in the second largest metropolitan city of Surabaya. In Surabaya, there is a function house where to understand the way of thinking of its customer and the target are the upper class society in Surabaya. This research aims to analyze the influence of Experience Quality (accessibility, competence, customer recognition, helpfulness, personalization, problem solving, promise fullfilment, value for time) on Customer Loyalty by considering the factors of Perceived Value (instrumental value, the expressive value, hedonistic values, sacrifice value) and Brand Image (mystery, sensuality, intimacy).
