Abstract

Sistem pakar merupakan sebuah sistem komputerisasi yang banyak digunakan dan berkembang saat ini dengan tujuan utamanya memindahkan pengetahuan/keahlian seorang pakar yang dituangkan kedalam bentuk sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Khususnya ditujukan dan digunakan untuk orang awam yang berguna untuk membantu tanpa harus membutuhkan seorang pakar untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada dengan maksud untuk menghemat atau mengefisiensikan waktu. Printer laser jet masih banyak digunakan pada perusahaan – perusahaan saat ini dengan keuntungan yang banyak didapat salah satunya menekan biaya pengeluaran dikarenakan printer laser jet menggunakan tinta toner yang dapat diisi ulang tanpa harus membeli yang baru. Tetapi toner ini tidak terlepas dari kerusakan – kerusakan yang sering terjadi dan mengganggu kelangsungan aktifitas di perusahaan khususnya didalam mencetak (print) berkas/dokumen. Dengan segala permasalahan yang diuraikan diatas ada suatu penyelesaian masalah tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan metode case based reasoning yang merupakan sebuah metode digunakan didalam sistem pakar untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada, metode case based reasoning merupakan metode yang didalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada dengan memanfaatkan kejadian – kejadian yang telah terjadi dahulu untuk kembali dicocokan pada kejadian – kejadian yang baru terjadi. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pakar, Toner Printer, Metode Case Based-Reasoning.

Abstract

Heart disease is a disease with a high mortality rate, there are 12 million deaths each year worldwide. This is what causes the need for early diagnosis to find out the heart disease. But the process of diagnosis is quite challenging because of the complex relationship between the attributes of heart disease. So it is important to know the main attributes that are used as a decision making process or the classification process in heart disease. In this study the dataset used has 57 types of attributes in it. So that reduction is needed to shorten the diagnostic process, the reduction process can be carried out using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. The PCA method itself can be combined with data mining calcification techniques to measure the accuracy of the dataset. This study compares the accuracy rate using the C5.0 algorithm and the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm, the results obtained both after and before the reduction are Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithms that have better performance than the C5.0 algorithm

Abstract

Coronary heart disease, commonly referred to as cardiovascular, heart disease is a disease with a high mortality rate. Thus diagnosis is very important and is an important area of medical research. In the diagnostic process, the most frequently encountered problems are time in making decisions and the lack of accuracy in the classification process. Attributes are important in making decisions on heart disease so it is necessary to know the main attributes of heart disease. Often different results are obtained in the diagnostic process due to the many attributes used in decision making. So it is necessary to do a reduction process in the attributes of heart disease. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method can be used for data reduction with large dimensions and ranking the attributes to be reduced. The classification process can be done using the C5.0 Algorithm and getting a level of accuracy in the classification process. The results obtained in this study reduce the 12 attributes of the heart disease dataset and classify them with a combination of attributes after the reduction process is carried out. The results obtained with the highest level of accuracy when classifying with 11 attribute combinations where there is 1 attribute that is reduced, the accuracy rate obtained is 89.11%.

Abstract

The large amount of data that has been stored in the memory or hard drive will increase the amount of usage capacity on the storage media. Large file sizes can also affect data transfer between storage media, so a compression technique is needed to compress records in the database in a novel collection application so that the space required for storage is smaller. The solution to this problem is that the database records can be compressed in order to speed up the transfer and storage of database records. Compression of the database record can be done by reducing the file size by reducing the bits in the database record, but not eliminating or creating a corrupted record. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage space. In this research, the algorithm used is Stout code, by using this algorithm, the compression results of the values have different results for each value, and the compression results will make sending and moving database records easier.Keywords: Compression, Records, Database, Novel, Stout Code Algorithm.

Abstract

Data compression technology is the process of converting a set of data into a lower coded representation of data that is not encoded with a certain encoding. Data compression is done by encoding each character into a shorter coded message, in order to save storage space requirements and time for data transmission. Compression is used to speed up the process of sending from uncoded characters to certain encoded characters. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage capacity. In this study the authors use the Prefix Code algorithm, using this method the compression results are very good in transmitting data and moving text data allocations easier and faster. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage space. There are many types of methods or algorithms in text data compression, but in this algorithm the writer only wants to know the compression process using the Prefix Code algorithm using C1 code where the author has succeeded in compressing text data with the prefix code algorithm using C1 code has the ability to compress text data by 58.3% on a text data.Keywords: Compression, Text, Data, Prefix Code, Algorithm.

