Abstract

Soy Milk is white-yellow liquid or kind of beverage that produced by home Industry which should shown about its quality and hygienic to prevented from microba. The purpose of this research is to find out the level of Microba contamination from No-Brand Soy Milk that sold in Jaya Baru Banda Aceh. This research conducted in May 7 th – 12 th 2018 at AKAFARMA Laboratory, Banda Aceh. The sample was No-Brand Soy Milk that taken from six different places and analyzed by using Random Sampling. It was a descriptive research and using TPC as the method. The result shown that first LT TPC was 23×106 colony/ml, second E was 49×106 colony/ml, third LD was 86×106 colony/ml, forth B was 28×107 colony/ml, fifth LB was 26×106 colony/ml and the last PBC was 50×105 colony/ml, it can be conclude that the sixth-samples of Soy  Milk that sold In Jaya Baru, Banda Aceh were not eligible to SNI   tandard, No.06.8-7388-2009 that has 5×104 colony/ml as its TPC toward the Soy Milk extrac.

Abstract

Logistics supply when emergency of disaster comes up that have some problems to be considered  much as setting up of emergency operations center irregularly, less coordination between sectors, the data of victims is not properly recorded, and the logistics supply not appropriate with the need of victims. These problems occured because there are no information connected between sectors related to victim data, and the aid that has been fulfilled is very urgent logistics at the disaster site. Information system for distribution and logistics supplies during disaster response is needed to realize effective and efficient distribution. This information system design  includes planning, system analysis, collecting data, system design, system testing and implementation. This  research was conducted at BPPD office in Pidie Jaya Regency. This information distribution and logistics inventory system that is designed will simplify and accelerate the process of recording in distribution and logistics supply. The results of this system can be introduced to society, so that when disaster occurs the community will receive information quickly and accurately related to distribution and logistics supply

Abstract

Southeast Aceh District in Aceh Province is a district that often experiences landslides. High rainfall (1600 mm/year) and hilly areas with slope levels above 40% are also indicators of landslide vulnerability. The study aims to determine the criteria for the biggest contributors to landslide vulnerability using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and find out the distribution of landslide vulnerability in Southeast Aceh District by using spatial modeling using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Spatial data as a parameter in making landslide models includes 4 (four) parameters, they are land cover, rainfall, slope and soil movement.  These parameters have sub-parameters such as land cover parameters that have sub-parameters, i.e empty land,  shrubs, rice fields, fields/moor, gardens, settlements, rivers, secondary forests and primary forests. The slope parameters have sub-parameters i.e slope 0-8%, slope of 8-15%, slope of 15-25%, slope of 25-45%, slope 45%. Rainfall parameters have sub-parameters which are 2,500-2,700 mm/yr, 2,700-2,900 mm/yr, 2,900-3,400 mm/ yr, 3,400-3,600 mm/yr and 3,600-3800 mm/yr. The parameters of soil motion have sub-parameters, i.e middle and middle high movements. These parameters and sub-parameters become questionnaires by Expert Choice 11 as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) software. This questionnaire then becomes an interview material for expert experts to determine the weight values (parameters) and scores (sub-parameters). The weight values and scores obtained from the Expert Choice 11 application are used by the ArcGIS 10.6 to create a spatial model of the distribution of landslide vulnerabilities. Research has produced spatial distribution of landslide vulnerability with a low level of vulnerability distribution of 209,523.56 ha (49%), moderate vulnerability of 158,170.14 ha (37%) and high vulnerability of 56,640.76 (13%)

Abstract

The study aims to describe the plastic waste management from a processing perspective that has economic value added. Conversion of waste into an economic value, is one practice that can be a role of model, so that it can guide a certain region to do good and correct waste of management. The potential of Aceh’s plastic waste is relatively large, which must be considered by the regional government to be able to realize related to plastic waste processing  ctivities by the processor, where the existence is a large potential to be used as an opportunity for recycle. The current practice is still a little and only processing the plastic waste to become plastic chips, and there is no plastic waste processing  converted into processed plastic products. The existence of this processing can provide  conomic Added value for its owners  and provide benefits to  local governments as well. Therefore, it is need the role of  he Aceh government to bring up the spirit of entrepreneurship, especially in the management and processing of  lastic waste. On the other hand, a spirit of togetherness is needed through coordination and cooperation between local governments and non-governmental institutions, activists and environmentalists to carry out the mandate of the law relating to environmental conservation including waste management activities  that can be added to  conomic value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existing conditions of the solid waste management system in Pasaman Barat Regency and discuss the alternative development of solid waste management systems with a solid waste treatment approach At the regional and municipal scale as a solution to the problem of solid waste management in  Pasaman Barat Regency. From this study it is known that the level of existing solid waste management services was  only 9.13% of total solid waste generated. The problems faced in solid waste management in Pasaman Barat Regency were still high levels of unserved solid waste, inadequate operational facilities and infrastructure for solid waste management, uneven handling of solid waste in service area coverage and the low practice of waste minimization and utilization. The solid waste man-agement system in Pasaman West Regency in the future can apply a combination of solid waste manage-ment approaches at the regional level based on Solid Waste Treatment Station with reduce-reuse-recycle approach (TPS 3R) in domestic areas and treatment at the city level based on Intergrated Solid Waste Treatment Station (TPST) at the landfill site, with the development of the system planned for 15 years, solid waste volume taken into the landfill site can be reduced by 22.40%

