This research is aimed at finding out: 1) PMII roles of Salatiga in 2017 in order to spread values of Islam Nusantara; 2) the inhibing and supporting factors faced by PMII of Salatiga in spreading the values. To get the data needed in this study, the researcher used qualitative descriptive methodology by using library and field research. This result of this study showed that spreading the values of Islam Nusantara consists of two roles named formal and informal roles. While the supporting factors in spreading the values of Islam Nusantara are: a) the number of seniors of PMII became lecturers at the two campuses;b) the large number of Islamic boarding schools around two campuses that have a commissariat of PMII; c) many members who become santri, are affiliated with campus internal organizations; and d) the majority of members are NU backgrounds. while the inhibiting factors are as follows: the number of campuses in Salatiga is relatively few , there are only two Islamic universities around Salatiga, the number of members and administrators are unequal, and the lack of capacity of the committee, and they lulled by the big name of NU.

Cultural diversity is a necessity in the human community in the world. Cultures have different value systems, so they determine different life goals, and determine ways of communicating that are strongly influenced by language, rules and norms in each culture. So that every communication activity with other people always contains the potential for cross-cultural or intercultural communication, because it will always be in a "culture" that is different from other people. This study aims to find out how cultural differences between foreign tourists and local communities are examined based on the study of cross-cultural communication, so that they can be understood together and avoid culture shock. This research was conducted in the tourist village of Kandri, Gunungpati sub-district, Semarang city with the object of research of foreign tourists who came in the tourist village. The research method used is a qualitative field reserach. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and observations. The results of the study show that the distinguishing factors in communication can be seen from the verbal and nonverbal language systems, economic systems, educational systems, cultures (values and norms), and religious systems.

Issues about the environment often become the spotlight of the world, ranging from technological developments to a million environmental problems that never end. Now environmental issues are touched by the rapid development of digital technology. This makes a big change for the world of the environment. Ranging from digital conversations to top level or government decision-making to making environmental policies, all references are taken from community activities and participation that often voice their opinions on social media. Communication technology in the context of the environment that is most widely seen is the phenomenon of online petitions or known as "change.id". a site that offers space to discuss anything including environmental issues. The power of online petitions that move quickly by collecting votes through online signatures is able to stop the government's steps to dismantle Sophie's ship in Aceh. The reason is to save ecosystems such as long-developed coral reefs around the sophie ship that sank many years ago. E-participation as a form of digital democracy. Where the public is not obliged to appear physically in front of the government, through interactivity built in online media makes every active person involved without being limited by distance, space and time. Of course, with the concept of e-participation it is hoped that environmental issues can be controlled not only by the government but by the public. Because one indicator of the development of a country's progress is one of which is seen from the level of people's participation.

This study aims to find out the causes of the failure of preaching described in the book "Penyebab Gagalnya Dakwah" by Dr. Sayyid M. Nuh. The book contains da'wah failures caused by the characteristics and actions taken by the dai. Some characteristics and behavior of dai that can cause failure of da'wah are futur, israaf, uzlah atau tafarrud, ittibaa’ul-hawa, ‘adamut-Tatsabbut aw at-tabayyun, faudhal waqti, dan al-mira wa-jadal. Without realizing it by Dai, these traits can cause the failure of da'wah. The researcher used the content analysis method or content analyst to analyze the contents of the data with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are to find out what factors can cause failure to preach, especially those presented in the book ‘Penyebab Gagalnya Dakwah’.

Interpersonal communication is fairly effective in telling, giving opinions or changing a person's behavior, because communication is reciprocal and the response from the communicant can be known directly. The purpose of this study was to determine the interpersonal communication processes and strategies between kiai and santri in instilling moral moral values in the Al-Mustaqim Islamic Boarding School of Bugel's son. This type is qualitative research w ith a hermeneutic phenomenology approach. The subjects of this study were kiai, administrators and students of the Islamic Boarding School Al-Mustaqim, the son of Bugel whose samples were taken through a snowball sampling technique. While the object is the process and interpersonal communication strategy. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, documentation, interviewing and then the data is analyzed by data analysis methods, data reduction , data coding and data analysis. The results of this study are interpersonal communication processes and strategies carried out between kiai and santri in instilling akhlakul karimah values in Al-Mustaqim Islamic Boarding School in Bugel Village, namely direct communication with two forms of processes, namely the process of interpersonal communication in the session pengajian (through sorogan recitation method in dyadic communication and bandongan in small group communication) and non-recitation interpersonal communication process in (1) Boarding School Management Consultation: (2) Development of santri: (3) Special consultation. And interpersonal communication strategies, namely: (1) Dangled Carrot Strategy: (2) Dependent Sword Strategy.

This research aimed the influenceof using facebook toward cyberbullying behavior. The hypothesis in this research wasthere was an influenceof using facebook toward cyberbullying behavior among village adolescentsMantingan. Subject in this research were 61 adolescents in aged range 15-17 years old consist of 30 boys adolescents and 31 girls adolescents. The sampling technique used was proportional sampling. Method of collecting data consist of observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data was analyzed using aplikation IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Result of test correlation using correlation product moment between using facebook with cyberbullying behavior was 0,964 with value significant 0,000, which means there was a significant positive between using facebook toward cyberbullying behavior among village adolescents Mantingan.

This study discusses the communication strategies of PKKP 2018 participants (Youth Care and Leadership Program) of the Department of Youth and Sports of Central Java Province in empowering rural communities, especially for youth who are included in the youth group and PKK in Tambakselo village, Grobogan, Central Java. village. Interest in what communication strategies are made by 2018 PKKP participants so that the community empowerment program in the Tambakselo village in Central Java Grobogan district can be established, realized and even transforms the community towards a brighter future. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the communication strategies carried out by PKKP 2018 participants. The empowerment of village communities was decided on for Youth Organizations and PKK, which mostly consisted of young people and girls who had the enthusiasm to develop the village. Starting from the field of small and medium enterprises to the field of education that will be promoted in the village. The research approach used in this study is to use the case study method as one of the qualitative traditions. From the research it is known that community empowerment activities in Tambakselo, Grobogan district, Central Java have been carried out and have succeeded in changing the level of community awareness in developing their own regions through the PKKP program and other village programs.