Abstract

The need for greater data storage capacity is the cause of the emergence of various compression techniques. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so that it can save storage capacity. Text file is a collection of characters or strings that become one unit. The solution to this problem is, how to find out which algorithm is more efficient in compressing text files between the two algorithms by comparing the performance of the two algorithms based on several parameters, namely Ratio of Compression, Compression Ratio and Space Saving. In this study, a comparison between the Even-Rodeh Code and Subexponential Code algorithms was conducted to determine the compression performance of the text file, so that in this study we were able to learn which algorithm was better used for compressing text files between the two algorithms.Keywords: Compression, File Teks, Algoritma Even-Rodeh Code, Algoritma Subexponential Code

Abstract

Mentor placement at the IO 558 Sangkakala Medan Child Development Center sometimes finds it difficult to place and evaluate the results of the data directly. Sometimes there is a placement error that can make the results of the work given not optimal, this can hinder the performance of the mentor. Therefore, we need a decision support system that can make the mentor placement process easier. Decision Support Systems are computer-based systems capable of solving unstructured problems. Rank Order Centroid is used as a method for weighting the criteria. Abstract

Karyawan Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) atau bisa juga disebut sebagai karywan kontrak dalam sebuah perusahaan diperkerjakan untuk membantu pekerjaan dalam perusahaan, tetapi tidak bisa dipastikan bagaimana kelangsungan kerjanya dikarenakan sifatnya hanya sebagai karyawan sementara. Dalam artian, setelah kontrak habis, perusahaan bisa saja memperpanjang atau memperbaharui kontrak atau mengangkat karyawan kontrak tersebut sebagai karyawan tetap, dengan melihat bagaimana keaktifan kerja karyawan tersebut. Dalam proses penyeleksian penerimaan karyawan PKWT, pihak perusahaan harus menyeleksi calon pelamar secara objektif  sehingga akan mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan. Didalam proses penerimaan karyawan PKWT masih memiliki beberapa masalah, yaitu dikarenakan banyaknya calon pelamar sehingga menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama dalam penyeleksiannya. Masalah yang selanjutnya ialah dalam proses penyeleksiannya masih terlihat kurang efesien dan membutuhkan waktu, karena dalam penilaian dan perhitungan hasil penentuan karyawan PKWT dilakukan secara bertahap, seperti penyeleksian berkas, wawancara dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga,kemungkinan besar dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dalam hasil akhir dari penentuan karyawan PKWT sering tidak memenuhi kriteria yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan serta menghambat kinerja perusahaan. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi dalam penerimaan Karyawan Perjanjian Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) dengan menggunakan metode OCRA. Metode OCRA adalah salah satu metode dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, dimana metode ini mengambil keputusan dengan cara perankingan dari nilai yang terkecil sampai nilai yang terbesar. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan mampu mendapatkan sistem keputusan yang optimal serta dapat meminimlisir kinerja dari perusahaan tersebut dalam proses penerimaan Karyawan  Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT).

Abstract

E-commerce or often referred to as an online shop is the latest trend of the community in carrying out shopping activities, first before the rise of e-commerce companies like today the community to meet their needs still rely on distros around the customer lives, or to a shopping place but now it has switch to shoop online. The advantages offered by online shoop are the relatively low prices, no need to shop locations, and guarantee goods, it has an impact on retail shops that are increasingly lonely. Testimonials are one of the techniques carried out to convince customers to shop at e-commerce they have, testimonials are the responses of buyers for their experience of shopping in an e-commerce application starting from the payment process until the goods are received, the more positive experiences conveyed in the testimonials, the customer who have not shopped on an e-commerce application will be more convinced to shop. Testimonials on an e-commerce application are not always positive, there are times when testimonials are delivered by negative buyers. The customer's problem is the unavailability of percentages or information on the number of buyers with positive and negative shopping experiences because in general testimonials are only delivered in the form of a list.Keywords:  Testimonial Analysis, Text Mining Algorithm, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF)

Abstract

The performance of a teacher is an outcome that is demanded by the School Principal in awarding a teacher who is at a formal level of education. In producing effective decisions on performance ratings, it is, of course, necessary to use a computer-based information system, this is known as the Decision Support System. In order for the resulting decisions to be better, using methods that can process existing data so that the method used is able to produce a final report in the form of a decision. At SD IT Al-Munadi Marelan-Medan, so far not using computer applications to help decision-makers to rank teacher performance. Although all this time the needs of the school principal are reports on the performance of teachers in schools. In the research that the authors conducted using a combination of AHP and WASPAS methods which are expected to improve the results of decisions on teacher performance ranking.
