Abstract

memperoleh dan memaksimalkan keuntungan, investor perlu melakukan analisis yang tepat. Namun, melakukan analisis yang akurat tidaklah mudah karena fluktuasi harga emas dan saham Antam (ANTM) yang terjadi setiap hari.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara harga saham Antam (ANTM) dan harga emas dunia dengan menggunakan model Vector Auto Regression (VAR). Data yang dianalisis merupakan data harga penutupan harian saham Antam dan harga penutupan harian emas dunia pada periode 1 Januari 2020 hingga 1 Januari 2025. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui Uji Granger Causality, disimpulkan bahwa harga emas memiliki kemampuan prediktif yang signifikan terhadap nilai saham ANTM di masa depan. Selanjutnya, analisis Impulse Response Function (IRF) menunjukkan bahwa kejutan pada variabel emas menyebabkan peningkatan yang signifikan dan persisten pada ANTM. Sebaliknya, berdasarkan hasil IRF, tampaknya ANTM tidak memiliki kemampuan prediktif maupun dampak yang signifikan terhadap harga emas. Model terbaik yang menggambarkan hubungan antara harga emas dan saham ANTM dalam penelitian ini adalah VAR(5).

Abstract

Tanaman memerlukan asupan air yang memadai untuk menjalankan proses fotosintesis, mendukung pertumbuhan, dan perkembangan optimal. Pemeliharaan tanaman yang baik meliputi penyiraman dan pemupukan secara teratur, namun kendala waktu dan kesibukan pemilik sering menyebabkan tanaman tidak terurus hingga mengalami kelayuan dan kematian akibat kekurangan air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem penyiraman tanaman otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dapat memantau serta mengotomatisasi proses penyiraman secara real-time. Sistem ini menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler utama, terintegrasi dengan platform Thingspeak untuk memudahkan monitoring dan kontrol jarak jauh melalui smartphone. Sensor kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara digunakan sebagai input utama untuk menentukan waktu dan intensitas penyiraman secara presisi. Dengan pendekatan ini, kebutuhan air tanaman dapat dipenuhi secara otomatis sesuai kondisi lingkungan, sehingga risiko dehidrasi dan kematian tanaman dapat diminimalkan. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi praktis bagi masyarakat perkotaan yang sibuk, meningkatkan efisiensi perawatan tanaman, serta mendukung budidaya tanaman secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The beauty industry faces challenges in understanding consumer preferences for skincare services. This study develops a decision support system based on data mining using the FP-Growth and FP-Tree algorithms to analyze treatment selection patterns at Christa Aesthetic Clinic. Customer transaction data were analyzed to identify service associations based on skin types. Results show that customers with acne-prone skin tend to choose acne exfoliation, acne skinbooster, and acne facial treatments. Dull skin is commonly treated with brightening peels, dermapen derma glow, and brightening facials. Sensitive skin customers prefer facial detox, DNA salmon skinbooster, and moisturizers, while normal skin types tend to choose light exfoliation, sunscreen, moisturizers, and facials. The FP-Growth algorithm effectively identified frequent treatment combinations with a recommendation accuracy of 87%. A satisfaction survey revealed that 95% of customers were satisfied with recommendations tailored to their skin needs. This system enhances operational efficiency and customer experience while providing a data-driven foundation for clinics to formulate more targeted and personalized service strategies.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to enhance inventory management at Toko Agung by implementing the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology was employed to develop a web-based inventory control system that integrates EOQ principles into daily operational processes. The system is designed to determine the optimal order quantities, reorder points, and safety stock levels in order to minimize the total inventory costs, which include both ordering and holding expenses. By applying EOQ calculations, the system assists in balancing procurement frequency and stock levels to avoid unnecessary capital tie-up or shortages. The findings reveal that the implementation of EOQ led to a 15% reduction in total inventory-related costs, a significant improvement in stock availability, and a 10% decrease in the risks of overstock and stockouts. Furthermore, the automation of the procurement process through the system enabled more accurate forecasting and timely decision-making. These results demonstrate that the integration of EOQ into a web-based inventory system can significantly improve the efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness of inventory management in retail business operations.

Abstract

Malaria cases in North Sumatra Province continue to be a public health concern, with regional incidence rates varying. This investigation was designed to assess the variables that contribute to the prevalence of malaria in the province by employing the Zero Inflated Negative Binomial (ZINB) regression model.. The response variable is the number of malaria cases, while the predictor variables are the number of impoverished individuals, population density, percentage of households with proper sanitation, number of healthy homes, and rainfall. For the year 2022, secondary data was acquired from the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office. Excess zero, overdispersion, and multicollinearity tests were conducted prior to the implementation of the ZINB model. The study results indicated that the ZINB model was more suitable than the Poisson and Negative Binomial models. The data indicates that the following variables have a substantial impact on malaria prevalence: an increase in the number of individuals living in poverty (X₁) by 7.8%, an increase in population density (X₂) by 1.8%, an increase in the percentage of households with adequate sanitation facilities (X₃) by 5.9%, and an increase in the percentage of rainfall (X₅) by 3.3%.

Abstract

Baznas Kabupaten Asahan selama ini mengelola data zakat menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Excel, sehingga berisiko kehilangan data dan memerlukan waktu lama dalam pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi zakat berbasis komputer yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan data muzakki dan mustahik. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) untuk membantu proses penentuan prioritas penerima zakat secara lebih objektif dan akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mempercepat pengolahan data, meminimalkan risiko kehilangan informasi, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan mustahik prioritas di Baznas Kabupaten Asahan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the stability of the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production process at PT. Kurnia Mitra Sawit through a multivariate quality control approach using the T² Hotelling method. The background of this study is based on the importance of maintaining CPO quality in accordance with company standards, especially for key quality parameters such as Free Fatty Acid (FFA), moisture content, and dirt content. Uncontrolled parameters can reduce product quality and affect the selling price of CPO in the market. The research was conducted by collecting production data and performing statistical tests using the T² Hotelling diagram to detect simultaneous process variations. Initial analysis results showed that several samples were outside the upper control limit (UCL), indicating specific causes in the production process. However, after repeated improvements and controls, all data points were finally within the control limits, with a UCL value of 18.68 and a median of 3.70. This indicates that the production process is statistically controlled and contains only natural variation. Thus, this method is effective for monitoring the stability of the CPO production process and preventing quality deviations in the future.
