Body Dismorphic Disorder(BDD) tendency is a series of symptoms experienced by a person that leads to dissatisfaction with the physical appearance or body appearance that usually occurs in adolescent girls. Where female adolescences have more obsession with physical appearance and the desire to have a perfect body shape, so they make various efforts to overcome the shortcomings in terms of physical. This will result in the burden of mind on young women when their desires cannot be achieved, and have an impact on the emergence of stress. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the tendency of BDD to stress levels in female adolescences in a high school. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive correlational research approach with crosssectional design. The sample of this study was 216 female adolescent respondents with a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis by using test Rank Spearman correlation test. Research result shows that of tendency BDD in female adolescences in the ccategory of high BDD tendencies (55,6%) and low BDD tendency category (44,4%). The stress level in female adolescences in the mild stress category (33,3%), normal category (30,1%), moderate stress category (30,6%), and severe stress category (6%). Conclusion showed the relationship between the tendency of BDD to stress levels (p = 0,000) with a correlation coefficient of 0.646, i.e. the higher of BDDÂ tendency, the more it will influence the stress level.

Diabetic ulcer is a further complication of the presence of diabetic ulcers that are not handled properly. Gangren ulcers are very difficult to cure. One of them is the characteristic of gangrene wounds that have a hollow (hard) that is very difficult to do cleansing. In addition, the types of bacteria that are in gangrene are anaerobic bacteria that are difficult to treat with antibiotics. The number of bacteria will also be proportional to the number of production of pus. One of the most possible actions is to irrigate the wound tunnel so that the wound is clean and anaerobic bacteria are reduced. The modern wound irrigation device, which is one of the developments of existing irrigation devices, is expected to be able to reach gangrenous wound tunnels with a modified form of output. This study aimed to determine the effect of modification of the output of the modern wound irrigation device (MWID) on the number of bacteria in diabetic gangrenous ulcer sufferers. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental without a control group. The intervention group was given wound irrigation using a modified MWID tool. The instrument was used to determine exudate production using the observation sheet Leg Ulcer Measurement Tool (LUMT). The results of the analysis by the Mc Nemar test showed that p value 0.67 (p value> 0.05) means that there is no difference in the amount of exudate production with modification of the MWID output. Further research is needed regarding the effect of irrigation angle on the number of bacteria in diabetic ulcers.

Excess fluid is a major problem in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis must keep limiting fluid intake during the interdialysis period so that excess fluid does not occur. Consequently limiting fluid intake arises thirst and will affect fluid restriction compliance. Management of thirst that can be done in hemodialysis patients, among others, suck ice cubes, gurgling the ripe water and gurgling with mouthwash, each of which has a different action against patients thirst. The purpose of this study was to compare the three interventions "thirst management", namely sipping ice cubes, gargling ripe water and gargling with mouthwash against patient thirst. This study was an experimental study in 27 samples of CKD patients who underwent hemodialysis at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang divided into 3 groups with each group 9 samples. The results showed that the duration of holding thirst for the group sipping on ice cubes averaged 93 minutes, the gurgling group of ripe water averaged 55 minutes and the average length of time holding the thirst group who gurgling with mouthwash was 69.71 minutes. There was no significant difference in the duration of holding thirst after sucking on ice cubes and gargling ripe water, and gargling with mouthwash (ρ value 0.061). Sipping ice cubes can fight the longest thirst compared to gargling ripe water or gargling with mouthwash. The recommendations of this study are expected to intervene to sipping ice cubes, gargling ripe water and gargling with mouthwash can be used for thirst management in hemodialysis patients. Hemodialysis patients can choose interventions to reduce the thirst that is most appropriate.

Bamboo shoot is a plant that is very easy to find in Indonesia and can grow anywhere, bamboo shoot very cheap and has been used by people in the world as food ingredients since time ago. Beside that, bamboo shoot also has a function associated with the nature of hipokolesterolemi, so it can be used as an alternative non-pharmacological treatment or as a traditional medicine derived from medicinal plants (complementary therapies). This research is very determine the levels of phenol, plavonoid, and vitamin E from bamboo shoots yellow and green bamboo. Bamboo bamboo in thinly sliced and dried with 80 ° C oven for 24 hours and mashed to bamboo bamboo shoots and then extraction using 70% ethanol to be analyzed antioxidant content of phenol, plavonoid, and vitamin E by using spectrophotometer. The result of antioxidant compound, antioxidant compound of Vitamin E bamboo green bamboo shoot from yellow bamboo extract is 0,2864%, phenol antioxidant compound in bamboo green bamboo shoot extract bigger than yellow bamboo extract that is 2,3385%, antioxidant compound Plavonoid bamboo green bamboo shoot extract more great when compared with yellow bamboo extract that is equal to 0.02778%. Thus both bamboo shoot extract has a good antioxidant potential and can be used as a traditional medicine antiaterosklerosis derived from medicinal plants (complementary therapies).

Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is caused by atheroma/plaque attached to the endothelial lining of the coronary arteries which causes blockages in oxygen and nutrient distribution to the tissues. This condition causes CHD patients to experience deficits in functional capacities, such as self-care ability, incapacity for performing the activity of daily living and also social activities. This study aims to analyze activity tolerance based on hemodynamic status (respiration, blood pressure, pulse frequency, oxygen saturation) in CHD patients after phase 1 physical rehabilitation (inpatient). The research method is quasy experiment one group pre-post-test research method. The results of data analysis using the Friedman test found that there was a significant effect on respiration on days 2, 3, systolic blood pressure on days 1 and 3, no significant effect on diastolic blood pressure, significant changes in oxygen saturation on days 1, 2, and 3, changes in pulse frequency on days 1 and 3.

HIV infection increases the need for energy and nutrients. The presence of opportunistic infections in HIV / Aids will produce neurological symptoms and impact on growth and development of children. The general purpose of this research is to know a picture of the growth and development of children infected with HIV / Aids.Qualitative research methods with the case study method. Participants were 6 children with HIV-positive status in the age range 0-6 years were selected purposively carried out in the district of Kudus. The study found growth and development of children with HIV-positive status where CD4 still at a normal level, tends to normal. They seemed to move like other normal children. While children with low CD4 conditions will be susceptible to opportunistic infections and often sickly. Symptoms in the mouth such as mouth ulcers, oropharyngeal thrush and candida esophagitis can lead to decreased food intake. In addition gastrointestinal disorders and food intolerance can cause diarrhea is more common in children with HIV/ Aids. This will have an impact on growth is weight loss and nutritional status. Further nursing interventions necessary to minimize the appearance of opportunistic diseases and symptoms of early stimulation development of children with HIV /Aids.
