Abstract

At present, the development of cloud computing technology is experiencing rapid development. Also in line with the increase in the need and use of cloud computing technology itself. This rapid and high increase can cause an increase in load for the existing server so that it can result in overload on the connection path traffic. To avoid and optimize management on the server, it is necessary to share network load using various solutions available in the load balancing method. One solution is to use HAProxy software. HAProxy bridges at least 2 servers to apply load balancing and use the Round Robin scheduling algorithm. In the database management of two servers, replication Master to Master can be used by using MySQL as an existing database management media. From the results of tests conducted in this study, the HAProxy server is considered capable of handling problems compared to a single server. A replication that was tested was also considered to be a solution to bridge changes in existing data on the HAProxy server.

Abstract

The use of data in the form of image files has become more widespread in various fields. Therefore, security of image files from unauthorized persons is important. Various techniques to reduce file size, including securing files, have been developed, one of which is compression. Compression technique becomes important in processing large images such as Bitmap images. Ziv Welch seal is a loseless compression algorithm that can compress images without any loss of pixel elements in them or the resulting compression image is identical to the original image. The image will be encrypted first and then performed the compression technique using the Ziv Welch Lempel algorithm. The resulting compression is no longer in the form of images but in the form of files with the * .mat extension. The different file formats from images to non-image files can help avoid cryptanalysis

Abstract

The river often overflows during the rainy season and floods very detrimental. For the community. Therefore designed a monitoring tool and water discharge and rainfall intensity. This tool is constructed using a combination of water level sensors, ultrasonic sensors (SRF-05) and water flow to produce a monitoring system that provides participation early banji, make a program that can display the results surface monitoring and air discharge. See flood early and learn about the performance of surface monitoring systems and flood air discharge with faster rainfall and understand the microcontroller in measuring and controlling system. Tests carried out with aquarium prototypes and carried out. Measurement for one day on a continuous basis. Test results show that this tool can be updated reminded of flood early efficiently. With Thus, the tool designed is able to monitor the height of water activity, discharge and rainfall in rivers, programs are made capable run the designed tool and the results of monitoring can be accessed through LCD that is able to visualize water activities and this early permit system able to work to measure the height and air discharger rain and be able to implement data input from sensors too displays data on the state of the river so that it can be monitored through a computer. As well as a microcontroller capable of measuring and controlling the system accurately and input data from sensors in height and air discharge measurements as well. Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country which consists of summer and rainy season. During the summer the room temperature will be high, so that will cause people who are in the room will feel uncomfortable or hot. To create comfortable conditions, air conditioning is needed. SPK is part of a computer-based information system. There are several stages in the decision support system, namely defining the problem, collecting relevant and appropriate data, processing data into information, and determining alternative solutions. The number of AC products on the market makes people feel difficult in choosing the right AC so that a decision support system is made. The VIKOR method focuses on ranking and choosing from a set of samples with conflicting criteria, which can help decision-makers to get a decision.

Abstract

Banyaknya Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di kota Medan dengan menawarkan kelebihan masing-masing mulai dari akreditas, fasilitas dan lain sebagainya, membuat calon mahasiswa bingung untuk memilih Perguruan Tinggi terbaik di kota Medan. Untuk  dapat memilih Perguruan Tinggi calon mahasiswa melakukan survey terlebih dahulu tentang informasi masing-masing Perguruan Tinggi yang khsususnya berada di kota Medan. Dengan menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan maka sebuah permasalahan dapat mudah teratasi dengan cepat khususnya mengenai pemilihan dalam menentukan Perguruan Tinggi terbaik di kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dibuat menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting. SAW lebih efisien karena waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam perhitungan lebih singkat. Kata Kunci :Perguruan Tinggi, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode SAW  AbstractThe number of universities, especially in the city of Medan by offering their respective advantages ranging from accreditation, facilities, etc., makes prospective students confused to choose the best university in the city of Medan. To be able to choose a university prospective students do a survey in advance about the information of each university which is specifically located in the city of Medan. By using a Decision Support System, a problem can be easily resolved quickly, especially regarding the election in determining the best university in the city of Medan. In this study a Decision Support System was made using the Simple Additive Weighting method. SAW is more efficient because the time needed in calculations is shorter. Abstract

Ujian nasional telah mengalami perubahan yang drastis, awalnya ujian nasional diselenggarakan dalam bentuk Paper Base Test kini berubah menjadi Computer Base Test sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Dengan perubahan sistem ini maka siswa perlu melakukan persiapan demi persiapan untuk menjalaninya. Pengadaan ujian Tryout menjadi jawabannya. Namun sistem ujian Tryout masih secara konvensional. Maka melalui penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi Tryout Ujian Nasional berbasis web agar dapat mempersiapkan siswa dalam menjalani ujian nasional berbasis komputer dengan studi kasusnya di SMA Islam Alulum Terpadu. Sistem informasi Tryout Ujian Nasional berbasis web ini dirancang dengan metode pengembangan sistem RUP.