Abstract

Engine oil waste is a pollutant that causes environmental pollution and risk for human health. Bioremediation is one of the solutions to solve this problem. In this research, engine oil waste was remediation by composting method. The composting process was conducted in Environmental Engineering laboratory for 35 days.  Water Content and total petroleum  hydrocarbon (TPH) was analyzed in Chemical Engineering laboratory to show the degrada-tion of engine oil waste by combining of liquid fertilizer and compost. The result showed that Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) of engine oil waste degradation reached 81% in sample 8 (by combined 8 mL of liquid or-ganic fertilizer and 300 g of compost soil). Sample 12 (by combined 2 mL of liquid organic fertilizer and 500 g of compost soil) also showed the same result

Abstract

Pulmonary TB is a world problem especially in developing countries including Indonesia. In Indonesia, it is estimated that every year 450,000 new cases of pulmonary TB appear with death estimated at 175,000 per year.  his study aims to determine the relationship between physical environmental factors of houses with pulmonary TB patients with AFB (+) at Lhok Bengkuang Health Center, Tapaktuan Subdistrict, South Aceh Regency in 2018. The population in this study were pulmonary TB patients smear (+) recorded in the case data report in the working area of Lhok Bengkuang Health Center, Tapaktuan Subdistrict, South Aceh Regency  in 2017, which is 36 patients with pulmonary TB (+) and 36 non-pulmonary TB sufferers. The results of the  nivariate study showed 52.8% of respondents with occupant density did not meet the requirements, 55.6% of respondents with house floors did not meet the requirements, 51.4% of respondents with lighting did not meet the requirements, 51.4% of respondents with house ventilation did not meet the requirements . The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between occupant density (P value = 0.001), house floor (P value = 0.015), lighting (P value = 0.034), ventilation (P value = 0.038) with pulmonary TB patients with AFB (+) in the area of Lhok Bengkuang District Health Center, Tapaktuan Subdistrict, South Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Macroalgae has potency to expand as one of alternatives for feedstock of biodiesel. The research has aim to extract the wet and dried macroalgae using one step method. Extraction was done by comparing the conventional methods of Bligh-Dyer, sochletation to one steps method. One step extraction method resulting a higher total lipid in wet biomass (49.67 % W.W) than dried biomass (45.67 % D.W), while conventional methods of sokhletation and Bligh-Dyer resulting total lipids of 37.67% and 39.33% Wet Weight (W.W); and 45.67% and 40.67% Dried weight (D.W), respectively. Identification of oil/lipid content of the macroalgae extract using Gas chromatography showed 3 highest peak e.i which contained 9-Octadecanoic acid (Z), methyl ester (Asam oleat) of 52.44 % area, 9-12,Octadecadienic, (Z.Z) (Asam linoleat) of 22.12 % area and  Octadecanoic acid, (CAS) methyl stearate, of 20.36 % area. Those three main fatty acid compounds were commonly found in algae oil and had great potention to be used as one of alternative feedstock for biodiesel

Abstract

Muntok White Pepper merupakan produk lada Bangka yang sudah terkenal dari sejak dulu dengan kualitas lada yang diakui paling baik diantara lada yang lainnya.  Muntok White pepper masih menjadi unggulan hasil pertanian di Bangka Belitung serta merupakan komoditi unggulan yang sudah terkenal di seluruh dunia. Dalam Penelitian ini, penekanan yang hendak diambil adalah pemanfaatan Internet dan aplikasi android sebagai sarana pengelolaan data tentang Muntok White Pepper mulai dari lahan, informasi bibit, produksi, perawatan serta harga dan ekspor Muntok White Pepper. Potensi pengelolaan secara digitalisasi data Muntok White Pepper lebih baik dengan pengelolaan terpusat serta informasi Muntok White Pepper yang lengkap untuk memudahkan mendapatkan produktivitas, luas lahan dan ekspor lada secara lengkap. Dengan menggunakan website yang dapat diakses secara daring dan Aplikasi android untuk membuat akses yang luas dan sistem pengelolaan data Muntok White Pepper  apat berbasis web secara lengkap dan update yang bias menjadi rujukan dalam mencari informasi tentang Muntok White Pepper bagi Bangka Belitung maupun orang luar.

Abstract

One parameter of water quality is bacteriological content. Among the factors causing increased bacteriological content in water (SGL) are domestic waste. This study aims to determine the quality of water (SGL) in Keude Lueng Putu Village biologically, knowing whether distance (SGL) from polluting sources meets the requirements or not, determining whether physical conditions and construction (SGL) meet the requirements or not, and identify user behavior (SGL). The population in this study was 121 units (SGL) and those taken into samples using the Simple Random Sample technique were 10% of the total (SGL), which was 12 (SGL). For the independent variable distance / location of pollutant sources with bacteriological quality of water with  indicators of Coliform levels, it shows that the farther the distance of the pollutant source the lower the Coliform  level (having a negative correlation). While the correlation between the distance / location of pollutant sources with E. coli levels is very weak (Pearson correlation value is very small (0.013) .Correlation test for the second independent variable shows that the physical condition (SGL) does not have a significant effect on Coliform levels (p value 0.558), while E. coli levels show a correlation between construction (SGL) and E. coli levels, although this relationship is very weak because the p value is 0.067. The third independent variable explains the behavior of the people which greatly influences Coliform levels in water (SGL ) indicated by (p value) is 0.001 (0.05).
