Abstract

Information technology and science are developing so fast. Therefore many people are competing to improve their abilities and achievements. Not only competing against others but also competing against oneself to improve the achievements that have been achieved previously. Competition can of course also be a factor for the progress of a region. Where a competition is a medium to show each other the interests and talents of the participants for their own good and the good of an area. However, competitions are often lacking in the number of participants and the participant registration process is often considered by the public due to distance issues and transportation costs. Therefore, the development of a website-based race information system was created with the aim of making it easier for the organizers to convey information about the competition and making it easier for the public in the participant registration process. System development using the waterfall method by analyzing, designing, implementing and testing. In the final stage of system development, testing of the processes that occur in the race information system is carried out. The things that have been done and what have not been done in the development of this system will be described at the end of this journal.

Abstract

Social assistance is a form of concern for the government or social organizations that are legal entities in overcoming poverty, natural disasters, or as currently all countries are being affected by the Covid 19 virus which has resulted in the economy in Indonesia itself weakening which makes people lack food. From these problems, social assistance is very much needed for people affected by the Covid 19 Virus, the social assistance needed is such as money, clothing, food, and medicine. From these problems can be solved with a web-based social assistance application built with the Extreme Programming Method. This Extreme Programming method with stages of planning, design, coding, and testing can make it easier for researchers to solve these problems. then a social assistance web application was built that can be accessed by the public to register and login to view the QR Code when receiving social assistance, while the admin is to manage social assistance and transactions.

Abstract

An Information System is a system that uses computer technology to collect, process, store, analyze and disseminate information. The information system of administrative services and information management of the urban village is intended to increase efficiency in terms of public service as well as honorary employees in Buaran Village. Therefore, further research is needed to float this application. The purpose of making this application is to provide convenience for village officials in managing services as well as information services to provide efficiency in community services. The next steps taken in this case are system analysis, design and testing of the system. This implementation uses the PHP programming language and as a database uses MySQL. This research can be concluded that this application can be used to handle administrative service processes and personnel activities so that this information system is expected to provide some convenience for sub-district employees at the Buaran Village office.

Abstract

PT. Yudha Daya Elektrik Mandiri is a company engaged in the mechanical and electrical sector that is specifically related to power generation, either in the form of products, namely: Panels, Bank Capacitors and in the form of automatic systems. In the administrative process of procurement of goods, employees have difficulty in searching for goods in the warehouse because there is no system that can know incoming goods and outgoing goods. The inventory of goods is also still done manually using paper, then after that it will be inputted into Ms-Word or Ms-Excel, based on this method, which must be done repeatedly will cause errors and even lose items and will take a long time. At the time of making reports, there are still frequent mismatches of goods in the warehouse with records of incoming goods and outgoing goods and that can cause losses. In this study, in terms of collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and literature studies, for the system development method using the waterfall method. The results of this research are the monitoring and procurement system of goods, there is an item data menu that can control incoming and outgoing goods, making it easier to control the goods in the warehouse and a menu feature that can be easily used by admins in making reports automatically because they are connected. directly with the sale of goods so that the report will match the data in the warehouse and develop the system to the android version.

Abstract

Helpdesk is a complementary part of a service function, and is responsible as a source of solving problems or other issues, but problems at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) is still the manual IT helpdesk system for data collection and recording of reports on hardware and software repair services as well as requests for computer supplies that complicate employee productivity. The lack of good work productivity is thought to be due to the inadequate IT helpdesk system for data collection and recording of reports on hardware & software repair services and requests for computer supplies. This research was made using the waterfall method and the analysis was carried out by means of interviews and system surveys that were running and data collection was carried out to obtain the required information. The design method focuses on developing models using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model such as Use case diagrams. Sequence Diagram s, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The results of applying the method in developing the IT helpdesk application are that it can simplify the process of documenting applications from the start to the creation of an application. So that it can help the company in providing comfort for employees and simplify and speed up the company in data collection and recording of hardware & software repair service reports and requests for computer supplies

Abstract

Cv. Mustika Sarana is a private service company engaged in the delivery of goods or expedition. Cv. Mustika Sarana is a freight forwarder from Jakarta with the aim of sending goods to several major cities on the island of Sumatra. Some of the destinations for delivery of goods include the cities of Lampung, Palembang, Jambi, Pekanbaru, Bukittinggi, and the city of Padang by land route. Currently the company is still not optimally computerized in the field of recording data and transactions, which causes frequent occurrences, errors in recording, data loss, and delays in reporting. Data processing is very influential on a company, because by having fast and accurate data processing, a lot of information can be taken from the data. If the company does not manage data optimally it will have a direct impact on senders and potential senders. Because the sender of the goods cannot know the condition of the delivery status of his goods and the prospective sender does not have an idea of the price, delivery destination, delivery route and duration. The purpose of this research is to create a Website-Based Goods Delivery Information System using the extreme programming (XP) method. The resulting delivery information system can be used to record shipping transaction data and shipping transaction information that is equipped with the status of the goods. So that the problems that exist in the Cv. Mustika Sarana can be overcome with this goods delivery information system.

Abstract

In an enterprise, the inventory system is a very important aspect for the inventory needs to be used by the company. From the results of research that has been carried out by group 7, material inventory inspections are carried out manually, so that from these problems an information technology is needed for the inspection of a supply. In developing an inventory information technology, we will use the waterfall method. In the results of the experiment, it was found that the waterfall model can be developed to build an inventory information technology system that can improve employee performance and make it easier for companies to help companies to increase sales. To find out whether or not an application is feasible to conduct a feasibility test on a company using ISO 9145-3 and the results of the evaluation are obtained, Ease of learning by 78%, Ease of accessing programs by 85% and suitability in goals by 89%, ease of understanding by 83%
